The best restaurants serving Default food in Hamble-le-Rice and Butlocks Heath Eastleigh South East

An escape from the UK. Didnt feel like we were in the UK. Was lovely being sat looking at all the boats/yachts in the harbour/quay. Service was great, food was amazing. A little pricey but totally worth it!

We had a family lunch, not having been here before, and absolutely loved everything about this bright, cheerful, clean and welcoming place, with amazing views over the Marina. Seriously clever, innovative menu and wine list, all the dishes that we chose, some shared, were delicious, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented, well done the kitchen team. Special mention for our two lovely helpers, Sharon and Sage, for being such happy and fun company, not fazed at all by our constant questions! Nice cozy atmosphere in the pub Good service &food

Excellent Sunday lunch here today. They have a new chef who is cooking everything fresh, all the vegetables were freshly cooked to order and the taste difference is amazing. The meats were beautifully cooked and the homemade Yorkshire puddings are huge. Add in the homemade cauliflower cheese with smoked apple cheese and you know you're in for a treat! Very friendly place, great service and yummy food, we will definitely be back. Thanks guys. X

Popped in for the first time and had a coffee and a slice of Banna loaf, nice friendly service and atmosphere and more importantly very tasty cake 😋

Visited for a drink and tea after coming off a yacht. Handy location for the marina. This bar is really missing a trick - the location is lovely but the actual bar/outside area is just looking a little tired and unloved. We did have fish and chips and it was nice but I really don't like it when they serve your food on paper on a plate. The paper ends up going soggy and breaking into little bits that then stick to your food. Please get rid of the paper - just use plates. Portions not huge, and wasn't cheap. Would visit again as convenient for the marina.

Ming Wah has been consistently great food in the past 3 months. The ribs are full of meat, tender and flavoursome. Salt and chilli chicken is plentiful and tasty. Chicken balls are crispy but succulent. Service is brilliant. Highly enjoy 😋

Had a Birthday meal for my husband. Food was delicious, service was brilliant, staff were very friendly and helpful. My husband had pigs ears for starter and chicken stuffed pigs trotter for main both lovely dishes. Was a lovely evening.

A good solid pub that serves food and has good ambience. I was very grateful to them because it was 1030pm on a Tuesday and they still served me unlike a pub down the road that had already closed. Nice friendly young team. Next time I will come back earlier and try the food.

Well I couldn’t have been more disappointed and ashamed today when I took my visiting daughter there for a light lunch. We ordered bacon Brie and cranberry toasted panini. It was just as well that I’d read the description because if I’d eaten it with my eyes closed I wouldn’t have been able to identify it by taste. What happened to the lovely tasty rashers and Brie thick enough to melt and drip? Wat we had was a toasted panini with wafer thin Brie, little pieces of chopped bacon and a smear of cranberry. Quite honestly it was a great disappointment. Would I go there again? Certainly not.

Always good chips from here, have tried quite a bit of the menu and have not been disappointed. Tonight the chicken burger was delicious, lovely fresh salad as well. My husband had a bacon cheeseburger which was equally as delicious. Definitely a place I'd recommend for a quick takeaway.
