White Willows in Sedgemoor

Myself and my wife went for an evening meal at the White Willow tonight excellent service and the food was first class. Thank you James. Everything was superb. A well mannered young first class man.

A nice atmosphere and the food was lovely. We came for the festive meal and everyone enjoyed.

Lovely pub with great cosy atmosphere. All the staff were polite, friendly and accommodating especially as we were a walk in booking. The food was delicious and reasonable priced and the menu had something for everyone including children. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Suzie was just amazing such a personable service style. She couldnt have done more for us for our annual family christmas celebration. Full of energy and enthusiastic. A friend and I visited The White Willow today for lunch. The food was excellent and very good value and was served very promptly as we needed to leave by a certain time. Dean and Ashley were really friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Very professional members of staff and real assets to the restaurant.

Competitively priced, good quality food, attentive service in a welcoming environment, spacious and even apparently dog friendly. The Christmas Menu looks particularly appealing and fairly priced. We will certainly be going again.

Spontaneous visit - Saturday evening and was fairly busy. Great service from Dean & Emily - friendly to both the adults and children in our party, nothing was too much trouble. Didn't wait long for food either - results. Would recommend.

Had a great evening Suzanne our server was an absolute star she was bubbly friendly , welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us , my partner and i both said we had the best service we have had in a very long time give her a pay rise she certainly deserves it :)

Jade and Shay were both amazing. We hadn’t booked and Shay got us a table within 15 minutes and helped us at the bar. Once we were sat Jade was very helpful and always offering us stuff which made the experience lovely. Food was also 10/10.

Stay across the rd with work and visit this pub nightly, very good food, best in the area. All the staff a great and make you fell very welcome. Well worth a visit if your in the area.

Out for a quick family meal. The food was served within good time of ordering. Our server Beth was extremely pleasant and well mannered, she ensured that the order was correct before proceeding and was understanding to my food allergies. A nice establishment for a family friendly evening meal.

Had a roast it was ok, I was a little confused as to why the mixed meat was not available but you could still have chicken or beef.

The food is nice, not the best but can't complain. The service is ok but gotta stan up and order at counter every time you wanna order something. If you are 1/2 people it's good, it's no big deal, but if you are with a large group, it can be annoying. Food takes too much time but I was there for drinks as well, so didn't bother me much. The ambience and seating are good. Really great place if you are coming with your pets. I would recommend this place but not highly recommended.

Visited Fridwy night. It was very busy and fully booked but we sat in the bar with a drink for 30 mins while we waited for a table to free up. As soon as we arrived I was asked about allergies, and as I'm allergic to egg I was really happy to see how serious they take it. Service from Gareth was fantastic, helpful and the food was delicious. We'll be back again!

Food was tasty and warm, it came out very quick even though it appeared to be rather busy. Our server, Shay, was very friendly and helpful.

Well worth a dining experience.

Visited on the day of the North Petherton carnival. Handy for food if staying in the Premier Inn but you do need to book if it's carnival day. We had starters, main and dessert. Bill came to £80 for 2 adults and a child. Garlic bread and cheesy garlic bread very dry but otherwise the meal was hot and a good portion. Maddie was very friendly and Dean/Dano were good hosts.

Was disappointed with the meal, steaks were tough, even though it was supposed to be sirloin, one mushroom, half a tomatoe and green stuff as garnish. Had to ask 3 times for tomatoe sauce from one of the girls but the guys were good. Unfortunately won’t be revisiting.

Service was very haphazard, had to go seeking staff member to order our food after drink served. We could not have a dish off of set menu even if ordered both dishes and discarded main so we could have a proper steak from main menu. Too difficult it seems! Asked that children’s main came with our starter, no can do apparently? Very disappointing, Food quality ok ish!

Didn't book but was able to get a table as it was only 17.00 . Staff friendly and polite Food was really nice and arrived hot.

Lovely cozy place but sadly the food was mediocre for the cost .Steak was a bit grizzly .Advertising as steak Thursdays so was expecting a good varied steak menu as a Thursday specials .it was just the normal everyday menu .The belly pork was very thin .shame as place is lovely but after spending nealy £100 on 2 daytime lunchs wont be in a rush to go back .expexted a bit more than mediocre for the cost

This spot is great for family friendly areas, the service is friendly and welcoming, there are lots of different menu options for all different types of food tastes.

Food was nice, kids meals generous sizes. Clean and has a little play area. Unfortunately we felt unwelcome by staff. Maybe because we arrived early (half way stop point from holiday) and needed to wait around for 30 mins with three children until the kitchen were accepting orders. We noticed other customers received warmer welcomes, but we felt we were an inconvenience for them and it got a bit awkward, particularly by a female bar staff member. Probably wouldn't come back due to strange vibe from staff, but the pub itself is fine. Edit: just read your response, which is a flat out lie. Did not swear at anyone. Glad you accept that there was at least a strangeness which we felt.

My family and I visited the White Willow. Easy to find and park and with EV points available along with Disabled parking. Wheel chair access at main entrance. Staff welcoming and take their time to explain the specials menu etc. Food has great flavour with both drink being reasonably priced. Pub is dog friendly with water and a treasure bowl. Good size outdoor play area for children which parents can view from both outside and indoors.

Second time here. Menu has changed. Lots of flavour in our beef dinner. Not alot of veg and loads of roast potatoes. Not my thing as love veg. But rest of family enjoyed. Maybe less potatoes and more variation of vegetables make it better. Only downside today was drink pumps not working and not alot of choice. Was said they ran out this week? I go back to try other dishes.

We went on a Sunday afternoon and it was surprisingly quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food we ordered took just the right amount of time to come, and was delivered hot and well presented. And was nice and tasty. It was a very pleasing experience, and I recommend it to everyone.

It was the first time my friends and I visited this pub for a lunchtime meal. We were so impressed with everything the Pub had to offer that we found it extremely clean and comfortable Before we left, we decided to book a Sunday lunch for a few weeks' time, as so impressed we're we !! Can't wait to use their hospitality once again
