The best restaurants serving Default food in Basingstoke and Deane South East

Nice mid morning snack But --- annoying that there was NO Saucer with my cup of coffee! I asked for one only to be told they don't have any!!! So coffee spilled on to tray. Puts me off going to M&S again.

They charged me too much and when i queried it, they said it was because they’d run out of a certain size cup, so had made me a larger (!) one. Not the brightest staff.

The service was Amazing, we were offered a lot of options ,the Spanish was Amazing and very professional. We will recommend 5 Guys to our friends and family.😀

Outrageous service! I was asked to pay cash and when I said I don’t have cash I was responded with an attitude! It took more than 40 minutes to get my order. There was one couple before me. After my order was ready I wasn’t given one of the item (chicken strips), so I had to return. When I asked for the strips I was told I won’t get the ice cream that’s been given to me, to which I said “fine”. It took another 6-7 minutes for the struts to get ready- the pizza was cold… I was punished for not giving cash… Disgusting and outrageous!!!

Yo estaba buscando un lugar para desayunar a las 8 de la mañana en Basingstoke, parece que éste era el único lugar decente que sirve desayuno muy temprano en la mañana! El desayuno era increíble, pero la mejor parte de toda la experiencia fue estar servido por Elia , mujeres increíbles muy Educado y totalmente en su trabajo listo para salir del camino para hacerte feliz con la comida!! Me quedé muy agradablemente impresionado con ella y entró en su nombre su insignia, recomendaría este lugar a cualquier persona que quiera un buen desayuno y tener el placer de ser servido por ella. Si la administración del hotel lea esto definitivamente necesitan darle un grifo . También una relación calidad - precio 8.5 £ para un bufet de desayuno con la opción de tortilla / escalfados / huevos revueltos, té, café y zumos es una ganga! debe ir!!

I ordered off the just eat app as it was one place open doing burgers and chips, and im sorry to say the chips tasted like they had been re warmed up in the microwave from lunchtime or previous day the burger and chicken nuggets were ok though

My order never arrived. I spoke to somebody over the phone after ringing 17 times. Been told to wait 40 mins then hung up. I tried again a hour later and number was blocked. Hang your heads in shame. Basingstoke best kebabs ? Basingstoke useless kebabs.

Ordered a twister,,came with cold chips,two tiny pieces of chicken, and some sort of goo pretending to be salad !!!!,, basically disgusting!!!!!!!. Just avoid this place, it is just a total waste of money,,,,,oh ps look out for the rats running around the front of the building,, there the most entertaining thing about the place. !!!

Stopped for a break on our journey with the intention of using the facilities and grabbing a brew. Facilities were filthy. We were told there was no English breakfast tea……. In a coffee shop??! How is that even possible??!! Surely that’s a staple stock item and you reorder when you reach a certain level! Then we were told we weren’t allowed in with our dog and there was a sign on the door. There was a tiny sign on the left of the door about cctv which, in the bottom corner had a tiny symbol to say no dogs. So upon that and upon receiving such rubbish customer service we went to McDonald’s next door to grab a brew. Oh - and Starbucks was empty too, only 2 customers in and we realised why!

I don't mind the self service, but the options were so limited. I'm gluten free and I basically couldn't get anything that wasn't available in the food court, and it was a significant mark up in price. Spent £20 for 2 sandwiches and a coffee! The high chairs were dirty, even though they'd been stacked. Not up to usual M&S standard.

Terrible takeaway. Thai green chicken mushroom rice. The rice smelt disgusting, and the curry was just poor tasting not vey spicy just bland. Ate a few mouthful’s and put it in the bin. Will never order again from them.

My chicken bake was icy, not just cool. Unpleasantly frigid throughout. The Tottenham came was also interesting.

Last time I used this shop. It was awful and I sent a complaint to KFC. They said it's not our normal standard and please give us another chance. Well I just did. My burger was OK. The fries and piece of chicken were cold and my sprite zero is going down the sink because all they have given me is fizzy water and Ice. Like a lot of people I don't have time at lunch time to return and complain, and shouldn't need to. All KFC do is fast food so it shouldn't be to hard to get right after all these years. I'm done with this shop.

Food was dry, stale and tasted horrible. Tasted like it had been left in the warmer for hours. I would definitely would not be going back anytime soon.

Was ok, could be better! Great choice of drinks and good service. Bit of a trek up the driveway as the locals are a***holes. The bar maid was abit of alright though 😜
