Junction 24 Limited in Sedgemoor

Firstly I was met with incredible customer service from the lady I spoke to today (Friday 20th sept 2024) which was initially why I had chosen this truck stop as she was informative on the phone about directions, facilities and spaces and the same in person upon arrival telling me clearly where things are and so on. The toilets and showers here was clean and tidy but as for the cafe given my late arrival on a Friday this was closed but this is to be expected as a HGV driver. Just over the road is a pub that serves good food and drink as well as hotels and shops within walking distance so this is a fantastic location for a truck stop that I see doing well in the future.

Excellent snap parking, they give you a voucher for £10 for food without additional payment, the toilet and shower are clean, the food is delicious.

Visited the car boot sale on Sunday afternoon - not worth the drive! Charged a £1 per person, even though it was advertised as £2 per car. Stalls were not much better than a jumble sale.

Stopped here to charge an EV. They are in the lorry parking lot next to the cafe. Good location for a stop off.

Good quiet parking for trucks. On Saturday I arrived around 11:30 and barely found a place, as there was some kind of fair. But after 13:00 the farmers began to leave, and there were enough free places 👍👍👍

Friendly helpful staff, good food and nice and quiet

Expensive for what they serve... Small comes on a tea plate, large on a small dinner plate! Carvery : Very mean on the meat and potatoes! People were asking for more!!!! Cheesecake: To die for. best anywhere, restaurant quality!! Been twice now, disappointed overall, not again sadly.....

Very popular with farmers and truck drivers . The main restaurant was very busy when we arrived around 09:00 so we had a takeaway roll and a drink. Quick service and nice friendly staff.

Reasonably priced, plenty of space to park, food and drinks prices are surprisingly cheaper than most motorway services and other truck stops(please don't read this and increase the prices). You are also given a £10 meal voucher which makes the parking charge really good value for money. If venturing this way again I will make it my preferred stop for the night. It's quiet and you're not just limited to the truck stop there's a pub about 2 mins walk as they have put a gate at the back to cater for drivers to get there quicker.

🇵🇱 A large parking lot for adults, separate paradises for frigo. payment via snap - you get a voucher for £10 in a restaurant. Shower and toilet in the building next door - clean, locked with the code you get when paying. There was still plenty of room at night. Payment service very nice and helpful. I didn't use the restaurant but I saw that it was quite crowded when I was there

Went to the car boot sale for the first time today, which is every Sunday. Was a lot smaller than I thought it would be, considering it's named the "mega car boot sale" but at only £1 per person, it was a lovely afternoon out!

Car Boots are here all year round every Sunday from 2 pm. There is a restaurant and a large parking lot.

First time there after reading reviews. My self and my partner had the breakfast Service very slow. Staff miserable and the food was shocking. Over priced for the quality and the quantity of the breakfast. Toast was cold sausage and bacon was cold. Hash browns cold and hard. Not worth the £22.90. Won't be visiting again that's for certain.

Good truckstop on snap showers clean and food is good can't ask for more

Polite staff. Great food. Pay by SNAP, card or cash. In any case, they give you a voucher for £10. The entrance is through sliding doors to the right of the restaurant with circular glazing. Separate places for refs. If the window to the right of the entrance is closed, you can pay at the restaurant if it is open (schedule in the photo). Showers and toilets are in a separate building to the left of the restaurant. Very clean. The access code for the shower will be given upon payment.

Hello Girtek. The parking is great, I arrived on the first night, there were a lot of places and (as I understand it) a security guard on a bus was driving. He told me to stand where I wanted, but to go to the office early and pay at Snapy. They give a voucher for food, 10 pounds. And so everything is there

A very large parking lot, there is a toilet and showers, 8/10 in appearance and cleanliness. Payment by snap, card or cash £28. Illuminated, cameraed. We get a voucher for 10 pounds, you can buy everything and there are a lot of things to choose from. I recommend one of the few parking lots at this level. Very nice people in the restaurant and at the car registration.

Brilliant greeting friendly and very informative, food was good and very quite had a great night's sleep. Highly worth a stay, will return.

Convenient snap parking lots of places at 18.00 there were still quite a few free places offers clean bathrooms and toilets with a code that they give you at registration. 10 pounds of walcher that you use and their delicious cuisine

Snap, registration, where the glass doors are on the right, the window there will write down the number of the company name, they will give a piece of paper under the glass and the code for the shower and toilet which is near the restaurant, they will give a voucher for 10 pounds, you can take a dish without additional payment, at 20:00 there were seats in the back, where you have to sleep almost upside down, there is a big slope)))

Really very good food in the restaurant

Had a cavery. Opened at 12, I went in at 12.15. Lamb was not ready, pork was a cheap cut, fat and crackling missing, beef looked like left over from the day before. Food was lukecwarm.

Great cafe and great prices. Popped in to see what is going in the area and had a meal. Ended up ordering a roast of the day. The wait time wasn't long. I would definitely recommend this cafe if you come to J24

Good parking, SNAP. At 21.00 there were still places, refrigerators are available separately. To pay, go to the registration window, the entrance is to the right of the cafe. They give you a voucher for £10. Shower and toilet are clean.

A very good parking lot, good and cheap food, very clean toilet and shower, I stayed for 3 days very well. I will come back with love when I have the opportunity to go paid with snap 5 stars.

The parking lot was ok, the toilets were clean, but the brekfast was of poor quality and the price was too high.

Avoid the breakfast sits warming until you rescue it from the counter, dry and tasteless just like motorway services .not cheap not much on a plate luckily as I couldn't have eaten it. Shame used to be nice.

