Greek Street in Shepway

The chicken wrap looked decent but lacked any seasoning and flavour. Not good value at all for £11. Needs some fresh herbs or something to bring it alive.

The food was INCREDIBLE, we ordered the chicken wrap and Gyros loaded fries. Both of us agree it’s the best Greek food we’ve ever had! The staff are also extremely friendly, highly recommend.

I went to visit the Harbour arms with my family and some friends. My wife is vegetarian and I like my meat so Greek food always suits us perfectly. It was great the last time so we had food from there again. We had halloumi Fries, Falafel, chicken wrap and something in a Pitta for our son. I thought I'd be waiting an age as the whole place was so busy.... within 15mins my buzzer went and it did not disappoint. The lady serving was great and even spent some time speaking to my son (4) which was lovely considering they were so busy. Food was really really good and very well priced. We've recommended to all our friends and feedback from them has been great. Would strongly recommend.

Recently visited on a busy day, I was given a buzzer for when my food was ready. It was a short wait and then I was handed my halloumi and pork loin wrap - it was packed with delicious tasty Greek delights! The halloumi fries are INSANE… I need more in my life!! The team were clearly busy but running a good operation. I would recommend this for a tasty lunch. 100% recommend.

Very much stunned & dissatisfied with the service provided! So I ordered halloumi fries for my son and I was given a buzzer to wait. When the buzzer beeped, I went to collect the food. Only to find sausage in the pitta. On enquiring with the girl at the counter, I was told that's the wrong order and requested to give another few minutes to get the halloumi fries ready. So I was given a buzzer again! When the buzzer rang I went to pick the food. So this time I found few chips & 2 halloumi slices in a pita bread. So the girl at the counter followed me at the table and apologised that they had prepared the wrong meal. What they served me was a kids meal and not the halloumi fries that I had ordered!! She further said that it was chaotic in the kitchen and that I could keep the kids meal and that she would get my order of halloumi fries ready!! We finished our lunch and went to the ' Greek street' kiosk since nobody got the food to us.i was greeted by a very rude guy. I said to him that we have been waiting for our food. I explained everything what happened. He replied with a very aggressive attitude that ' they have already given my order' . I stressed that 1st of all they gave me a wrong order and now he's showing me an acceptable attitude! I informed him that he's colleague had promised me that we could keep the wrong order and she would get our order ready!! Infact the girl who I spoke to earlier lied on my face Infront of her colleagues that she has already given me my order:) what liars this place has hired I tell you... They need better training on how to be honest, behaving with customers and most importantly concentrate on preparing the right order!! I afraid to say that, even if I crave for Greek food, I will not go to this counter cz it's manned by some dishonest and rude people!! The guy even said, If I want my £1 difference of the food back!! 😃😀

I ordered a chicken wrap on a busy Saturday afternoon. I was given a buzzer to wait for my food to be cooked. When it was ready it was really disappointing. Hardly any chicken and all the brown bits. Not lovely fresh white grilled chicken as I had expected. At £9.50 I was expecting something much better than that. I’ve had halloumi fries from there before and they were nothing special - frozen halloumi quickly deep fried.
