By far the best kebab house in Folkestone. Freshly cooked, delicious Turkish food. Would definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking for a banging doner and kebab 👌

Wasn't great on the just eat website. Kids meat ( wasn't clear on being with extras) when I clicked the no salad option it added salad (absolutely mortified) I cant do salad then to top it off I paid an extra 2.50 for extra cheese on my chips and didn't get it. Delivery driver was lovely though

My husband and I ordered 2 pizzas to be delivered. The delivery was 40 minutes late. When it finally arrived, the pizzas were not what we paid for. When we called them (twice) they screamed at us, told us that the things we had ordered were not something that we could order and then they hung up on us. As we ordered through Folkestone Eats we have no way of complaining and no way of getting our money back for the horrible tasteless food we received. We will never order from them again and we will think twice about ordering through Folkestone Eats as we have no complaining options.

Very fast and efficient service and food was hot and well priced

Managed to catch this food vendor nigh on closing time. My food - a chicken doner with chili sauce, and a 12" pizza base made with garlic butter and topped with cheese became ready, the aromas agreeing my order was complete... most tasty!

Ordered Kebabs late Saturday for delivery waited an hr called the shop for them to tell me the driver had gone home!!

Order never arrived. Nobody ever answered the phone. Don't order, it's probably not even a real place.

We ordered 2 kebabs with salad chilli sauce and garlic mayo with pitta bread separate (it goes soggy). After waiting near an hour. We got meat in pitta, no sauce and no salad. When I rang to ask for refund and collection of there mistake on our order let alone chips looking like the scrapping from the bottom of the deep fat fryer they declined and was barred from calling them again. Our phone number was blocked 🚫.

My friends and I just ordered 2 pizzas and some chips after it being recommended. Sorry to say it was the worst pizza we have ever had. The dough tasted stale, tasteless and the chicken tasted strange. Very disappointed.

Ordered a chicken donner and kebab mix the other day. When food arrived smelt like cat food. Chicken doner was dry and tasteless. Chicken kebab was OK. The salad also was terrible.

Placed an ordered late on Saturday evening for the order to not even TURN UP call an hour later and SHOP IS SHUT!!!! Absolutely disgusting customer service will never ever come back here again

This has become my kebab place of choice. Lovely food and healthy (unhealthy) portion sizes (especially the chips). Guy serving is always polite and friendly, and service is as prompt as you'd want it to be.

I not had Donor kebab for a while there and just moved in to the area so thought day of the move need a takeaway so I went here and I was so glad I did the food was really nice and fresh and staff was friendly and polite

Honestly wish I could give minus starts! Not only did they not have our first options available when our food finally arrived, the quality was appalling! First time and last time order food 2 hours ago haven't received my food when I phone for refund the owner was rude and refused to give me refund. He told me if he sees me he will run me over with his car I have recored his phone call and informed police for threatening me. Please be very careful when ordering from this restaurant

After spending over £12 on this meal i expected a lot more the steak was as dry as ghandis flip flop. Unfortunately this is one of the worst steaks ive had to eat the chips were soggy and just horrible. I hate to say it but i dont think i will ever order from you again... im heartbroken i think im gonna warn people of this dispicible rubber. Thank mate

Order from here all the time so sad the last couple of times they have forgot salad Sauce drinks were wrong and the delivery driver never has the right. Change still owed a pound not a lot but always happens

The food was very average, the ketchup on the fries was watered down and like bleach. The delivery driver was aggressive and rude. I would only use this place as last resort guy's!!

Nothing but rude when I ordered the food to the wrong address by accident instead of being helped I was told in a very harsh voice "why dint I check that before I ordered " only noticed it was set at another address when my food was late,not ordering again soggy chips and food and poor customer service ,at least the delivery driver was nice to me and did not shout at me. wish there was a 0 star button.

Thought we’d give these guys a try despite their low rating but this is the absolute worst customer service we’ve experienced from using JustEat. Pizza was below average quality and turned up with no garlic dip even though we ordered it... 5 phone calls and 40 mins later having been told they’d come back with the garlic dip, still no garlic dip! Gave up in the end! AVOID! 👎

Normally really good but this time I ordered Diet Coke and got full fat coke and when I said I didn’t want or drink full fat coke he said I still had to pay for it

I took advantage of the buy one get one free pizza which sorted out my dinner for 2 nights in a row. I also treated myself to some potato wedges and I can honestly say that they were the best potato wedges I’ve ever had from a kebab place. Bravo!

Asked for food to be delivered at a specific time and they delivered 40 minutes early! I'm not impressed how fast they can deliver, I would be impressed with them being able to perform the most basic of reading skills that even children posess. Next time, deliver at the time the PAYING customer has stated. otherwise what is the point of being able to set a time. Won't be ordering from you again.

My friends and I took full advantage of the Buy One Get One Free Pizza deal and I was very glad that we did! The pizzas were very generously topped with our chosen ingredients, and I couldn't quite stop at one entire pizza, so I had a bit of the spare too. The pizzas came with a deliciously strong garlic sauce too which was a nice touch.

Appalling customer service. Meat was awful and was refused a refund being called a liar. I don't recommend this place at all.

Waited an hour and a half for food and when it turned up it was cold, would not refund me. Definitely recommend going somewhere else.

Arrived 22:05 greeted and placed order......clearly busy with preorders phone etc.....still waiting 22:25 no further interaction from staff....left premises dissapounted....poor

Will recommend there house special for take away. Kebabs in there is always fresh and good to go. Will recommend collection orders, due to delays on deliveries. Because it a very busy local kebab place. Best in folkestone.

wasn’t what I was expected the only thing that was correct on my order was the wrap .. I had ordered a garlic bread with cheese pizza - was jus plain garlic bread- ordered a Diet Coke got original... usually order from there and is always great food and nothing wrong with previous orders.. hope it’s just a one off!

Ordered half pounder and only quarter showed up and they said it was sent out ok like calling me a liar , now they have lost a lot of money from me as i would not go back , all it would have cost them was a pound

This is definitely the best kebab shop in Folkestone. Food quality is WAY better than any of the others. Staff are very friendly and always working hard. Online delivery is always hot and quick
