Vinimos aquí por casualidad sintiéndonos cansados después de una larga mañana en el trabajo y para cuando nos fuimos nos sentimos muy animados. El personal era muy amable y la comida era realmente genial. Yo había brindado ciabatta y mi amigo tomó una ensalada César y ambos estaban muy buenos. Lo más destacado para nosotros fue el servicio y el ambiente que se sentía excepcionalmente cordial y alegre. No pudieron hacer lo suficiente por nosotros.

Durante mucho tiempo he sido un entusiasta elogioso del café Woking Morrison, especialmente por sus desayunos ingleses completos. Buenas porciones de productos de buena calidad, bien cocinados a bajo precio. Pero, ¿qué pasó a las 12 de marzo? La primera indicación fue que una de nuestras comidas se sirvió sin las dos porciones de pudín negro - una de las principales razones para elegir este plato - sin mención de esto cuando se nos trajo. Después de haber pedido en el cajero que esto fuera traído, finalmente un muchacho en edad estudiantil nos informó que el pudín negro estaba "apagado" y ofreció un reemplazo - elegí huevos fritos. Luego, al comenzar a comer nuestra comida, nos dimos cuenta de que / 1 / apenas estaba tibia, incluso fría en partes, y mucho menos caliente, y / 2 / algunos artículos obviamente habían estado bajo calentadores durante algún tiempo: las yemas de huevo eran sólidas, por ejemplo. Aproximadamente la mitad de la comida era simplemente indigerible, y después de haber terminado las partes que íbamos a comer, ¡entonces llegó un solo huevo frito de reemplazo! I wish I could give 0 rating for this owe full restaurant. Just ordered a takeaway to be delivered. The stir fried chicken and mushroom was raw. It was arrived one hour late. When my partner called up to complain and the manger was rude and argued didn’t apology. that it wasnt, it was pink and still cold on the inside.

Ordered 4 lightly battered cod and chips and the food was delicious and excellently cooked. The owners are very friendly and the fish shop is an asset to Byfleet.

Stopped by when looking for lunch spot during hike nearby - nice weather so were out in the garden. Lovely and friendly service and good food too, recommended!

Wow i am glad they are back open now in the mornings and evening. They do an amazing breakfast as it cooked to order . And the staff are amazing and always helpful

Great home delivery service, at a very good price, very interesting menu ,but be aware the food comes out a little bit on the mild side.

Hablando de shrinkflation es una pizza pequeña por el costo y no muy caliente no me haría perder el tiempo de nuevo. El servicio estaba bien un poco lento.

Last night I attended the Nags Head with my partner for my birthday. I was served by Jennifer who made sure she made it extra special for me and remained friendly and polite throughout the whole dining experience. Will definitely be returning after this exceptional service!

Not fast food at all It was a very long wait for standard food (double sausage and egg) The food took so long my coffee was like warm at best. The guy making the food was in a dirty high Vis jacket and didn't see him wash his hands when going to other work areas then back to prepare food. Won't be coming back to this McDonald's

If I could leave a 0 star review then I would! We rushed to get there for our table at 6pm as we only get a measly 5 minute grace period and had theatre tickets, only to get there and find the whole place was in darkness and not open. I have a text confirming my booking the day before which I did! No communication, nothing. No one answered the phone when I tried to ring saying we were running late, just says, number out of service. And their website when you google “Luciano’s Woking” comes up with a different Lucianos, based in Dorchester in Dorset!

Unfortunately I had to return here, I've already had a terrible experience here last year. This time a friend booked it as a surprise and I couldn't back out. Unfortunately it's still as awful as my last review. I honestly don't know where the good reviews come from - as twice I've been and it's been the same each time.. The food was tasteless and cold. Drinks were flat. Service was slow with no smile. I can't believe this place stays open or learns from it's feedback..

Twice we have tried to eat hear in the last month and both times very negative visits. Asked for things on the menu to be told they dont have them or that they are closing soon so not making any more. Poor quality food when we did finally find something they have. Last visit they had just closed at 4.30pm I'm sure they used to be open later. Staff not really bothered about you or quite rude. Shame as it used to be ok here.

Currently running a limited menu due to staff shortages, and looking at other reviews it appears this might have been the case for some time. The offering was just a few cakes, a couple of choices of sandwich, or quiche. The quiche was just scrambled egg with some tomato in it (no cheese, cream, milk etc) no flavour and frankly inedible. The sandwiches were bland and overpriced. 2 stars given purely because I've been before and it has been good in the past, this visit really was a 1 star though - we left most of our food. Highly recommend not to visit here until they have their full staff count back.
