Disgusting, and the price too high. Tiny pizza plastic tasting wings, didn't wanna help, I wasn't rude and they hung up on me, what a waste of money.

Way too expensive for what you actrelly get for £30 Plus the guy on the phone was rude and hanged up on me when consulting him about my very small pizza for 30 quid. Chicken Wings tastes like dirt Best part off the meal was the coke cola spot on

Phoned up to order. Guy I spoke to had banter! Made me laugh pretty much the whole convo. Had a joke about wanting garlic sauce for the base because we don't like BBQ and he even wrote on the box haha. Food was lush too! Absolutely no complaints. Turned up hot perfectly cooked, Will 100% order again. Thank you x

Ordered a pizza last night. Was told 11.95. On arrival the driver told me 13.95 why didn't the guy at the shop tell me 13.95? Pizza was dry. Never ever again.

Bought two large pizzas tonight after an evening out, was astonished to be charged £31. I can't fault the food itself as it was tasty, but waited inside for the food to be cooked and was concerned to see children loitering around in the back of the kitchen with the staff. They were there a good 20 minutes and were not eating or working. Of the 10x 'staff' onsite, only 2x were working the front counter and preparing food, which left me wondering how many people were handling my food and ingredients in the background. Won't be visiting again, please stop allowing young children into your work environment during busy hours on a Friday night.

Ordered from here, our food arrived after an hour and a half because the driver went to the wrong address twice the order was barely warm and there were items missing, when calling to explain the situation, I found their employee to be rude and obnoxious and basically accused me of lying about the order.. Never again!

To set the scene, I was on a date night with my elderly girlfriend when the incident occurred. The moon was full, full with blueness anticipating the incredulous event that was foreshore by Vietnam. We ordered two 10” medium pizzas. Upon arrival i realised that the pizzas did not meet the agreed upon magnitude criteria. To reinforce my diplomatic thesis i whipped out my trusty JCB 36.5” monster tape measure in orange(which was on me for arm measuring purposes(for the date)) and unfortunately realised the malicious deceit evident in the Folkstone super pizza. THE PIZZA WAS ONLY 9 INCHES i muttered below the icy emination of my breath, i said to my girlfriend “I see through the lies of the super pizza”. I navigated to the counter where i was greeted by a young cashier calling me “boss man” (does anyone know what this means?) I complained about how I had been falsified out of an inch of pizza and my anger was filled to the brim of the shell that contains my raw power. The Manager appeared from behind me. Red with the fiery rage of a blasting inferno. Before i even knew what was happening he picked up my 9 Incher-pizza and lobbed it with the precise skill of ben stokes at my girlfriends head. Dazed with shock she was unaware to her wig falling off. The manager in a fit of disgust, from seeing my girlfriends shiny bald head, spat on her and ran away. However i would recommend the chicken popcorn, good scran. Unfortunately i will not be eating here again as result of the assult on my girlfriend. Cheers, John

Ordered a pizza meal & hot & spicy chicken.. they delivered that plus extra food! Chicken was cooked well & was nice & spicy. Everything was cooked well & tasted nice. Will be returning again!

Have to say I'm pretty Annoyed that the quality of the Pizzas for the Price was Awful.. Plus we had Garlic bread which was literally toasted Sliced baguette with butter and herbs(Never tasted any Garlic bread.. £25.90 !! And I have just heard that they use Halah Meat and I wasn't told.. Will definitely not be using this place Again...

I have been ordering from these for years now. I have never had any issue with our orders. Food taste great every time an great value for money! Staff on phones an for delivery are friendly to deal with. The only pizza place that delivers to our area with taking the mick with the delivery charge! I am a pizza lover an very fussy eater but I can’t fault this company. My favourite is the garlic cheesy pizza an the mighty meaty 😋 I would definitely recommend them more than the other popular brand, which says a lot :)

Pizza was absolutely amazing! No joke. I ordered other items for my girlfriend including some potato twisters for myself over the phone. I ordered and paid for my dinner around midnight and the food was delivered around 00:50am and didn't have the twisters in the bag. So i called them up straight away and was met by a woman who said they was closed and i said the man on the phone confirmed that their were potato twisters on the order that i paid for. I said this and she said 'well i didn't' and ended the call. Not impressed. Very rude and disgusting.

Nowadays I feel that the food doesn’t taste as it used to be

Orderd our pizza waited 30 mins.... Mine ham and pineapple his beef tomato and onions Got pizzas, 2 with pineapple.. So I called and said my partner wanted a beef pizza so she was actually quiet apologetic, we was then sent another hiwian pizza. Orderd over the phone. Perhaps your better of with a robot.

