We were booked in for New Years Eve, but lockdown was announced! Had a takeaway instead. Really good authentic Thai food, super hot and really great value for money.

CAMRA’s current national pub of the year ~ a real varied mix of cask ales on sale at competitive prices which is always good to find. Look out for the Tap Take Overs which will be advertised on the Untappd beer app.

The best cooked breakfast in town, and really delicious home made cakes and coffee with plenty of plantbased options. The choc brownies/ Tiffin are a must 😋Quirky surroundings, lovely staff and truly funky, varied background music.

A lovely place to sit, chill & have a brew, a meal too if you wish, it appears to be a popular place for a catch up. I had a latte (x2) & the Bara Brith, the coffee was excellent & the Bara Brith was one of the best I’ve had & with it being slightly warmed it was delicious. I’ll definitely call again &

More than a bookshop, this little gem of a place, connecting book lovers with great books, is a cozy, beautifully laid out, and lovingly managed by an amazing team of people! Whatever they do, they always do well and that includes the delicious food and drinks! A place worth visiting!

I had to leave a review if you are in Oswestry pop in for home cooked food .yes homemade chips,pie full of meat yes homemade,farm burger chicken breast on it salad and lovely burger.italian ground coffee or well stocked bar .chef lovely man and his wife hard workers .clean toilets and nice decor.

The burger with pulled pork - 10/10. The burger is really tasty, good quality and thickness of the patty. The pulled pork is reaaaaly tasty! Second time I’ve had it. Chips are even super tasty (skin on). Really good selection of food, drink and dessert options. Their brownies look amazing. Not expensive. Atmosphere is really good too, wish it was bigger ! Will definitely return and recommend to everyone.

Excellent Indian cuisine, beautifully prepared food, piping hot full of flavour and the chicken tikka madras was exceptional, rice cooked to perfection, naan bread stunning, if I could give 10 stars I would. Delivery was efficient and driver was a lovely person.

Poor vegetarian/vegan choice - despite phoning first to check. They did swap the gravy so it was vegan but it was very lumpy/gloopy and only a small amount. The fish dish was overpriced & a tiny fillet portion, complained & another tiny portion of badly cooked sea bass was sent to the table, it was laughable especially at £20.95; the roast potatoes were cold and had obviously been re heated badly - burnt on the outside (we were the first evening sitting); the meat roast beef, was tough. The wine by the glass was awful. Overall one of the worst meals we have had. Won’t ever go back!
