Very disappointed. Have been loyal customers for years. I recently visited Mister Chef and became alarmed by the lady handling the food licking her fingers as she was handling food.Quite simply a big old disappointment, will never be ordering from there again. After the incorrect food was delivered the ignorant woman on the phone would not listen to any complaints insisting that it was not her fault and therefore not her problem.i found hair in the food & the lady over the phone was asking for the colour of hair rather than apologising & was saying iam lying. why will i lie for a food delivery ? i strogly recommend the council to take necessary action .This resturant needs to shut as its not maintaing basic health hygenine. RUDE STAFF & HOPELESS FOOD. Council Please take action.

Missing ice creams to both waffles and milkshake they had added squirty cream when I didn’t ask for it. My kid don’t like it and Also missing straws.

The staff that we were served by were lovely and deserve to be told that. As for the food and the experience, I haven’t been for years and the new branding just doesn’t work for us. The food is basic, no presentation in the dishes we had and the restaurant was quite dirty. The food was nice what we had tho and I would go back to try again if we were passing. Thanks to our server, I would mention her but she didn’t leave a name on our receipt (:

Terrible 😣 made us both sick ,terrible taste ,give this place a wide birth , this was a takeaway for 2 , when contacted there attitude was appalling, will be reporting them to environmental health.

There is NO Cafe & NO Pharmacy!? Neither a Cafe of any type or a Pharmacy are run by Sainsbury on this site in Tunbridge Wells

Ordered 2 small breakfasts @ £10.50 each. Came with a small dried-up sausage, dried -up rasher of bacon, a hash brown, portion of baked beans, slice of white toast and oh! a nicely cooked egg.

Just a flying visit for a takeaway coffee on a busy Saturday, but what a lovely team. 3 young people who were so friendly, welcoming and polite. Really lifted the place. Well done!

We had ordered two lots of prawn balls and they were actually mouldy 🤢🤮 won’t ever be going back there it’s a shame as the people who own it are lovely. Just need to work on food being fresh not mouldy.

We were a little hesitant because from the outside it looks like nothing special. But then we noticed they cook with a wood oven so we figured it would be worth trying. The verdict: A nice thin crust pizza with a good amount of ingredients. Collection price is really good too. Only £10 for a large 15" any style. I think you can eat in for the same amount too. The sauce is a bit thinly applied, but you could ask for a bit more sauce if you like. The owner of this place is Afghani and prides himself on making a good pizza. If the place is not too busy he likes to chat.

Reservamos a través de Groupon, restaurante ahora bajo el nombre de 'El Refugio' forma parte de la Inteligente y sencillo hotel, para dos parejas, sólo una persona en el restaurante cuando llegamos! Se sirve en vasos de ginebra cálida, tuvimos que pedir hielo y limón, entrantes estaban bien, pero los platos principales eran terribles el 'filetes tiernos 'eran suaves y cã servido con media de limón en cada placa. Sé que eso no podría. Ninguna otra guarnición. La pechuga de pollo en salsa de vino blanco se sirve en una placa en mantequilla derretida! No hay signo de salsa de vino blanco. La ensalada de hojas mixtas deberían haber incluido aceitunas y pepino, no, sólo de hojas mixtas y tomates cherry reducido a! Los platos principales eran servidos en platos fríos, el 'chips' en las patatas fritas eran hecho!! delgado Nos ofrecieron un reemplazo para el pollo o una bebida gratis, pero esta vez nuestro amigo sólo quería salir. Ya que habíamos pagado por 'cuatro dos platos" a través de Groupon pedimos ver un gerente, nadie estaba disponible! Así que dedujo la bebida gratis ofrecen desde la factura y a la izquierda. Nunca volver. Nuestros amigos que compró el bono buscan un reembolso de Groupon.

The menue was small and very little fresh fish with without batter. No shell fish? The portion size was small. i settled for a prawn curry with no more than a table spoon of rice. The quality of the food was average but for below that of Lilli Mais next door

Usually good from here but terrible service this time around. Took hour and a half, store would not answer phone, food eventually arrived stone cold. When re-heated in oven though pizza tasted great! Just very poor service.
