flies in the icecream and bird flying round in the store. hygiene is awful, you can tell this place is not managed appropriately at all. pricing is okay when using nhs discount.

Second time ordered a delivery! First time sent the wrong food, then tonight order stated it was delivered to which it was not, called and was told it was out for delivery, and hour later called again to be told there had been a mess up and they would resend it and phone when it was in its way. 1 hour and 30minutes later it had not arrived end up cancelling the order. Will not be using them again!

Looked a mess half my order was missing had to ring and get it sent out so waited again for the rest of the order The order that had got Will was all mixed together

came on time and quality was good

Missing Straw and waffle was a mess!

I placed my order at 20:45, the order was accepted and I was told would be delivered between 30-50 minutes (21:15 - 21:35). I had a notification to say it was on it's way at 21:10... It didn't turn up until after the restaurants closing time at 22:00... it arrived at 22:05, freezing, and gone stale. Almost like the order was forgotten about.

Absolutely amazing. New chicken fiesta crunch hot pocket was a delight. Service top class, place was heaving when we left, not at all surprised.

It took an hour to arrive. The Gelato and sorbet melted, having been put in the same paper bag as the coffee and warm crepes. The Gelato and sorbet were put in milkshake cups and wrapped in clingfilm, which was messy to unwrap. Not good.

Dropped in for a late night snack. The services was great, all very polite. Waffles were bagging and the Oreo shake hit the spot. Recommend!

I don’t normally complain or leave a bad review. But it turned up cold - the crepe turned up smashed inside the box and it wasn’t very nice at all.

food did not arrive! spent £44 and it says "order delivered enjoy your food" but no food has been delivered. I can not contact the restaurant or yourselves and there is no way to retrieve my money. I am disgusted by this service.

All arrived cold One had no ice cream pot the one that did had the tiniest bit of ice cream in it. Was like one spoonful The pancakes was literally like eating some rubber, so they ended up in the bin couldn’t even cut a knife through them easily

waffle was hard and cold! mint ice cream had something that resembled slimy lumps in it. We often order from creams but this one was by far the worst so far!

DO NOT RECOMMEND. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS. Ordered at 7:55pm, stated delivery 8:15-8:35pm, at 8:20pm still didn't even say prerparing, then suddenly out for delivery, and then showing as delivered when not received. Attempted to call store three times, no answer. Absolutely terrible and this store needs shutting down.

The times online are completely wrong to the opening times displayed in the window. They don't open at 12:00 on a weekday they open at 4pm!

don't put ice cream on top of a hot order of waffle !! says it all, ate about half with melted ice cream.

Even though it will not say EST 30 minutes late the delivery time kept changing from the original making it drastically late. The food was cold the strawberry’s were rotten I have evidence in the form of a photo to provide enough proof the food was abysmal. I spent £40 on my order and every item had an issue with it. I will follow up and receive and full refund

All the food was cold arrived so late. The fruit on crepe was soggy so way past the holding time intended

My food was delivered to the wrong address! By the time I had to go get it myself. The ice cream had melted and the waffles were cold and the milkshakes were horrible! Was over an hour before the person at the address had it delivered too, managed to get in touch with me to let me know they had my food. Don’t how they managed to sort it out and the restaurant got it totally wrong! Very poor!

First time ordering. the cookie dough was so sticky a gooey we couldn’t swallow it and I needed a magnifying glass to see the ice cream and it was only a heaped teaspoon amount. I won’t be ordering again rip off for what you get. No body liked it

Arrived surprisingly early but was delivered a piece of cake dryer than ghandis flip flop. Tasted like a rough old boot but cost a fortune. Tiny portions. No waffles available tonight would have ordered as they are usually ok.

it was late, driver refused to drive to our actual location. so I had to meet them at a gate. Food was kept next to hot food in the car, all our ice cream was melted and our waffles crushed. wrong food handed to us by driver they had to return to give us the correct order. Its inedible because it's dangerous to eat spoilt food.

We ordered are food at 8;28 and didn’t get our food till 21:30 with one of our waffles there was no ice cream

Waffle was freezing cold and soggy, tasted like it wasn’t freshly made. Delivery was on time so waffle shouldn’t have been freezing and soggy. Won’t be ordering again.

Originally left a 1 star review on Just Eat, after no sign of a delivery, an hour after the quoted window, by which time the shop was closed! Ten minutes later, driver arrived with our order and an apology - starting that the store had been inundated with a late rush of bank holiday orders... Despite the late delivery, the desserts were still icy and delicious - no hesitation in ordering again!

Ordered this evening and was given the time of 21.30 to 21.50 for delivery and has not been delivered.

Coffee spilled over the food and everywhere

It's just sugar,sugar and sugar. No taste at all, all you can fell is sugar, worst deserts I even tried.

ICE CREAMS MISSING! No one answers the phone and just eat refusing refund!!!! Disgusting service! Ruined the meal.

Ordered at 7:45pm didn't arrive till 8:55pm. was only just luke warm and the thick shake was wasn't very thick anymore.

The Oreo thickshake tasted like it had a minty taste to it, almost as if it had some peppermint Aero chocolate in the mix? Was very strange as I order the Oreo milkshake from this creams quite frequently and this is the first time it has tasted like this. My triple treat cookie dough was great, and as delicious usual atleast.

Ordered two bubble teas and there literally only 3 or 4 Tampico pearls in each one, so ridiculous!!!

Was waiting nearly 2 hours , could have drove there myself 3 times over the time I was waiting , for a couple milkshakes bit of a joke
