Noodle Hut in Worcester

I'm unsure why previous reviews rated less than 5 stars. We have had 20 or more takeaways since we discovered Noodle Hut and all without exception have been superb. Freshly cooked lovely ingredients full of authentic flavour. Since the demise of our favourite Cantonese in Friar Street Noodle Hut is our 'go to' (apologies I hate the phrase) takeaway for Cantonese and Chinese food! Really very good indeed!

We ordered from the Noodle Hut yesterday as our usual Chinese was shut on Mondays. Ordered through Just Eat after reading the reviews on there which were ok. While I was waiting for the food, I had a look on TripAdvisor and immediately created what I had ordered. Well, I needn't have worried. The delivery time was estimated at 45 minutes to an hour. It arrived in less than half an hour. The food was AMAZING! So tasty and so much variety on the menu. We will definitely be back as this was easily as good if not better than our usual Chinese (Lotus House on London Road) . I'm only giving the Noodle Hut 5 stars because I can't leave 6.......

Ordered a takeaway via just eat, to say the experience was an utter farce is an understatement. The food was over an hour late, called the restaurant to be told the driver was “just around the corner”, must of been a very long corner as 25 minutes later the food still hadn’t arrived then the restaurant called us and informed us they “couldn’t get hold of the driver and had we seen him” no we had not they then hung up on me. The food by some miracle got to us but was rendered inedible due to the length of time it had been sat in a car. Called the restaurant to ask for a refund or replacement of the soggy mess that was our order for them to cancel the call twice, inexplicably they then called me back 5 minutes later to ask why we hadn’t come in to collect our order? When I tried to explain that we hadn’t made an order for collection but would like to arrange a replacement for our ruined just eat order they promptly put the phone down on me. I requested a partial refund through just eat for the totally ruined parts of the order as it was clear they wouldn’t replace. The “manager” then called me but didn’t seem overly bothered and told me the delivery driver had had 4 other complaints that night alone. In short unless you enjoy stone cold soggy food with a mystery arrival time ordered from the faulty towers of Chinese restaurants I wouldn’t bother.

Awful food, wontons over cooked, chips had the black of rotten potatoes in them and they were disgusting the ribs were all fat (a lady called and when I said the ribs were just fat her reply was “so you don’t like fat on the ribs” no live I don’t like mouth full of fat” the quality of their food is disgusting, I also ordered through just eat and after reading their reviews I have a feeling my £53 will not be refunded even though I filmed myself giving the food back to the driver after the restaurant sent him to collect it, I will never order from them again, they really need to quality check their food

I didn't see the earlier reviews prior to ordering, the reviews on Google were OK. Anyway, we had a good experience. I ordered one of their specials, Eight treasure chicken which was great and plenty of it. It was hot right up to the end. My wife's Chop Suey was good too. I couldn't fault them, give it a go.

We haven't used Noodle Hut for a while. Tonight I was reminded why. Prawn toast and rice were fine. Noodles and the duck were chewy. Chips were cold and soggy.

Added a comment requesting NO ONIONS. Received order with more onions than I've ever seen in over 40 years!!! Half the order was ONIONS. Orders have always been delivered to our door on the first floor. Delivery driver phones from the street to say he can't deliver to us, we have to go down to him..... Anyone see the logic in this!!!!! NEVER AGAIN from Noodle Hut!

ok so aside from the fact that most Chinese restaurants in England don't actually serve Chinese food.. this stuff is terrible, even by English/Chinese takeaway standards.
