A nice place to go to for a quick drink with my child. Some staff remember what my child likes to drink and that I find that really nice. The prices have gone up recently so I won't visit as often

I was asked to get up from my chair within a few seconds of sitting in it as the staff had other plans for the chair. To be clear, the place was almost completely empty and there was no need to relocate the chair.

Rob provides amazing service! He sees me walking up the street and has my coffee ready as I walk in the door! He's always friendly and energetic.

Very good service and happy for people like Rob that could make a greek Freddo Espresso for me. Best barista I met in the UK by far.

Service was very friendly and efficient. Good coffee, sandwich options were fine, not that exciting but were still tasty.

On a dog walk, and meeting our grand daughter from train. Fancied a coffee and lunch. It had started raining. Went through back gate expecting awnings and heat lamps , as advertised. None were available. Went into premises following a fellow dog walker. It was not busy but we were told to sit outside as dogs not welcome. As it was raining and we were told that the awnings were broken we were told that if an area manager came in then we should mention that we had been told that dogs cannot be inside but they could stay. So, in summary, they did not care that it was raining and we should sit outside even though the awnings were not available. We did stay inside and our dogs were not a problem, we were more concerned about a baby that was allowed to crawl along the floor! In this area, especially, I would expect a more friendly approach towards dog owners.

On Christmas Day Costa gave customers free hot drinks and the staff gave us some chocolates with our food. The staff were cheerful when working on Christmas Day. In January staff were so apologetic about a delay in bringing our food that they gave us a free cake!

Ordered a couple drinks and food items on Justeat recently and both orders have turned up with the food or drinks missing. Absolutely useless, don’t order for delivery, use the Taplow branch instead.

Amazing place. Always a warm welcome by the great team including Jafar, Anna, the young asian chap and Rob. Service is a pleasure, the place is super clean. We actually come here especially instead of the local Costa's in Maidenhead, willing to travel for the right place and service. Just Awesome, thank you guys! Gary Mander, Wife and the 2 boys! visit 2,charged my card 3x! eventually corrected. Visit 1, perfect, relaxed and OK. visit 3....no coffee, cleaning machines, 3hr job....what in opening hours ??? (Tea was awful)!!!

Always a lovely place to stop for a coffee and a bite to eat - the back garden is perfect on a sunny day for a mid-cycle breather.

I mean everyone likes Costa right? But we are so lucky to have such a great costa here. Friendly staff, always clean, never had any issues, always a good visit. A great asset to the village and one I will continue to visit. Well done guys!

Always clean, quick and convenient! A local coffee place where the batistas remember you and enjoy their work, located right next to the train station, and even with a little outdoor seating area in their garden if you wander through the inside!

Usual good coffee etc, but first time one staff member was unhelpful on today's visit with toddler & buggy. The layout of the shop does not help when there is a queue e.g. get to front of queue and ask for something, to be told it is 3m further back and self service, not useful. Asked for second item and same response, staff unwilling to help!

I like Costa Coffee anyway …but this one is extra nice! The staff are really friendly, make great coffee and they know how we like our drinks now as we visit quite a lot :) It’s light and airy and close to the station so handy when waiting for your train!

Visited this place today at 13hrs. Very warm, welcoming and a very clean and cosy atmosphere. Due to Covid-19 lockdown, it was a large takeaway hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows that I ordered. Polite and professional service by the Barista! Fantastic selection of sandwiches, cakes and pastries. Highly recommended. Costa never fail to deliver an exceptional service and product.

Cookham Costa has to be the cleanest, friendliest Costa around! I frequent Costa a lot in various towns/retail outlets/drive thrus etc .... Cookham always wins, hands down. Thank you Cookham team - you are awesome 😇

Excellent coffee and atmosphere

Best Costa - this is a busy Costa and the staff are always so friendly, and so efficient and fast in serving and clearing up - I always feel frustrated when I go to other coffee shops now, they are just not as good as Costa Cookham!

Great find at the end of the village after walking through. All the usual things you'd expect but which Costa generally do so well. I have noticed now that their rewards card only amounts to 5% return whereas originally it was 10%. Seems a bit sneaky and unnecessarily mean.

The team at this branch of Costa are so friendly and efficient - it is a busy costa and they are fast at the service and drinks and they don't compromise quality or presentation in achieving that. They have an amazing memory for my favourite options and always tempt me and tell me about others or offer samples. The place is always clean, table are cleared and wiped fast on departure. It is a great local place to hangout for work (so many people sat solo on their laptops) or chat for work or with family or friends. The deck out the back is great, even in the winter the heaters make it cosy and in the summer it offers rays or shade.

Been visiting this chain for quite a while now and enjoy every visit. The staff members are very friendly which makes the visit even more pleasant. Have been to a few different chains and can easily say this is the best one out of the lot.

Have enjoyed a few visits. Staff great and remember customer orders after two visits. No loud mobile phone conversations on 6 or so visits. Quiet but busy esp weekends. Suntrap rear patio great in morning. Cyclists can park bikes there via side gate. I travel 5 miles or more by car out of choice for the haven. Coffee typically Costa.