Excellent prepared to order food.If your not prepared to wait you can go and pay double at the motorway services nearby.Lots of parking for trucks and cars.Busy evenings Mon to Thursday obviously with trucks.Well worth a regular visit.

Best truck stop around by far! Plenty of parking, fridges got there own section ( WHOOP! ) only £26.50 with food and shower. Mega menu of food and it's all property quailty food and really good portions. Highly recommended.

Best dinner I’ve had in a long time, all homemade, £10 voucher with Snap, dinner and a cup of tea £1.15. Plenty of seating, friendly staff 👌🏼

Its a farmers cafe but great food snd always friendly service

We did not eat there so can only go buy looking at folks' dinners. The menu was limited and ordinary. Service quite slow, fairly big cafe and ok for children although bit cramped to move buggy around. The ambiance was good. It was v busy when I went.

It has the best home cooked food for miles around, especially on a market day.

Great venue & fabulous cafeteria/restaurant. Lovely fresh 'proper' sandwiches served daily, which we had on our first day. Second day opted for a substantial full English breakfast which was wonderful & the coffee was lush. Great staff, all lovely friendly & helpful. See you next year. Definitely recommend.

Приехал в субботу в 18:00 все закрыто . Душ в отдельном вагончике за кафе. Кафе работает по будням , соответственно и тикеты на еду по будням. На выходных не покушать нет не кого закрыто . Мест хватает . Но за парковку тикет не кто не даёт на выходных, стал и той . По выходным собирается ярмарка , есть на что посмотреть и купить сувениры , рекомендую .

Visited the Sunday car boot sale. Very busy and bargains were to be had. The cafe wasn't open for sit down meals but takeaway drinks were available.. not sure about food. Clean loos.

If you like a full English breakfast, don't eat here unless you like your fried eggs solid, beans cold and bacon barely cooked, £7.95 extra for tea or coffee, not really value for money, definitely will not be going back

Had the worst English Breakfast ever anywhere in England. The service was atrocious. The lady serving me was initially reluctant to attend to me, pretending like I didn't exist; so when I didn't melt away, like she was hoping, she then coldly asked what I would like. I selected a "farmers breakfast", with toasted bread and sauted potatoes. I was served bread that must have been at least 4 days old and disgustingly tasting bacon and egg. The only thing that was acceptable on that plate, was the sausage and baked beans. The sauted potatoes were definitely the day before's cooking. I'm certain they have never seen a black person before and this was the main reason for their attitude. Would never set foot there again!

The food here was absolutely fantastic, whatever you ordered. But they have new cooks, and the food, still edible, is not as nice. Because it's a cattle market cafe, everything was cooked to perfection, the roast of the day was best ever. It's not terrible now, just not quite the standard it was.

If you are very hungry, then you need to come here. For 9P you can satisfy any hunger. Everything is fine.

The food was really tasty can’t fault the food. But while trying to eat lunch with my mum and brother the staff had the hoover going and was mopping around us with chemicals. The cleaner was then serving the food didn’t wash her hands after mopping or hoovering. We couldn’t have a conversation as we couldn’t hear each other. We won’t be coming back unfortunately

Been using this place as a stop off on our trips to Devon n Cornwall. The food is very good. Service is excellent.

This is the best truck stop I ever visited. Staff is extremely friendly, food is amazing , clean showers louds of parking space. What else you need as a driver.

Atmosphere is more down to drivers not talking to one another, it would help with mental awareness. Unfortunately service wasn't brilliant on this occasion and specials had run out at 5pm

First time stopping at Junction 24 Truckstop and won't be the last. Basically, it is the Cattle Market car park (hard standing with separate fidge area), if you arrive early, you have to park on the hedge line. Unfortunately, there is access to the parking area via the hedge, so I did have concerns about load security, although the site states cctv and security patrols, and I had no problems. Great value for money, snap or card accepted (don't know about cash), £10 food voucher included which covers 99% of meals in the canteen completely. Food selection and quality are excellent. Good standard toilet and shower facilities that are accessed by security code. The only negative is that the showers are push buttons, which last about 5 seconds, so you need to keep your hand on constantly (annoying)

По перше, дуже приємна жіночка на реєстрації яка своїм приємним шармом, вічливостю та позитивом відразу дає зрозуміти що ця зупинка для відпочинку буде позитивна. Сам snap дуже чистий та знаходиться в тихому місці де дійсно можна виспатися. На вихідні можна погуляти по чудовому Місту та сходити в магазин щоб придбати продукти. Хоча хочу додати саме головне, комплімент шефу на кухні адже він готує дуже смачні страви. Такі смачні страви може готувати тільки та людина яка це любить та готує з любов'ю тож шеф кухар дійсно займається тою справою яку йому дарував бог. Є також wi-fi но тільки в приміщенні. Я завжди якщо попадаю в тей регіон намагаюся стати тільки на цей паркіг.

Ordered our breakfast at 13.35 at 14.20 still no food got told only 1 chef on and not that experienced also said that his priority was the office staff order. After 45 min we got our money back and left. Should have told us about a delay when we ordered there was another table also waiting.

Popped in for a breakfast with some friends, real nice food, not a terrible price BUT for a place where the average lorry driver or farmer is likely to go I'd expect more on the plate, that isn't being rude but Like me, I'm sure they want more food for the money!!

Like auction centres should be! Overnight parking for HGV and cattle market by day. Why can't all rural cattle markets accomodate lorries at night like Junction 24 and York Auction Centre? Look at my other reviews to see where I've been!
