The best restaurants serving Default food in Shepway South East

Poor repair, toilets often out of use - and they smell. The outside of the place looks derelict and the inside is only a little better. Beware the car park as you will automatically get a ticket if there for more than 90 mins as I was with the lady that I care for. Being disabled she does not move quickly and can often refuse to move at all, but the people in charge of the car park don't care at all. There are many places to drink or snack in the town - why on earth would you stop here!

What a DUMP. Place was Freezing Cold. as for the Staff. what an Ignorant Bunch..when we asked for the heating to be Upped or Turned on. it was ignored. so we kept our coats on... the so called Polite Staff. just laughted at us, when we complained..the way our large party were treated it was like being back at School. NO. it was Better when at School. the Food was Rubbish. half of it was Cold and Hard to cut. not cooked enough...the so called Gravy, just like coloured water,(cold)...some of us had ice cream for dessert. it was so hard. we never ate it. even the so called Entertainment!!!!!!. I will not waste my time on that Crap. place it was us Womens Christmas Treat...and it was RUINED.by The MULBERRY. at COAST DRIVE. GREATSTONE. KENT...who could not care a less...we spent a lot of money per head going there....what a waste.. would have been better off going to a Local Fish & Chip Shop....what we thought,was going to be a nice evening out. was a Shambles....we left at 9.30pm. was there for less than two hours.. .... MY and OTHERS ADVICE, is STEER CLEAR of the PLACE. SAVE your MONEY. and GO ELSEWHERE......Be Warned..

We ordered a 4 part meal. There was no part that could be enjoyed. The egg fried rice was lacking egg and looked like porridge, the noodle dish was 90+% greasy noodles, 3% rubbery, tasteless chicken and 7% other tasteless stuff - oh and other were 2 small shrimps. We should have known better when we saw the prices which were too cheap for anything but basic budget food.

Un grupo familiar de 3 generaciones de 15 clebrando un cumpleaños histórico, tuvimos una experiencia fabulosa en el restaurante Bear Lodge y nuestro sincero agradecimiento a Ashley y todo el equipo de servicio. Genuinamente una de las mejores cenas asadas jamás vividas en un restaurante y las que no tenían asados todos reportaron la comida como fabulosa. Muy recomendable para una excelente comida y servicio en un entorno único y una increíble puesta de sol como telón de fondo. Las vistas son impresionantes y una gran playarea para los niños fueron una ventaja adicional!

Long time between ordering and delivery

The chicken wrap looked decent but lacked any seasoning and flavour. Not good value at all for £11. Needs some fresh herbs or something to bring it alive.

This has got to be the worst Chinese take away my partner and l have ever tried to eat. I ordered roast pork chow mein. The pork was fatty lumps. My husband ordered beef, ginger, spring onions. The beef was tough and stringy. However the worst thing was the pancake roll which was blackened and burnt. How can food sold be this bad? Why would you serve it? What a shame we will never go back and will tell everyone we know how really bad it was.

We placed our order via the app and chose for it to be delivered. It was delivered within 20 minutes and the food was not only delicious, it was piping hot too. The chips reminded me of how chip shop chips used to taste. The only disappointment was that I ordered a large cod which wasn’t large at all, and was rather flat. I also ordered a pickled gherkin which they had forgotten to include. Other than that I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Restaurant is in upper town high street but seems less well organized weekday lunchtime than after 3pm or in evening

each time I go here I have chicken Donna meat and chips and burger sauce it's hot it's fresh it taste like it should and the owner is polite and genuwinly friendly i enjoy going here see U again soon

First time I have visited since the referb . I attended a celebration on Sunday 23 March 2025 .Excellent venue, very stylish, amazing views and good friendly staff.

Lugar encantador y amplio menú Decepcionado en general con un pastel que estaba demasiado cocido Dije al final como es difícil quejarse. Quedó medio pastel que no se podía cortar y la carne dentro se marchitó debido a la sobrecocción La respuesta en lo que debería ser una experiencia de lujo fue pobre. También envié un correo electrónico y la respuesta fue pobre de nuevo Sentí que el personal de Port lymphe se pasó para hacer su estancia increíble y el restaurante lo defraudó Mala relación calidad-precio si al personal no le importa tu experiencia gastronómica Quizás mejor por precio si el parque usa Trip Advisor como guía
