The best restaurants serving Default food in Mullion Cornwall, Isles of Scilly South West

Really lovely staff and the food was faultless. Sometimes there was a queue but so worth the short wait time. Wonderful for such fresh and delicious food! Try the chicken tikka kebab or fresh haddock and chips. Absoutely delicious and staff very friendly and helpful too

We had a meal from the CCC this evening; balti and jalfrezi in chicken and vegetable form. We thoroughly enjoyed every mouthful and would not hesitate to return. Pleasant people, lovely food. Thank you.

After a long walk down from the car park we were in need of a cup of tea. What a wonderful oldie world atmospheric place. Made even more so by a local folk group playing in the bar. We ordered 2 teas and stood by the bar watching the group. We are in our late 70’s and after a few mins 2 very nice young men offered us their seats. We took them and as we sat down the bar lady told us we couldn’t sit there as it was blocking the bar!! I could not believe it! I said “ those 2 guys just offered us their seats!” She retorted that they were going to be asked to move anyway. There were no other seats. We were shown in the empty restaurant to drink our tea. We could hear the music across the corridor but couldn’t see the group and just no atmosphere where we were. Looking across to the bar a man was sitting in the seats we had been ordered to vacate. He was still there when we left. Why wasn’t he asked to move!!? One rule for regulars and one rule for visitors maybe. The menu looked good. We would have eaten here and with drinks would have spent over £50 with them. We did not want to eat in a cold empty restaurant. Sadly their loss. Ours too unfortunately.

Great Place , Highly Recommend them if like fresh Seafood you must Visit. John and Sue are a great Team and very helpful. When I can not get down to visit I Always have fresh crab sent up Country from them and its Always Exceptionally fresh.

Fab pastie. Ona par with Gear Farm. Had pastie as takeaway with a coffee. Pastie was hot but not nuclear! Friendly staff.

Last meal.of our holiday. What a load of rubbish!! Freshly cooked fish and chips were stone cold 5 mins after collection, greasy batter, chips abysmal, possibly the worst fish and chips ever!!! And so expensive 😫 I certainly advise everyone to avoid the place

Lovely hotel, scenery is breathtaking, staff are lovely but the food is very expensive and the portions are small. My partner was still hungry and it made him grumpy....The drinks order was wrong but it stayed on the bill even after they said it would be taken off. The bed is tiny and very uncomfortable. Unfortunately we won't be back.

The Meadows is outstanding. We stopped for just a coffee but fuelled up on their irresistable cakes as well. They have a great selection of gluten free food and the welcome was warm and friendly. Highly recommended.

Plenty of seats and parking nearby . An old Inn and one of the few places to eat when visiting the Lizard. The food selection is limited but nicely cooked and presented .The Lizard is a place to visit on a fine day. Its not nice on a wet day

Decided to have a take away pizza. Last minute decision. Expected it to be average, big mistake,. Hand thrown pizza with delicious topping, we live locally so will defo be back. Well done.

Over priced cheap produce used, you can tell by the shop they are running things on a budget the shop is empty. Ordered a few pizzas which were average the beef was cheap and had a revolting after taste. The cookie was shocking a small cookie which they class as cookie dough very disappointing.

Absolutely fabulous and friendly pub!!! The staff Ben & Lauren went that extra mile to look after us! Both so friendly!! Infact everyone in the pub was friendly and chatty and the food was exceptional! Such large portions and all home made!! Dog friendly too! Highly recommend this pub. The best in the village. Can’t wait to return again in the future! Well done guys, a fantastic job all round and the staff are an absolute credit to you! Even the chef was a great guy and his curry was amazing! This is a fabulous little store, supporting locals and holiday makers alike. Really well stocked! Fresh and tasty food. I didn’t even see the fabulous veg shed until we left. Great! And well worth shopping local as a holiday maker to ensure the shop is there for locals all year. Such a nice walk to find it too. We’re heading back for coffee and breakfast in the morning.

We were so impressed with our meal during our stay at The Polurrian on the Lizard. We had the mussels to start which were delicious and the main course blew us away - Trout, samphire and potato, all cooked to perfection. The Scottish gentleman that served us during our meal was so friendly and the service was great throughout the evening.

A lovely old fashioned pub, with pleasant helpful staff. Service was very good and very fast. Food was cooked to perfection. A meal enjoyed by all in our group.
