H Fish & Chips in Shepway

Served me a raw burger and the review went missing hoping this one doesn't 🤞.

Ordered a subway through Deliveroo. It arrived and was not what I had ordered. Basically I paid nearly twenty quid for a tuna mayo roll, there was no salad at all in it. Also I ordered the footlong cheesy garlic slice. It was cold and dry, unedible. What a waste of money!

Order food from here for the first time. Food was two hours late on calling the restaurant the man was rude and appeared rushed told us the food was 2 minutes away. Just eat app information stated food had been delivered. Called them back to be told they forgot our order absolutely shocking 😲 20 minutes later food arrived cold and disgusting. Never will we go here again

I love this place I walk my dog all the time and the end is a couple of pints sat outside Sunday was the same, not busy but outside there is 4 bench’s no one sat there, every table was full of glasses and old food, there was glass and cigarette butts all over the floor , basically filthy Anyway had a couple of pints dog had a bowl of water, finally a girl came out to say if your going to sit on our premises put your shirt on Let me clear the facts I had only sat down with me long no one there and took me tee shirt off for 15 mins I didn’t go any where etc etc etc No let’s make certain things very clear for other people. I work for folkstone and Hythe council unfortunate! Your four benches outside are not your premises we give you the license for a cost this does not give you the rights to dictate to people, but it does give us the rights to withdraw them when you are not conforming in keeping them clean and safe please remember this !!!
