Standard costa, but nice seating and good staff

Costa Coffee delivers the quality you’d expect—great drinks and food that meet their usual standards. This store provides ample seating, but being located within a NEXT store, it sees heavy foot traffic. At peak times, seating can be limited, with families occasionally waiting 5-10 minutes. Queue service is slow but understandable given the high demand. Overall, a reliable and comfortable spot if you’re not in a rush.

Came in for a family lunch. The food was lovely I had the steak sizzler and it was cooked perfect. The staff were lovely to will definitely be back

My mum ordered a Creams via Just Eat yesterday. We ordered 2 milkshakes, a hot pocket and cookie dough. They completely forgot my cookie dough, but was able to remember to include the soft serve ice cream which we paid £1 extra for. Just Eat refusing to provide a refund, very unfair since the cookie dough was missing. £8.95 down the drain, and can’t really be affording to lose any kind of money in this day and age. I don’t understand how you forget to include a whole product, but include the ice cream that was paid extra to go with it? My mum deserves a refund. Also I’ve noticed the prices are getting higher but the portions are getting smaller, it’s ridiculous. Won’t be ordering or visiting Creams anytime soon until they sort themselves out.

Visited the pub during time festive period. I must say I was thoroughly impressed with what they had put on entertainment wise. Especially over that time it's a little difficult but I thought they had done amazing. And also as someone who doesn't drink, they had a good amount of alcohol free to choose from so was happy with my drinks aswell. Bar staff Made me welcome with that too. Will visit here again :)
