Ordered a delivery from here - Pizza Hut is our go to restaurant for delivery. Spoke to Sasha on the phone and she was very cheerful and helpful!

Had to order agaij as I got a peoppormi pizza instead of a Magarrtia and the garlic bread was stale aswell

Delivery driver was rude, made a mistake and tried to get us to take something we hadn’t ordered instead of what we had ordered. Tried to argue his point and then plead because he didn’t want to back to base to get the right order. Very poor quality delivery driver

Very good service i was very impressed, especially a girl named Sasha. She was so helpful and very polite i love her attitude she is very enthusiastic, the food was amazing too, she helped us choose the right pizzas for our kids and she is the best worker there I absolutely consider this place to everyone! Good hot food delivered promptly. I just wish the service charge was not so inflated for this company. I would order more often if it was the 50p norm.

When opened all three pizzas had either been dropped or placed on their sides as all of the toppings were on one side of the pizza (have photos). Also the pizzas were not cut, the only seemed to be “scored” making it difficult to separate the slices.

i ordered a beef sizzler and it came with no beef! both pizzas were stuffed crust when i ordered large pan. Nearly £50 i spent and i am disgusted!

One of the worst takeaways in Folkestone, not sure how a big company like Pizza Hut can consistently get it so wrong. Food tastes like cardboard, delivery time is much longer than other takeaways, customer service is appalling and I also don’t get how you can get an order wrong when it’s right in front of you.

Orders my deal via the app. When I turned up the food was under cooked and the menu inside was cheaper than I paid via the app. When we went back to ask about it. We were told that's how it comes and all will be the same. No help at all.

After calling the restaurant we learned the food was ready but no one had shown up to deliver it, we’re still waiting for a response from just eat. An update of “delivered” came later from the app but no sign of the food. And requested a refund for the missing meal. Terrible service and customer service.

Placed a delivery over the phone. Paid for it. Told them to take my number to let me know when here. The food never turned up and I had no phone called tried ringing to see where it was and no one was answering.

Delivery driver couldn't be bothered to ring my doorbell for starters...then kept ringing my mobile...had very bad attitude and was rude when i asked a question about my order.Don't ever send him again.

Order never turned up and despite ordering through their own app, told me to contact deliveroo as they were using deliveroo to deliver. I went to support and they didn't help either, so I am extremely annoyed at this and how it's NOT been dealt with.

Negatives : once upon a time Pizza Hut was epic not anymore , phone line busy or when they pick up they not serious about taking customers orders they tell you to hold the line while they doing other tasks on shop floor not professional at all unlike dominoes. I recommend dominoes pizza services 🍕 all day over Pizza Hut services

Description on order says it comes with ice cream, arrived with none. I called the restaurant to make them aware to which I was told very rudely ‘got none sorry’ - I said why is it on the menu if it’s not as advertised? Not very helpful lady on the phone told me ‘I dunno, subject to availability, go onto just eat and get a refund’ very poor customer service, advertising and if something is unavailable it should be taken off the menu not given half of what I ordered and still pay full price for!

We had a delivery from pizzahut sandgate road. The driver rang the intercom and would not bring the order to our front door because it is a basement flat. My son had to go and pick it up from upstairs as I am disabled. I will NEVER order from there again as this is the 3rd time it has happened.

Ordered a large pizza, it was quite cold and the box was not correctly put together and thus was falling apart (flat pack pizza box). The pizza was perfectly cooked and really tasty though it did feel a bit like they scrimped on the cheese. Always a nice pizza at pizza hut.

Hi, ive not had a pizza from here for say a few yrs, as usually use dominos. But thought id try it again as its been yrs, not happy these were chicken supreme loaded plus stuffed crust, wheres the cheese on top and inside crust hence hollow and paid alot for them, plus a sneaky couple jalapeno's burnt my daughters mouth not happy. Chicken wings were good.I wont use again sorry. Take-care.

FOLKESTONE. Ordered online, they took the money and then session timed out. No confirmation of order. I rang them to check and basically got brushed off with it will be classed as a pending transaction and will be refunded in 3 to 5 working days, however, you can re do it and pay again over the phone! I got a lame apology and told them no thank you! I better get my refund!!! Not happy!

I'm really surprised reading some of the reviews so I must be very lucky just moved from london reason why the lady was very helpful kind polite taking my order over the phone explained to me over 1hour delivery time which I had no problem . The pizza...chicken stripes and cheese garlic bread was amazing tasty...me and my son really enjoyed it 😋😋😋 thank you so much

Had two pizzas but one get one free and they were both really dry, almost as if there was no tomato / BBQ sauce. It was a walk in order, still took ages and it's freezing cold inside. Complete waste of money.

placed an order online, order was accepted, money was taken out of my account. I was given an estimated time of arrival of 25-35 minutes. After an hour I thought I'd ring to see what was going on to be told that they knew nothing of my order and that my order number was of no use to them, that I needed to give customer services a ring. I was then given the number for Scottish borders council???? finally got the correct number and have been waiting, starving hungry for the last 25 minutes on hold.

Having really been looking forward to our special treat of pizza, we have just received the gluten free option which cost £17.50 for a pizza smaller than a size of A4 paper. It had hardly any cheese or sauce on it and was like eating cardboard... I would definitely say DO NOT BOTHER - ABSOLUTE RIP OFF! Sooo disappointed as used to always love Pizza Hut pizza's I didn't think a change of base would make it that different.

I placed an online order at 6:35pm for a delivery at 7:45pm. At 8pm we rang to see where our food was to be told it was with the driver. We ring again at 8:15pm as our food is now 30 mins late. Still told the food was with the driver. At 8:25pm our food arrived. The driver said he had three other deliveries before our drop. The pizza was warm at best. The nachos were soft and the cheese was like rubber and stone cold. Extremely disappointed with the whole service.

My family love Pizza Hut, especially from 12 to 2.30 were you can eat as much pizza, pasta salad, as you like. My son lives in Geneva, they closed all the pizza huts down, so when he comes to visit me every 4 to 5 times a year, he goes to the pizza place, l love stuff crust pizza, it’s my favourite.

I ordered £15 worth of food at 20:39 and was told it would be with me in 45-55 minutes, however food was extremely late, I didn’t have any apology from the store nor a refund or voucher for waiting for so long. Pizza didn’t arrive until 22:15, a ridiculous hour and 36 minutes after ordering, at which time is extremely late. Very unhappy and won’t be coming here again. Papa johns or dominos over this branch of Pizza Hut any day! Terrible, terrible service.

My son was in Folkestone I asked him o get me a spicy beef pizza - when he came it was full of peppers and onions had to dig around to find scraps of small bits of beef and there was hardly any cheese I mean litterly no cheese it was like eating a tomato and onion/peppered bit of baked bread- DISGUSTING- shame on Pizza Hut taking good money- dishing out low level food!!! NEVER AGAIN.

The takeaway service is really good, the website easy to use, the pizza was acceptable. I had the thin crust Super Supreme and Veggie Sizzler 1/2 & 1/2. But I'm afraid I have been spoilt with Italian pizza's rather than an American interpretation. I realise that some love it that way though. For me, too much saltiness and cheese, not enough tomato, base not of correct texture, ingredients are mass market.
