Used Sunspot for about 12 months, always had great nights in there, however tonight has completely changed my opinion and left a very sour taste in my mouth! The bar staff need to learn how to deal with customers with disabilities, I genuinely could not believe how rude one lady behind the bar was when questioning the age of my 19 year old autistic Son, who has been previously served in there for drinks. I fully agree that age checks are necessary, but when asking for ID, she done everything possible to embarrass my family. Owner is aware of the problem and will hopefully sort out his staff so others won't have to suffer the sheer disappointment that we have.

Everybody has their favourite place to drink coffee. The Starbucks is my most favourite service. Every time I go has been amazing staff is super friendly and knowledgeable.

Once again a great time-took friends who had never been to Lamb before-they and us enjoyed. Food as great as ever and really good service-always with a smile from Shawn and crew. Many thanks-you are all a credit to Butcombe

Noodle brothers has smashed it for me with there absolute amazing food! Fresh HOT food delivered to my doorstep in minutes! They have great offers that are in during the week so grab yours when you can :). A great team working with full of energy, all know great customer service. Will be ordering AGAIN and AGAIN!

We stopped with a caravan . Followed the signs for caravans . No designated caravan places . It was the overflow car park, caravan & trailers were using double car parking spaces which were short and narrow and couldn’t turn into them properly or turn out with any degree of ease . Had to reverse the caravan when luckily no one was parked behind to enable to turn out . We did not stop very long and bought no coffee or food . Totally misleading .

Really nice out the way pub went for a party food was excellent supplied by the pub place was clean and staff were great

Had a three night stay had carvery on arrival food could do with improvement but staff were very helpful and it was late in the evening. Breakfast was well organised and executed The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. All round an excellent stay and would definitely use again

Never ordering food from here again food was nice but they gave us 2 plastic cups full of coleslaw but no garlic sauce. They gave us a jar of proper mint sauce instead of kebab mint sauce. The guy on the phone wasn't talking properly and we could barely understand him. Lamb is super dry they put so much red cabbage on our food we could barely see anything else on our plate also they swapped our orders I ordered a small lamb kebab and my older brother ordered a xl chicken kebab but when we got it the small kebab was chicken and the xl kebab was lamb

Only two types of bread were available, and when I got my cheese and ham sub, they didn't taste right, so thrown away should of gone back but had driven 20 mins by then

My wife and I stopped by the Brean Down Inn for lunch with our dog while on holiday in Burnham-on-Sea last week. This is a wonderful establishment with outdoor seating and a large conservatory, in addition to the traditional pub interior. We received a very warm welcome here and initially chose to sit in the conservatory. This was one of the hottest days of the year so far, and it was quite hot. While obtaining the menu, the barmaid informed me that the entire pub was dog-friendly and that it would be fine for us to enter the cooler bar. This we did and we were soon thankful for that. The staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. Shortly after we were seated, someone came over with some welcome treats for our young dog, which was a very kind gesture. The food arrived promptly and was both hot and delicious. The non-alcoholic drinks and food were also fairly priced. I have no problem recommending this establishment.

The first member of staff who served me was clearly not having a good day. Polite, but not very cheery. The next time I ordered 1 drink, this was entered incorrectly for me ( I dont drink Thatchers!) Which i questioned. This was dealt with very curtly!! I'm sorry if they are all having a bad day, but it's not my fault. I was nothing but polite and expect some courtesy in return!
