Starbucks in Basingstoke and Deane

They charged me too much and when i queried it, they said it was because they’d run out of a certain size cup, so had made me a larger (!) one. Not the brightest staff.

Strategically placed in the Basingstoke Mall and really easy to get to. As you might expect the Starbucks coffee is good and pastries delicious. Its a Starbucks after all so not much can go wrong in my experience.

It's a Starbucks. But a pretty boring one, lacks atmosphere and there is a much nicer one in festival place, a short walk away. Not a lot of seating but does have outdoor seating which the other one doesn't. Staff are always friendly.

Fui al Starbucks con mi familia y pedimos un helado de té verde con leche, sin embargo, el barista mal mi pedido, así que le dije. Recibí una respuesta fría sin excusa del barista. Mi copa, que era entonces era absolutamente horrible! Aún así había trozos de polvo de té matcha en mi copa! Tuve la peor experiencia starbucks y nunca voy a volver a este lugar.

Popped in for a quick coffee. The coffee is fine but the place is not particularly friendly. Rated as average on this basis.

It's very local to me so I have been 3 or 4 times now. When it first opened I gave it the benefit of the doubt as the staff were new. The attitude of some of the staff is appalling and the coffees are always lukewarm. They never have any of the food items I want so I've don't bother ordering anymore. How can it be possible to mess up an order for 2 coffees? The staff just don't seem to care. Slow service, today was my last visit.

Houndmills yo uso el nuevo coche por casi cada día desde que se abrió y sorprende que son incapaces de conseguir el orden justo.Es muy sencillo - Venti Skinny capuchino con 1 de azúcar y chocolate sprinklers.Normalmente se olvidan de que el azúcar y el chocolate. A menudo es un café con leche.Es increíble que aunque no está muy concurrido, se equivocan el 90% del tiempo. Voy a conducir la milla extra a Costa.Muy mal servicio un nuevo Starbucks, y cuando este punto de salida después de revisar cada vez, de verdad no parece que se preocupan por la orden estaba equivocada.

So this is the new drive through in Basingstoke, yes the coffee is good, however I've been 3 times now, asked for a flat white with 1 sugar and each time they appear to have forgotten the sugar - Is it really that hard?

Fairly new in the last year Fairly busy and quicker delivery than I've known at a normal Starbucks Has a drive thru Toilets could have been in better condition

The place could do with a good clean. Hot chocolate very watery. Coffee Cold. Heated sandwich cold in middle. Seats filthy thick with dust. Horrible smell Wouldn't visit this store again.

Friendly and welcoming staff, quick to take orders and very efficient. Good service, clean environment happy to recommend.

Catch up last minute lunch before work colleague goes to her new job We both ordered All Day breakfast bap - I drew the short straw as I only had one sliver of bacon! Hit the spot though ☺️

I'm a massive fan of Starbucks, so when I suggested going to Starbucks for a chat up with friends they all jumps down my throat, stating how dirty the place was and how the cups mugs cutlery seems as though it has never been washed! I was shocked listen and left it at that.

Chai tea was lovely. Panini didn't seem cooked enough - lots of bread but lacking in filling. Tables not cleared and seating was a bit dirty and scruffy.

We occasionally use the Starbucks in Festival Place. Sadly every time we'd the place looks dirty. Tables not cleaned or cleared, mess around the floor. Just always feels untidy. There is plenty of competition in the area and we don't see same issues with Nero's or Costa. It's at risk of people turning away.

It's a little inconsistent with service and how good the drinks are. Some staff are friendlier. I visit often. It's not my favourite of the stores in this chain. It's a little souless.
