Subway in Tunbridge Wells

probably one of the worst subways iv had

completely the wrong order, look like it had been thrown together and was freezing cold

Asked for heart Italian and got stale normal bread

Chips cold,ice cream melted,not good

Did deliver at the right address didn’t bother to call

Gave me completely wrong order

Not happy having my order swapped out for something different item. They need to take allergies seriously

Ordered 2 hours in advance, called the store and the driver was just sat outside for half an hour with my food

Friendly delivery driver and food was hot and delicious. :-)

I placed an order with just eat went outside to collect my order couldn’t find delivery driver to then receive a message on my just eat app saying it’s been delivered and I never received it

Really bad service . Failed to heat my nacho chicken up even when repeatedly asked. ? Non toasted old bun. A particularly unpleasant experience

Fiver had a hard time finding adress but the map marker was put on the wrong house on the wrong road good food tho

Placed order for delivery and had half my order missing then called Subway and spoke to a worker and he was extremely rude and then ended the phone on me. Then I called back and asked to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager and then he said proceeded to be rude and then say he couldn’t hear me. Won’t be ordering from here again

Gave me jalapeños instead of pickles have now had to throw sub away as can’t eat it

Nice friendly service and made my sub well, changed their gloves and used the veg knife 👍

Asked for the three 6 inch subs to be toasted , they were stone cold. Wrong sides and extras in the sub as well. One sub was a foot long !

The food arrived cold and inedible

Food was cold, the dip I ordered to go with the hash browns didn't come. The V.I.Brie 6 inch would recommend using foil to wrap it as the brie was stuck to the paper!

Been in a queue for the last 30 minutes and still haven't been seen, possibly the worst experience I have ever encountered at Subway. Only 2 people in front of me, but they guy is so so slow it's unbelievable and keeps serving just eat customers instead

Complete wrong order so phones up and the employee hung up! Waited a minute to call back then did so and asked if he had just hung up on me to which the man responded “Yes I bloody did”. Should be fired, no way to speak to a customer for zero reason.

The amount of times I've asked for my subway to be untoasted now either in store or delivery is slowly reaching the hundreds. And the amount of times I've been IGNORED and they've just gone right ahead and toasted it anyway is the same. Is it so hard to believe some people just don't like it toasted? It's slowly driving me to insanity. Even when I'm in store, I tell them untoasted and they go to put it under the grill anyway, and I have to scramble to stop them... PLEASE please, just let me enjoy my nice cold sub!

Second time , today 1st September at opening time 8.00 door was closed and waited 5 min there nobody opened and guy inside time to time looked at me and continued with his duties, totally ignored me. I’ve had three orders from here recently and requested a non toasted sub every time but 2 out of the three orders have been toasted.

I come here for a lunchtime sub once every 3 weeks, and it's ALWAYS the same: Utterly filthy tables that never, ever get wiped, let alone cleaned. Filthy dirty floors. And the staff... well they are all foreign, almost impossible to understand, one of them definitely does not understand English, let alone speak it, probably illegal. The Home Office should check their work permits. On top of that, it's expensive. Oh and did I mention, utterly filthy. The food is OK though.

Ordered at 13.22pm and didn’t arrive until 15.30pm. No contact to say was going to be late either. Called store to be told food had been prepared ages but had no drivers to deliver. Food should have been warm as requested toasted but was cold and disgusting

Bread was stale. I had one bite of my sandwich. Meatballs tasted very funny like uncooked meat. Don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.

Maybe offer brown sauce as I don't like tomato sauce

Stale Doritos No jalepenos on nachos no order notes followed also cold Bread rock hard no southwest sauce the new steak that subway is using is not nice at all only thing I enjoyed was hr cookie and they sent the wrong one Honestly don’t bother ordering, I also think my delivery time kept updating so Not sure if this is why the food was cold when It got to me

This is a nice subway, always clean and pretty much the same staff working there most days. There is a reasonably sized sitting area, and also sitting by the window so you can observe the ins and outs of people around. There are also customer toilets. Rather unusual for a Subway. Curiosity: there is another Subway just around the corner, in the shopping centre.

I was given the wrong subway completely different to the one I ordered

Both subs had Olives in them when they were not requested, also the I asked for one of the subs not to be toasted and it was.

I didn't receive my cookie or drink when i ordered a meal.

With the same gloves the staff used for the Ham used the same gloves for the salad for the customer in front, left as they don’t follow regulations.

Would give 5 stars but haven’t seen Maria for a while and service seems to have slipped as a result.

Asked the server for a ham salad 6” sandwich, I got a blank look. When she asked what bread. This being my first time in a Subway, I said a normal one 😕. Another blank look She then spoke to my husband and asked him his order he wanted a tuna sandwich, she then started to do that, when he asked about the ham salad, she said salad in a box ? He then had to explain what I wanted! She then picked up the bread and proceeded to start my sandwich. As she had now contaminated my bread with the fish (I have an allergy to fish) I walked out. My first and last visit to subway

I went here for a quick sub and when it came to paying I was overcharged. I told them this and they claimed they’re was nothing they could do. On top of this the service was poor and they were not polite.

Incorrect order. Sandwiches have been mixed up. Filling and bread is correct on both but salad has been mixed up!! I have ended up with salad in my baguette which I do not like as the order has not been read properly.

Ordered two meal deals. Each meal didn’t have the cookie and both sandwiches were made wrong. Asked for extras and they were not included, hardly anything in the sandwiches, missing sauce. Very disappointed.

Absolutely unacceptable ordered my food got confermation of deliver when the food hadn't turned up l 40 minutes after suposed delivery time and still nothing

Yet again, nachos arrived with shredded cheese that clearly hadn’t been heated or it would have melted. Totally avoid this Subway. I won’t be using them again!

Nachos came with unmelted cheese (not cooked) wrong items sent, one sub was toasted when requested not toasted. Doesn’t seem to be able to follow there own instructions!
