From Kirby road they are very generous with their food and always listen to instructions when you call them to make Changes definitely going back 👍🏾

Rude staff, particularly one older female with brown hair. I seemed to be an inconvenience to her from the off when ordering. I asked for the vegan kids pasta as my daughter has a cow's milk allergy. The lady's reaction was "what?" with a disgusted look on her face. I repeated and she just didn't answer me. So I asked if they did it as I had seen it on their menu and she again gave me a disgusted look and said no we don't do that. Another staff member overheard and checked the menu and said that actually yes they do vegan kids pasta. Clearly staff have no idea on the allergens in their menu and this isn't the first time at this cafe that I have asked for dairy free kids food and they have told me nothing is dairy free, which is false. Their yoghurts are dairy free and some crisps and biscuits too. I never do reviews but this honestly worries me that someone with a life threatening allergy may go to this cafe and be given something they can't have. Management should train staff better and whether you have had a bad day or not, don't treat customers like dirt on the bottom of your shoe. If you're in that bad of a mood, ask for a break, or simply find a non customer facing job. The only reason this gets a 2 star is because the staff member that was helpful actually helped me to my table with my food as I had a pram.

I visited here today with the family, I was served by a friendly gentleman with a beard who was happy to take my order on the till despite being very busy, the food was hot and was handed to me pretty quickly for how busy they were.

very discussed found a thorn in my mac and cheese and it too ages to come here not happy at all could have chocked so so angry 😡

I called because our food will be 1 hour and 30 minutes j called and the gentlemen was so rude to me when it is not my fault that the food has taken this long. Didn’t apologise. I also run a restaurant with 4 channels and I’m aware it’s Mother’s Day I was prepared to wait 1 hours but not 1 hour 30 mins. They could have gone offline or busy mode and they didn’t. He wouldn’t let me speak to the manager either when I requested and just kept trying to get me off the phone and not listen. Disgusted !

1hr 30 mins to get to us. Driver rang said could not find our flat. We live in a house. Established he was lost. He continued to be lost for another 45 minutes. Rang TGF they blamed traffic, which was busy but not enough to be that late, rude staff of absolutely no help THEN when food arrived all food totally stone cold and tasteless.

Absolutely disgusting. Someone had been rolling joints on the baby changing station. Staff thinks it's fine. Didn't even know where the disinfectant spray was when asked for some!! Food sat in the chute for at least 15 mins before anyone decided they worked there and gave us our food Place is an absolute tip. Staff clearly need some major training
