Starbucks Coffee in Sedgemoor

Shocking, not serving tea or coffee, stood there waiting to be greeted, loads of customers walking away, no greeting, the lady who was serving was rude, miserable and and not forth coming in the slightest. 10am Thursday 5th September

No frapaccino's because they're cleaning the machine, but clearly they're done for the evening although it doesn't close for another 2 hours.

Sedgeway services. Had a small takeaway latte, 9/5. Tastes burnt and bitter, had to leave most of it. Certainly not up to the standard when previously using this coffee shop location.

Sunday evening around 8pm. Fantastic serving lady. Kind welcoming and friendly. Really nicely made coffee as well. I don’t recall her name but she was brilliant and a credit to the company. She mentioned she travels from Weston Super Mare.

Coffee can vd to strong at times but very clean

Worst experience ever. i asked couple of times what coffee beans 🫘 they are using for the espresso, blonde or maybe medium roast & they didn’t know😒 manager couldn’t answer too. and really, why Starbucks americano is so expensive?? for that quality 😞 i usually don’t buy their coffee, but we had no other choice at the moment.

Drove 40mins to get here with a sleeping baby as it says it has a drive through….. it doesn’t!

Quick but coffee was disgusting

Very poor service, ordinary!! They hurry you for nothing. A machine can serve better than this, disappointed 😒

Poor again. No cups, everything served as takeaway. Coffee in soggy cardboard and even put my muffin in a bag, though I was eating in. No apologies, no explanation.

Always a risk at this Starbucks. Tonight: couldn't make any drinks with chocolate, can't pay with the app, and didn't have the right lids. Staff seemed not to care, just very 'computer says no'.

After witnessing a very rude and awkward customer treating the staff like dirt, I was impressed with their professional and calm response. My Coffee was great as usual, well done ladies sorry you have to deal with people like that.

Just eat Driver didn't turn up to collect my order. Reordered 2 hours later to receive a lovely note saying that they recognised my order and sorry for the situation but here is an extra caramel shortbread :-) very happy with whoever dealt with this.

Never opens on time, I'm a HGV driver and like my morning coffee before I leave... I've been stood here twice this week at 0640 and the shutters are down. Pretty poor really

I went today. First time. Very, very expensive. 2 coffees and one sandwich (ham and cheese) £14.90. I have been shocked. And, this would have been ok if that coffee was good. It was horrible and watery. I asked for mint flavor syrup with it, I have not tasted any. It was terrible. Staff was friendly and nice, hence 2 stars. I will avoid it. I must specify that I went to Starbucks near Morrisons, where Shell petrol station is.

I ordered a caramel frappuccino and its taste like a biscoff cookie was put it (I normally get a caramel frap and this one taste different)

they need to get their equipment serviced .. either the shot timing is not correct or the water pressure is not correct... or both as I can make a better instant coffee at home !! 3 days running I have had more or less a hot cup of milk with a slight hint of coffee flavour... sort it out please ?!.!?

My experience was during lockdown and have to say I was very happy with the service and the coffee...after spending 2 weeks in cornwall I realised just how much I not only missed starbucks coffee but a decent cappuccino as it doesn't exist in Cornwall (not surprising as their probably all tea drinkers I guess and use the weakest coffee going). The staff were competent and were efficient as I didn’t wait long to place my order nor receive my lovely cappuccino. Its only after spending 2 weeks in Cornwell do I really appreciate just how much training goes into training starbucks staff to make the perfect Cappaccino 👍 I thank the staff who do their very best to serve the perfect coffee ☕ Costa staff could learn a thing or two from you guys 🙂

This review is based before and after lockdown, the staff there are the most incompetent people I've ever come across. Everytime we've visited after repeating a drinks order multiple times they always get it wrong. After lockdown you'd expect the most experienced and competent staff to return to work first... that's definitely not the case here. If a lady called Naomi takes your order just drive away.

I went for a coffee here at 20:23 which I know the main shop closes at 20:00 but the drive through should have been open. I drove up and there was an automated message saying they were closed! Starbucks doesn’t pay tax in this country so the least they could do is let us know it’s closed!! Pathetic

Amazing food and drinks no complaints

Everything was perfect apart from the waiting times at the drive-through. Not recommended if you are in a rush.

Star bucks is okay, as far as service station coffee in the uk goes its normally either starbucks or Costa. For a company that pushes reusable coffee cups i don't understand the use of sharpie pens that are not reusable and go in the bin. Apart from that coffee was as you'd expect. Not great but not poor

For a service station Starbucks (you often get sketchy coffee at motorway service stations) the coffee was good and the staff were friendly. Returned a few days later to grab a coffee on the way home.

Even though they were nearly closing, the staff were friendly and helpful The coffee was, of course wonderful

Notice in coffee shop saying no coffees. Hot water available. I know equipment breaks down but the whole service stop needs urgent attention.

Standard Starbucks. Nice coffee and I was pleasantly surprised at the prices, had a filter coffee for cheaper than the Subway opposite was offering :) (Note, they do fill the cups full, I drank some before taking the picture)

Friendly service and a good range of food made for a satisfying midday break.

The Starbucks is within the services, staff are always lovely. We often work from here and the Wi-Fi is good and stable. Never had a problem.

Good hot coffee and a good selection of food.

Nice enough to look at. Got seating outside. Polite staff. Efficient. Plenty of seating. Car park is small. However... There are flies all over behind the counter landing and crawling on everything including the coffee machine. No fly zapper in evidence. There is a subway directly opposite with no flies around them. The seating area in this services was dirty. Went to sit down and there was food and sauce stains on a lot of the tables and food and crumbs on the chairs and floor. As this is at 8am i cant see why it isn't clean.

Usual Starbucks service and coffee. Not completely 24 hour as I had been led to believe.

The worst Starbucks coffee I ever had in my life. I guess they could have used a different coffee powder.Any very much disappointed after paying premium price £4 just for coffee.

Ordered my coffee, went to pay with my Starbucks card, only to be told that they don't accept it. A sign to say you don't accept Starbucks cards in Starbucks would have been good.

Good coffee and snacks. However this place will not accept Starbucks gift cards which is quite silly.
