The best restaurants serving Default food in Hailsham Central and North Wealden South East

We go everything single Tuesday not only is it the most fantastic food - highly recommend the chicken and lamb tikka starter, chicken chaat puree , tikka massala is amazing , but the chicken and lamb shashlik is to die for, and the absolute must is the mushroom rice and saag also as sides washed down nicely with their pinot blush and an ice cold lemoncello!!! The service is always second to none every single member of the team is an asset run superbly by the lovely Kash who always goes above and beyond !

Amzing place food is lovely and the people are so kind I usually have the burger and chips and it is always lovely. Hot chocolates are so good and they are really generous with toppings

Me and my good lady read previous reviews but like to give places a chance and can honestly say the two chicken kebabs and potato wedges were excellent. Really good portion of chicken for our large kebabs, just the right amount of salad and a really tasty chilli sauce. I would recommend anyone to give it a go if they are in any doubts.

4 hours late never go there again

Put an order in at 10am Which i gave them 12 hours to process my order because lets face it, It isn't rocket science cooking food for my family. 12 o clock arrived and still nothing no one answering the phone finally i had a delivery driver asking me to call back in an hour because he doesn't know how to cook pizzas nor does he know how to refund money. My order has been "sat" in the system for over 90 minutes without confirmation. So basically they are not only robbing people they can't even provide or get out of bed for the service they provide. So question is if they can't get out of bed and do a job. Why is it still in the highstreet. Wondering if these are because they are brain dead. Put in complaints to papa johns because they have no phone numbers for their own customer services department...... Simple question is at least with domino's you aren't dissapointed you get what you get. This place its best you stay the hell away. And as i was the only customer.. My exptations are that this should be hot not look like the rest of the offerings that are on this site. Update after 3 hrs no response after saving my phone number. No calls. And Then no delivery. It was processing then it stopped. I guess they really haven't a freaking clue how to run a business. I Used to love papa johns but they can sod that

There is no cafe here that I could find actually, only a coffee machine by the entrance, which is free if you make a purchase in store and take your own cup with you.

Ordered online and waited an hour and a half for the food to arrive. I have ordered from here before and although the food isn't the best it was always edible. Not this time though it was tasteless gunk absolutely terrible £27 spent to end up in the bin. When I called for an update on my order the man was not really bothered that I had been waiting for so long for my food to arrive and hung the phone up on me. Seriously not impressed and will not be using them again.

Booked online even though previous reviews were not overly positive. However, it exceeded our expectations and provided very good value for money. Check in was straightforward and we went to our room. Although it would have benefited from a really deep clean, it was pretty clean. The beds were comfortable and the en-suite had all we needed. The room was quiet and we slept well. We had booked breakfast the night before as it was cheaper to do this. There was a very good selection and we were well looked after by Fraser. The hot good was very good. We did the same for the next breakfast but we’re overcharged. I pointed it out and suggested they put the extra in the charity box. All in all a very good stay and we would certainly return there. To be fair, except for the deep clean and overcharge, it would have been 5 stars.

Perfect food, made on time loved it all, I always collect and it's always ready.absoluty delicious food the special curry is amazing as is the chicken and pork Chinese style

Ordered via food delivery app, good presentation but poor quality of food.

Order food for delivery it took an hour and 45 to come and was cold and dry. I will not be ordering again from this papa John’s
