The best restaurants serving Default food in Bisham and Cookham Windsor and Maidenhead South East

We’ve had takeaways from Prema before but this weekend it was my husband’s birthday and we decided to introduce our friends to her amazing food. It was so fresh and bursting with flavour. The quality of the meat excellent and they were bowled over by the meal.

We were running late and I had heard good things about Yunan Messe Grill so we called in. Our order was quickly taken and after a short wait, we were given our food. The food was fantastic - really well cooked chicken, with salad, flatbread, rice and sauces. We really enjoyed our takeaway and will definitely go back!

Small and packed with delicious foods and wine from floor to ceiling ! Happy to have dropped by for lunch and found this gem. Will be back.

Had an excellent long weekend stay here at the Crown! Located in the heart of Cookham with excellent services from Tom & the team from start to finish! Highly recommend!

Fantastic place for that special evening out

This is without doubt the best Chinese restaurant in the area - we have tried many different ones but always come back here, travelling from Henley on Thames and each time it is as good as the last.

Amazing restaurant. The food was exceptional, the best Thai food I’ve ever had, highly recommend the chicken PAD THAI, PED MAKHAM and Weeping tiger. The service was amazing too, attentive and welcoming. Will definitely be returning.

The service here is always amazing and the food is lovely and great variety on the menu. The best part for me though is the dessert trolley which always has yummy puddings on it if you have space! Prices are pretty reasonable for what you get too.

The welcome, service, food and drink were all outstanding. The staff were attentive and all of the food was absolutely delicious. Try the Lychee sour, absolutely delicious and invented by the very talented bartender Krisztina. Hurley house is a lovely place to go for a special meal, I can’t recommend it enough.

Went for Sunday lunch having been recommended by a few different people. Had a table booked inside the restaurant after 45 minutes and having to share one menu between 4 people we ordered . The restaurant/ hotel seem more bothered about serving what can only be described as a pool party outside. Lots of people drinking and shouting. It reminded me of Spain in the 90s. Not a restaurant to go for a nice Sunday lunch. After 1 hour and no service we paid for our drinks and left. Went to a pub in the village and had a lovely meal. Won’t return and REALLY wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Thought the service was friendly, polite and genuine. The food was excellent. Loved the dips with the poppadoms. Had the railway lamb which was tasty.

Had a lovely experience at The Ferry. Food was amazing and the service was brilliant, all staff were very attentive!

This place is a gem; delicious food, really lovely waiting staff. Everything is hot and fresh and presented with a smile The vegetable pakora are delicious. Food isn’t greasy, just feels fresh and tasty
