The best restaurants serving Default food in Patchway South Gloucestershire South West

Came here by chance when the other Indian restaurant we had booked messed up our booking. Warm welcome in nice, modern decor. Menu was full of quite authentic Indian dishes which the staff were really helpful giving their advice. There are the usual curry classics too. Had the lamb curry which was divine & other family members had a variety of dishes which they all loved. One of the best curries I’ve had outside of India, it was that good! This place is a real gem! Patchway is very lucky to have this wonderful restaurant.

Popped into redwood farm for something to eat and a drink. Staff are very friendly severed by josh and davei had the carvery which was amazing.deffo be popping back again

Shout out to the staff and their attention to detail when it comes to allergy and intolerances, specifically asking whether I had an allergy or an intolerance and then confirming again once they had spoken to the chef.

Delicious pizza, lovely staff and a good price! Will definitely go again.

My scampi and chips was ridiculously small! I honestly thought it was a childs portion. There were only 5 pieces of scampi for £13. Very disappointed. Staff were friendly and helpful although the manager started closing up without calling last orders.

This place when it is busy is a total shambles! Our order number appeared on the ready screen then promptly disappeared! Another customer also had the same problem as we did and when he complained, the manager got really annoyed at him about it. Management there needs looking at and a better system put into place.

Took too long, food was cold and one item in order was wrong.

Turned up at the restaurant and shown to our table. It was 1pm and only 2 other couples in there on a Thursday. Ordered diet cokes with the waitress who then came back 5 minutes later saying they did not have cold drinks from the fountain machine as it had broken down, but had cold drinks off the menu. We chose bottled diet cokes only to be told they didn't have those either. We started to order our food and my husband chose a burger. Only to be told again that they didn't have any burgers on the menu. At this stage we got up and walked out. The manageress tried to lure us back by explaining the machine had broken down and offered us free drinks. I explained to her that nobody informed us of this when they gave us menus. We left, never to return!

Having decided to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary with members of the family in the form of a Sunday lunch. We looked at several options where they could cater for 30ish guests. Fortunately for us we chose the Aztec hotel as it was also the place where we had our wedding reception 30 years ago. From the initial booking to the service of the staff in the restaurant, the organisation of table layouts and serving of the food, everything was perfect. We were giving our own room and also provided with waitress service so as not to have to queue for the main course. The quality of the food and the level of service was much more than I had hoped for and made the whole occasion Something to remember. The tables were even laid out in a u-shape as if for a wedding party. After the meal, we also had direct access to the gardens which allowed for photographs to be taken. A definite 5 out of five. Quite often come here for a coffee on the second floor of John Lewis. Quick, polite service. Lots of choice of cakes etc. Looks more like a canteen than a cafe and it is huge, but always clean.

Me and my Dad went when it was one of the bottomless belt deals on a Thursday. I love YO and have been so many times before and it never fails to amaze me how satisfied I am after every meal. I look on other reviews and get so confused when they say staff aren’t kind, as they always have been to us. They even ask you how your meals going and if you need anything. The sushi is always top quality and the mochi is really nice too. It always is pretty busy there so be sure to book in advance. Thank you YO, I’ll be back again soon ❤️. Keep being awesome!
