Very friendly welcome, great service (attentive but not rushed), food & cocktails very good. Toilets very clean & easily accessible on ground floor too.

5* fantastic. Great food. Excellent service. Raj is the main man. Food is perfect every time, the main man Raj gave us fantastic suggestions and is very accommodating. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family. We will be back again and again.

The deal was two beef burgers with cheese, chips and a drink. £5.99 as I watched him make the burgers he didn’t put cheese in, so I asked can you please put the cheese in. He point blank refused and rudely told me I’d have to pay extra if I wanted cheese. I pointed to the picture and said thats what I was expecting when I paid for told. He replied with I don’t care what is in the picture, I’m not giving you the cheese unless you pay more. So rude!!

Kingfish is the best fish and chip shop for miles. Consistently high standards in both quality and service with a smile. They work so hard and cook everything to order, so nothing is preprepared. Why is it that they have queues outside the doors? I’ve been a loyal customer for over 7 years and will continue to be so. Thank you guys for your never ending professionalism and care.

Excellent little restaurant with delicious authentic food and generous portions. Service is excellent, very friendly staff. Lots of vegetarian options. Will definitely go again and recommend it to friends. Thank you guys 😊

Terrible experience with this place. We had arrived in excitement looking forward to try a waffle and crepe for me and my husband. The entire service was very very slow. It took about 16 minutes to serve something realistically should have taken a lot less time. Regardless when we were served we had mentioned this to the server and he just smiled without even understanding what was said. Once he left, the lady came out shortly after and asked us if everything was okay as the server said there was a complaint. So we said the same thing to her that it took a very long time and instead of apologising to us, she got defensive and said 'you can check the timer if you want' 'I kept an eye on the timer and it didn't take half an hour it took 16 minutes'. To which i responded 'that's a very long time?!' I told her our previous visit was very much the opposite- the waiter who brought us our dessert (we ordered the exact same waffle and crepe) presented it beautifully and with an ingredient that was not present this time. This time it was a little different. Nevertheless we said its okay and that we were just a little surprised at the time it took. But the lady's response was shocking. Unfortunately we will not be going back and would rather go to creams just nearby instead.

As it's practically opposite where I live, I come in here a lot & I have to say, the staff are lovely, but this place is a dump! It's in dire need of a refurb and half the seats ar ripped. The ice machine has been broken for weeks, the air-con is deafening, one of the food chillers is busted, the lavatories have seen better days, it's chronically overcrowded with way too many tables put out, the power sockets are almost unreachable, the piped music is truly diabolical and hasn't changed in months and the Internet connection in there is easily the worst I've used in any public place. Everybody complains about it as it's, almost unusable even when the place is practically empty. It's impossible to watch a YT video at over 360p without constant buffering & the connection times you out every hour or so (often less) necessitating constant opening of browsers to log back in again. It's a joke. It's bad enough that Pret's have nobbled the subscription, but I'm getting the impression they're running everything on a shoestring & obsessing over margins rather than providing quality products with decent service. Do yourself a favour & go to another coffee shop. It's not as if there's no choice out there, afterall.

One of the Chinese that does not taste like Chinese. Sweet’n sour sauce first in my life that didn’t take like it. I will not order again. All chicken no taste.

Never open, ever. It's 1220pm on a Saturday and it's still not open

Family meal for 6, great food and service, can't ask for more. I can highly recommend the pork belly and scallops. Washed down with a pint.

Sunday stopover with meal deal, restaurant virtually empty, waited 5 minutes until guy appeared behind the bar and shouted to bring a menu to the bar and he would advise what was available, as they had no one who could use a grille most of the menu was off, starters were an overcooked mess, lasagna was cold slop with tiny salad, meat pie was inedible with chips like shrapnel, advised to complain to check in desk but the check in guy was so miserable we didn’t bother. Advise to avoid all the Epsom premier inns as they are all terrible, rooms and restaurants. Holiday inn from now on

Absolutely delicious! Some of the nicest chicken kebabs, burgers we've had in a while. Burger topped fries were also amazing. We will be ordering again without a doubt.

I placed an order on the 7th of Feb and the website said they were open. I placed my order online and went to collect to find out they were closed. Phone number does not work so cannot get in contact. The money was taken from my account and I am now having to go through my bank for the money back (long process!) now looking at the reviews i can see this has happened to a few people. I would either avoid this place or go in person to order as they will happily just take your money!

The best Chinese food in Epsom! The food is always so tasty and the quantities are big. Also, the prices are normal. Me and my partner order every Friday! Thanks to the whole team!