I was asked to give £2 In cash to the delivery driver when I used card and also it clearly stated free delivery if you spend over £15 and the locations on which you do have to pay £2 where I live isn’t one of them! Bad service And the pizza was mediocre and not cut properly and the garlic mayo sachets were broken and spilled out in the box Never ordering from here again!😡

Very disappointed. Was told to call to save on delivery (I live 100 yards away) and also that NHS offer was live if I called. Duly called to be told no NHS offer - which the driver who WALKED to deliver told me was wrong - then couldnt actually eat the pizza because it was so spicy but didnt mention a heat rating on the menu. Caught out twice now. Wont order from here again

The food here is honestly spot on... I have been ordering from these for years now and every single time I have never had a problem. Food is always decent and prices are cheap for what you get. I would definitely recommend it.

This was the 1st time we've had a pizza delivery so didn't know who to use so we chose Super Pizza in Folkestones old High St as they had just put a leaflet through door. we were not disappointed the order was placed over phone & came on time as promised & it was hot fresh & delicious. Price I would say was probably competitive with other places & yes u could argue that it would have been cheaper to buy it from a supermarket & cook it myself but its something we don't do every week.the menu is varied with 3 ready made vegetarian offerings & the option to create your own.they also offer starters,pastas,salad,desserts,drinks& various combos to choose from. It would also make a great birthday/Sleepover treat for kids needless to say their menu leaflet has a place on fridge for future orders.

DELIVERY INSISTED I PAID HIM A CASH DELIVERY CHARGE FOOD WAS LATE and zero apology for it The pizza itself was okay but wont order again.

Absolutely disgusted that twice now the delivery drivers have not come with enough change when paying in cash. 1 didn't mention that he short changed me!!! And 1 driver said he will bring the change next time I order! This is completely outrageous. Not happy at all it's not good enough!

absolutely awful,so disappointed... our food was freezing our deserts were half frozen. The delivery man charge a delivery charge even after the service charge.Awful.Would not recommend. £25 for chips,chicken nuggets and two dessert!

Whilst waiting outside for the pizza to be made, I noticed the advertised price for any large pizza was £7.99. I returned to the cashier to ask why I was charged more than the advertised price. The manager was called to 'explain'. His response was, we advertise a price of £7.99 but if you do not ask for that price, we charge you £11.95. Quite astonished and expecting some form of apology along with a refund for the difference, I was met with an argumentative 'manager' who simply asserted it was my fault for not asking for the advertised price! I demanded a refund and sadly had to find an alternative take away (which turned out to provide a better service, product amd price). Very disappointing indeed!

I visited this place tonight and ordered my pizza,however i noticed they had an offer on advertising the different sized pizzas for a much reduced price for any type of pizza. I asked a staff member about the offer as i had been charged full price,the staff member called over the manager as in his own words he said 'i dont know what to do'. The manager approached already in an aggressive manner told me i had to ask for the offer otherwise you pay full price which in my opinion is false advertisingand more of a request from than an offer from them. I remained calm and tried to explain that isnt how an offer works so he then started to get very angry with me,i asked for a refund to which he tried to short change me....i will never be going here again,their business and customer skills are absolutley disgusting.

Ordered for delivery and was very pleased, great food at a good price and with a big brood to feed this is ideal. Didn't wait long and it was piping hot when it arrived. Will definitely use again.

Had two of their largest pizza's delivered and was pleasantly surprised that they where above average. Nice dough and cooked through rather than the soggy base we got from Pizza hut the week before. Prompt delivery and piping hot

I've been ordering Super Pizza for over a decade now and I would profess how it was the best independent delivery pizza that I have had anywhere in any country. Unfortunately now, while it is above average, they have seemed to slip. Delivery is almost always late (50 minutes to an hour) and the pizza is then usually somewhat cooler and dry which isn't ideal. That being said, there are far worse places and the sides (aside from the garlic bread) are very good. The spicy chicken wings are amazing; giant, juicy and at a decent heat. While no longer the best I've ever had, I will always choose Super Pizza after a dirty night out in Folkestone.

I always order from super pizza however I won't be from now on as I've been banned for complaining that my pizza arrived cold & was also sworn at; at my front door. Terrible service. If you want good customer service I suggest you order else where. Poor!

visiting here from Portsmouth, just wanted something quick and something everyone likes but didn't expect to much. was really pleased and surprised how lovely pizza was definitely upto dominoes standard and staff where friendly and went out there way to be helpful only downside not sure if they had toilets but if I come back here would definitely use again

Good communication and delivery in the promised time frame but the pizza is poor, base seems dry and it has probably been frozen. Overall just about acceptable but no repeat business here. Not sure about the other reviewer who at least was honest about being drunk. We've had a couple of drinks but what we haven't eaten is definitely going in the bin.

We don't often get take-away, but when we do we tend to go for Super Pizza over most other local options. The staff have always been helpful to us, and we've never had to wait long for our food to arrive. The portions are generous, food is always piping hot when it arrives and there's plenty of toppings on the pizzas. The stuffed jalepenos are excellent, as well. For about £20, we can get enough food to have a blow-out dinner and have leftovers for cold-pizza hangover cure the next day.

If you want food poisoning on a daily basis then eat here. It is absolutely nasty, I wouldnt feed it to my dog and wouldn't wish a pizza from there on my worse enemy
