It was so busy and they were very short staffed but the staff working really tried hard and managed to keep smiling.

Been ringing for nearly 2hrs i went to my normal mcdonalds in bristol at 3.30pm I'd also got a breakfast in the same mcdonalds this morning but noticed my number wasn't on screen when I asked staff and had to prove my order on my bank app it's for over an hr away I've been trying ever since to get hold of this mcdonalds to explain but no one is answering

Good place to rest after driving 3 hours and you are still left with 2 hours.

The food was delivered reasonably hot and in a timely fashion. Seating is a bit spartan. I understand the green reasoning, but the new cardboard drinks covers have a VERY unpleasant mouth feel. There must be a better solution than this. So I'll be skipping their drinks unless I'm eating in.

I try to avoid motorway service's because they are a big rip off! You pay far more for your money than you do elsewhere for example £4.45 for a regular coffee as I said a rip off!! Just use them as a comfort stop!!

Oh McDonald's, why is this such a complicated request? I just want a McFlurry. Not the Holy Grail. Not the key to the universe. Just a mildly cold cup of sugar and joy. But alas, the McFlurry machine has spent more time on sick leave than an overworked Eastenders character. At this point, I think it deserves a retirement party and a commemorative plaque. “Here once stood the mythical machine that almost made desserts.” Food’s decent. Service is lovely. But I dream of a world where the McFlurry machine works... even just once.

It's McDonalds you get what you want quick and reasonably priced. It's dependable

Food was as expected from McDonald's breakfast. But was impressed with the service on a bank holiday Easter Friday. Place was packed but turnround on food was impressive. A+++ for the management and the team there, thank you.

Staff was very helpful i messed up the order, they thought it was a strange order and checked with me!

Quite a few items not available, had to place order a second time as self service machine couldn't scan vouchers, 9 nuggets ordered but missing when got back to my truck

I really enjoyed my breakfast would recommend going here if your passing by or going on holiday food from this McDonald's is unbelievable in a good way and I recommend the sausage egg bacon bap

Good service children love the happy meals , get busy sometimes but worth the wait ...they process your order and delivered through the window in minutes...well done macdonalds staff Tey work hard to deliver an excellent service

Table Service cards were there and helped me out because I could litterally sit my kid at the table and make an order in 1

I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and it was really, something else, fresh, hot and enjoyable. Just what I needed at half midnight after an hour of drumming! And the staff were really kind and helpful. Highly recommend

Filthy toilets and the rudest staff I have ever met.....gave me a cake I didn't order.....and expected me to pay for it as they didn't know how to refund........stood my ground, got a refund but it took ages

Food isn't always that good Luke warm burger and cold chips are a regular here staff are becoming friendlier tho which is a start

Plenty of parking but if you’re looking for the dog walk, ignore the sign, it’s near the entrance.

Fries were good and value not bad. Chicken was crispy.

Apart from the toilet, everything was as expected. However, the toilet was not clean at all. I hope the authorities take proper initiative to keep it clean so that it remains safe for maintaining health and hygiene.

Place is absolutely disgusting, every single table is dirty including the floor. Nuggets were rock hard, chips were basically raw. Stuff is friendly.

Didn't visit there! I might have gone past on a bus. Prefer to buy decent sized burgers from Bird's Eye or Co-op...

Staff are overwhelmed with volume of visitors at the McDonald's and offer no welcome or value throughout frequent visits. Tea is either Luke warm or stewed

Very nice McDonald's. Great food great drinks and an amazing menu. It was mostly clean too. Loved it and would recommend it. Amazing service too from nice staff and pretty cheap and fresh

If you like your food cold and rushed, this is the place to go. Not a good experience.

The worst McDonald's I have ever had. Two chicken wrap. One was half empty, and the other the chicken was cooked so much it was hard. Best not get a takeaway here.

It was good for a quick stop on my way home. The McDonald's was poor for their extras, no sauce, no napkins. Clean tables were available, so good.

It's McDonald's no proper rating needed. However the stop itself was great. The environment is especially lively with lots of travellers around.

I was starving, only reason I called in here.

Machine didn't give print out. Told a member of staff who told what appeared to be the manager and neither of them acknowledged that I had just spoken to them. Very rude. I understand they were under pressure, but they could at least answer me.

I am a shift worker and use this place regularly often after midnight, there are always 2 or three staff in behind the counter normally at the back of the kitchen and if you approach the counter someone will eventually engage with you saying "we are cleaning and are closed at the moment" or "the tills are playing up, you can wait but it probably going to be a long time" and other such excuses. The thing is, there are staff there all night being paid to hide including the overnight manager and this has been going on for years, I wonder how much revenue is being lost to this. The Hack for this place should you wish to eat there is to sit in the car park and go into the app and order, they will make it for you? Crazy, is this a management strategy or is it hidden laziness. All of my colleagues know and understand how this McDonald's works and it is quite ludicrous?

Staff seem ok, but as we order from a machine you don't really interact with them. My husbands food was good but mine was luke warm and at best edible. Couldn't be bothered to wait in queue again to sort though. Hot chocolate is definitely a better option than the coffee.

Like many other people have stated - this place is awful. Waited 22 minutes for my food and then gave up. No apology. Do not bother with this place - no wonder why they are having financial issues at the moment.

Worse McDonald's restaurant around food always cold presentation terrible lucky to get onions in burger when asked for. 9 times out of 10 I got to re-heat in air fryer. I live 3mins from restaurant food should not be cold🤦‍♂️

I was looking forward to a good morning coffee at McDonalds only to get a cup full of warm milk didn’t taste anywhere near latte. Am set in the car thinking should I go and request another coffee? Just drove off…

Good place to get fast and hot food. Staff is respectful and always ready to help.

Given how busy they were and the fact it is in a motorway service station, the guys here were incredibly efficient. Food was hot, well priced and unlike my local maccies placed in to the boxes/bag and not thrown. If all maccies worked like Sedgmoor then it would make for an overall more pleasant experience.

Visited on the way back from Bristol/South Gloucestershire after our game at Cribbs FC. Friendly staff and lots of room to enjoy a McPlant meal and a welcome latte. I liked the logo visible from M5 as well. Another addition to the database.

It's a fast food motorway stop. It's expensive and not very good.

Standard McDonald's in a service station. A good size with plenty of seating. The food is not fast to be honest. Was a good ten minutes wait. Staff not that friendly or welcoming but the food was good and hot.
