Been going here for over 20 years - and I can't say a bad thing.

Delicious food and great service. This restaurant is consistently good and we’ve been coming for years. Unlike some other restaurants, they don’t prioritise take away meals over seated diners in the hope that by making you wait, you will order more drinks whereas take away customers tend not to buy drinks. Service there is very good, and like a well oiled machine with smiles!!!

Really delicious and authentic Chinese food and a reasonable price. The chow mein was particularly exceptional. I couldn’t detect any funny smells in the air, and although the service was prompt, I didn’t feel rushed. I would recommend.

Food was above average, and it was good sized portions. Service was averageHowever, the envoy was the slight issue, appeared a bit stuffy and there was a peculiar spell (not the toilet) coming from the kitchen area that was pungent

Great dinner. Food is amazing, reasonably priced and portions are normal human size, not monstrosities you find at pubs sometimes.

Service is extremely poor, paper sheets on the tables. Let’s start with the starter, vegetable platter, so salty, the tofu not that fresh… we had few mains they were ok apart of fried mushrooms with sprout beans, mushrooms were cooked not fried at all! Vegetarian Singapore style noodles were to dry and full of salt and turmeric. Within a minute the food was on the table…

Food was lovely but the service what just utterly terrible the ladies in there is so ignorant and rude to you the whole time your in there they rush your food out to you quik as they can for them to then watch you eat it over your shoulder like your not eating it quik enough and them taking your order and being your food out in such a rude way and acting like they hate you there made me and my family feel like we didn’t want to no longer and eat and get up and go such a shame to be so rude for no reason

Nice staff, reasonably good food with fair prices

I ordered a takeaway but in getting home I noticed a couple of items were missing. I called the restaurant to let them know only for the manager to say the items were in the bag. I tried to assure her they were not in the bag. I am not stupid and I can count. As I wasn't getting through I ended hanging up. Not happy

Literally, THE best Chinese restaurant in Windsor. This place has become our regular. It is SO clean. The food is exceptionally tasty. The staff is friendly, easygoing, and on top of everything. Try the lemon chicken, the noodles, their sweet and sour chicken balls, their vegan lettuce wraps and in fact, everything!!!

We have enjoyed coming here for years and the food is always very good and the service is always friendly.

Food was awesome and staff extremely friendly and funny. Order some lamb ,chicken and could of different othe dishes. Was excellent. Highly recommend! Right by Windsor Castle!

Ordered from Hong Kong and was deeply disappointed. The chicken chow mein had a burned taste, portions were tiny, and to top it off, they confused vegetable croquettes for samosas. Won't be ordering again. When complaining to them, no apologies were given and offered lame excuses. Poor customer service! Ordered for over £50 and didn’t even have any free prawn crackers.

We were recommended this place some time ago and popped in for a quick lunch. Service excellent and food fantastic. Tasted very clean and fresh. We ate, egg fried rice, spicy sliced fish, ribs and garlic bok choy. Delicious. Forgot to take a photo of the food 😆

Showed up wit 2 kids, lots of empty tables but they had "no space". Called later to book for 4 people and they had lots of space.

Great meal with my family this evening. Lovely crispy duck, followed by a selection of dishes, including chicken with cashews in black bean sauce, sweet and sour fish, sizzling chicken, Singapore noodles and rice. Delicious, as always!

Food qualities are superb. Nor expensive. Good value for money.

Consistently brilliant service - really friendly - and the food is outstanding. We first ate here the same day the late Queen passed away and the waitresses couldn’t have been more friendly. Never disappointed and always made to feel welcome.

it is an excellent restaurant, very good service, clean and good atmosphere. I was surprised in finding this place to eat and will always go there when I'm in Windsor. We were a group of 5 and we are all delighted.

Charged me for bean curd that wasn’t how I expected even though I described it. Informed them of this and said I should have shown a photo ?!! I ate 3 pieces and said I don’t like this, didn’t apologise and took it off the table and made it very clear I must pay for the dish. No alternative or apology. Very poor customer service and attitude stinks. Avoid Such small portions full of lots of MSG - expensive for cheap quality food and not worth it

The wife and I just discovered this place, and it has lovely food! The crispy aromatic duck is the best around! The service was quick and efficient. We liked it so much that we're taking the kids in a couple of weeks.

This restaurant is cash only…so we had to leave in the middle of the meal to take some cash and the service is disgraceful. Not Recommended!

