Excellent service, and very good atmosphere.

Really enjoyed coffee waiting for kids to come out of school as had a half day costa really saved us as it was raining so hard

l have a wheat and glutton allergy and nearly every Costa coffee shop l go do not have any glutton free sandwiches on sale. The only glutton free food you have is 2 types of cake bars that both cost over £2 each. Or a bag of overpriced crisps . come on, Costa, please can you sort out some glutton free sandwiches in your coffee shops. thank you.

The first Costa where the lovely young lady with blonde hair behind the counter would do a proper caramel hot chocolate that was extra hot as it should be served. She was very helpful and great with the kids. Top tier customer service from her. Please give her a thumbs up from me

Excellent service and clean shop. We received a lovely welcome and was served by a professional lady . The iced latte was exactly as requested and was polite and swift in making the order. Generously poured the dalgona and chocolate. Very clean shop and good atmosphere. Would be my first option for coffee in town.!

We where staying local and popped in here twice for breakfast, we always choose Costa because we like the coffee and it's generally consistent on all Costa sites, all staff where friendly and helpful.

The only bad thing is that it can get a bit loud, but the drinks are amazing 👏 Try their chocolate fudge brownie frappe!

I don’t usually list Costa sites as well they are mostly the same… clean, good quality coffee and friendly staff. However the atmosphere and the ‘warmth’ in this site by the staff to their locals was both impressive and genuine. Getting orders ready as the customers walked in before even getting to the counter and all known by name… nice!

As Costa go on the small side but staff mostly very welcoming and friendly coffee good as normal

Two latte and a hot chocolate. All very watery. The milk is as though it is watered down. The latte was more like ordinary coffee. Not sticking to the cup etc. As in a lot of Costa coffee shops lately.

Love going to this costa cafe, staff are always friendly. I have dairy allergies and they go above and beyond to make sure I get the correct drink. They also have a allergy book, so you can see what ingredients are in the drink

All I was after was a coffee, so was not in the store for too long. The staff are friendly enough, and do not take too long over an order. My coffee was about the same quality as others, so no complaints as far as that goes.

When it’s busy it’s very hard to move. They should have disabled priority seating for easy access in and out. As a result we struggled to get a table.

Sadly this Costa is not doing g Spiced Pumpkin lattes. Decided to have the Hazel maple latte instead... no syrup. Poor planning and lost sales. Disappointing for a major chain.

Unbelievably bad experience today! All tills down and signs as you approach counter saying cash only which was an issue as I only had Apple Pay. I had planned to have a coffee and use my laptop for an hour before being picked up. Only to be questioned by staff as to whether I was going to buy anything to my amazement. I said yes if you could take money. Only to then be told there was a cashpoint down the road to which I said I only have Apple Pay and unfortunately your till doesn’t work. I then got questioned as to if I’m going to sit down and use the table and the free Wi-Fi. I actually quizzed the member of staff if they were actually being serious or if this was a joke. Being a Costa member who spends well over £50 a month every month for travel in the UK this was just disgusting. Very rude and exceptionally bad experience considering two hours previously I had stopped at a services and spent £7 at Costa which I showed the staff member. Insulting, off-putting and rude.

Visited here twice in the week whilst on holiday. lovely place . The staff are brilliant, helpful and friendly and great customer service. Tables cleared quickly , busy but hardly a queue, is this because not a teenager serving but 3 more mature ladies. Well done to you all and Thankyou

Liked this little Costa in Burnham on Sea. Some indoor seating, no outdoor seating. Can get quite busy as its a holiday destination town. Staff very helpful. Looks a little tired and old inside. But perfect for a quick pit stop. The coffee was nice and hot. No parking, street parking, or paid carparks available. Disabled access. Pushchair friendly. The usual Costa menu.

Nice little Costa in the main street of Burnham on Sea. A little small but cosy and the staff are friendly.

Despite being short staffed they did a very good job. Food and drinks as good as any other Costa. I would like the plant kitchen stuff in all of them. Not just a select few

I had the misfortune of visiting the Burham branch today. Preordered my drinks and was served a fantastic coffee as I am used to. Then my experience was ruined. The tables were littered with empty cups whilst the staff chatted away behind the counter. I cleared myself somewhere to sit and in the 15mins I was there everyone thought it was better to chat than to clear the tables.

I am a regular visitor to Burnham On Sea High Street Costa Coffee. I come in with friends and our children or sometimes on my own for a bit of peace. We've never had a bad experience. The staff and lovely and chatty. The coffee and cakes are to die for.

Great coffee in the centre of Burham on sea. We order a hot chocolate and a flat white. The taste of the chocolate was really good and the flat white also. Nice views and relaxing atmosphere. Efficient and friendly staff.

Nice Costa coffee with plenty of natural light and good views of the main street in Burnham. We had a hot chocolate and a decaf flat white with soja milk. Both orders were what we expected. This is worth mentioning since other Costa coffees struggled with orders which are too specific like ours.

The toast is particularly good but make sure you get 4 pats of butter. I am local and go there often.

Efficient service and friendly staff. This Costa gets quite busy especially in the summer season so sometimes products sell out quickly. Only one toilet for both genders and disabled. Parking would be in public car park or roadside when possible. Full disability access throughout.

It’s compact so the customers stare at you whilst your eating and drinking. There was no plant based breakfast rolls on offer. The staff took ages to serve only a few customers.

I've been going into this Costa ever since it opened, it used to be really ropey, grubby and with staff who couldn't care less. But, it has really improved massively over the past 12 months. New staff, new attitude. The place is always clean and tidy, the staff are friendly, helpful and attentive, it's a pleasure to go in.

2 kids drinks and a hot chocolate, 2 gingerbread men, a pack of shortbread and a millionaires shortbread. £15 felt like a lot of money. Slow unreliable WiFi, somewhat surly staff and had to clean our own table. Seems to be surviving on it's brand name or the coffee must be amazing.

It's a Costa.... lol Same as most but loses a star as a little slow on service and didn't really seem to be enjoying the job. No smiles and no chat which is quite unlike any other local Costa I've visited

Nice and cool with air-conditioning, only a few tables but spaced out, and cleaned between customers. Easy to get in and toilets very user friendly for someone in a power chair like myself (there is actually room to turn inside to lock the door!) Food cooked to order, usual coffee shop fare, but was nice to sit, feel safe and cool on the hottest day of the year, inside with a cold coffee. Staff very welcoming also with a smile on their faces. We come here every year when we visit Burnham/Brean

Typical Costa indistinguishable from any other from the inside. Coffees were average - not the best Costa I've had but probably as good as anything else such a short walk from the seafront.

Wasted trip. Google states the shop was open until 5pm. However after we had parked up and got there, about 2:30pm on the 30th August, the shop was closed!

I am yet to go in this cafe and find the floor clean and tables cleaned off. It's very busy. Staff friendly. I would try one of the other coffee shops in town.

Lunch on a horrible weather day. Busy as there doesn't seem that many other place to eat!! Great atmosphere - staff were joking and laughing with each other. Service as ever slick.

Costa was great, just a little off putting whilst walking back to the car there were loads of group's of kids, not the most pleasant or speaking without using every swear word there is.....