We’ve been eating here for nearly 20 years; the food has never been amazing but it’s been good and good value. We always have the set meal B. But on this latest visit the quality of the food was average, as though the chefs have got lazy so the flavours weren’t as good as usual, plus the portion sizes were pretty small. To get plates of lemon chicken and crispy chilli beef for 4 people and the portion size of each be about half a normal takeaway portion was disappointing. You have to appreciate the cost of living and of raw ingredients at the moment but I’d rather they just increase the prices and give us enough food to eat. We did ask if there had been a mistake and they just said that’s how much you get now. Given it must be the 30th time we’ve been and ordered the same set meal, it was a shame they didn’t try to rectify. And over the years the staff have always been friendly and have chatted with us, but now they seem quite sullen and robotic, a bit like a tourist trap that doesn’t care if you don’t come back. I hope this was a one off but other feedback would suggest not

We have been going to this restaurant for over 30 years. The food quality is just the same…. Delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant!!! We eat lunch today but we also so for dinner and get take out from time to time. If you have never eaten there you are missing out!

After reading reviews we were expecting exceptional food. Some staff very welcoming, but one lady quite robotic and quite brusque. We found the food quite bland and not special so left feeling deflated. Brusque staff member pointed out no tip included, so left a little ,but really didn t feel we should have as expensive. Felt badgered into it!

Unassuming, corner site, great find, excellent service, food quality and atmosphere. Very busy for a Monday evening which really tells its own story! As an out of town visitor I would thoroughly recommend!

Loved it, a little bit out of town but worth it. The best Chinese restaurants always resemble someone’s front room and this is no exception. Service was excellent with staff telling us not to order 2 rice dishes as too much. The lettuce wraps were the best I’ve ever had and the crispy beef was perfectly crispy unlike some that are a bit chewy. Would definitely return

We were squeezed in early on a busy Friday evening recently. The staff were lovely and operating like a well oiled machine. The food was delivered to us quickly so I do suspect that at least some of it was pre-prepped and 'ready to go' but honestly it tasted fine so I'm not going to complain about that. It was clear that the restaurant was full with locals and judging by the brisk take-out trade it's a very popular spot. We will be going back.

Great meal at Hong Kong restaurant (as always). The restaurant was very busy but our order was taken and food delivered in a timely manner. We started with crispy duck, followed by sweet and sour fish, sizzling beef with ginger and onion, chicken in yellow bean sauce with cashew nuts, noodles with bean sprouts and rice. Delicious. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Excellent service, brilliant food, generous portions and very attentive staff. All the food was super tasty and I particularly enjoyed the mixed starter. There was so much meat on the crispy duck we needed to ask for more wraps, plum sauce cucumbers and onion... very impressed. Sizzling garlic prawns in butter wer delicious as was the beef curry and chicken in black bean and pepper sauce. Even the special fried rice could have been a meal in its own right. Full marks for everything!

Had the crispy duck as a part of a take away. The new method of serving, is that the duck is removed from the bone and put into a tin container. The result very dry, almost tasted like it had been reheated from the night before.

an excellent Chinese restaurant, with very quick, well organized staff; we were there twice, because it was so good the first time (and they kept it the second time), when we stayed close to Windsor for four days during a southern England tour

Ate here for lunch with my partner. It was a very calm and quiet lunch spot. Staff were both friendly and attentive. We had the mixed starters and everything was fantastic. The prawn toast was packed with prawn, the spring roll was flavourful and crunchy but my favourite was the squid. Absolutely perfect. Mains were well-priced and generous especially for a lunch. I’m kind of sad we were just passing through and we don’t live in the area. Otherwise I suspect this would be a favourite spot.

This is definitely the best Chinese ever! The meat is perfectly cooked the soups are fabulous and those delicious prawn crackers will leave you dumbfounded. I don’t have much experience eating in but there are nice spots to sit if you are dining in. For takeout you just call in advance and in up-to half an hour it will be steaming hot and ready. But being a family of 4 we usually like to take out and eat at home. Hong Kong gives you to have a complex meal a very simple one or just a snack, because of this it can be very good for kids for the simplicity and also introducing them into more complex foods as they get older, this is one of the the only Chinese restaurant that my kids completely finish the table at. The staff there are extremely friendly and will not stop to offer a sweet to the kids!

Genuine Cantonese cuisine at very reasonable prices. Fabulous.

The staff were nice and polite. We dined in and we were the only customers during the lunch hours in weekend. The restaurant was small. Known that the chef is a Hongkonger. The food was good and traditional. The size of dish was quite small and was suitable to me.

Food not very good beef very tough and chewy and seemed it was over from the night before. No ambiance, heating could of been on, service good and staff pleasant but will not visit again
