Top food, very yummy, our first visit & we will be back. Not busy around 5pm Sunday, nice staff, quickly prepared food. Very tasty. Toilets on site. Can we have one in Enfield EN2???

Food is great, affordable, tastes good, if you want some quick Mexican food definitely the place, atmosphere is nothing special a generic fast food place but food is ready quickly and unlimited refills

If I had to sum up taco bell UK in one word it would be "jank". You can have a relatively decent experience but here are some things you need to consider: 1) Do not go when it is busy - the place does not have enough supervision to ensure quality control and it just gets obnoxious with so many customers. Use google maps feature that shows how busy the McDonald's near by is for reference if you need to. The taco bell one is not accurate. 2) Order on app or till - the electronic kiosks barely work, however, the app works if you can navigate the poorly designed UI. For paying on the app, Google pay doesn't work. Use a credit card. My debit card won't work but that might just be me. 3) If you want to use the app for rewards, you can scan your receipt (barcode at the bottom of the receipt or input the number sequence) for the points. 4) The older the staff are, the better service you will get. Taco bell is decent when you know what you're doing but from my 3 times visiting I have determined it has a lot to work on and the customer has to do a lot in order to have a good experience.

We’ve ordered the beef burrito. The worst burrito ever. Very tiny and not a lot of meat inside. The nachos were terrible too, a lot of paprika seasoning.

Very nice and friendly staffs, excellent service and fresh hot foods.

Although the food was nice the restaurant itself was filthy, the tables were not cleaned after each visitor had gone, lots of food scraps and papers left on the floor and very wet floors from.spilt drinks. The toilet facilities were absolutely disgusting, they look like they had not had a goid clean in months. Very disappointing. Other fast food restaurants in town are far cleaner.

Never had Taco Bell before, I took my daughter there as she wanted to try taco we olso ordered crispy chicken which was half RAW!!! Don't eat there at least Don't buy chicken, I am definitely not going to eat there ever again.

Ordered vegetarian food but when I bit into the burrito it was beef. I can't remember the last time I was so ill. If the whole order is vegetarian why would they make 1 item with meat

I really enjoy food here, but it's difficult to ignore the filthy tables and floor. I really felt sick when trying to eat while looking at people's rubbish and bits of food all over the place. Sort it out please!

very good cheesy bean burritos, bargain too and the place was very quiet, pretty good atmosphere. can't go wrong with a taco bell, very quick service too i got my burrito in around two minutes. was very clean too

First time at a tacobell, and also the last. Tables, floor etc were filthy. Self service machines out of service so had to order at counter, but service there was slow and miserable. Food reminded me of a newborns nappy.

Filthy restaurant. Two members of staff chatting. Wrappers everywhere. Only one screen working so a huge queue and the toilets are absolutely filthy. Went there the first time, gave them a pass as could have been a busy day, but we went back some weeks later and the same stains were on the toilet. Love the tacos but can not bring myself to go back there.

Highly unhygienic place to eat in. Food crumbs are literally on all the tables, wrappers flying everywhere. Is it the customers who come here that don’t have the minimum decency to clean up after they eat or are they short staffed? Bottom line is to just grab and go, don’t eat in here. I am very disappointed.

Young guy served us and made us chicken burritos the chicken was steel and cold they pre- cook the chicken twice. Chips was cold as well. Waste of money!! Don’t buy anything from here.

Took grandkids to Taco bell in Basingstoke, as they love it. Can not fault the food. But I have never seen such disgusting toilets. Even the disabled toilet was gross. Nobody wiping down tables, so had to clean it myself. If I had gone to the loo before ordering & eating the food. I would have just left. They need to clean up there act!

Unfortunately my experience at Taco Bell was of a very understaffed restaurant with a lot of messed food allover the floor and seating area ,due to the lack of available staff nobody was able to come to the counter to assist me with questions I had The food was quite oily to the point that it was quite off-putting, I'll definitely give Taco Bell another try if they can improve on the cleanliness of the restaurant and the customer experience

Food is great, the service is a little slow compared to other Taco Bells but it was late at night and only 2 people working. At least the food was cooked fresh. Nice place.

Sometimes you will place an order and they will forget something like your churros or crunchwrap. Sometimes they'll give you the motherload of cheese sauce and sometimes they'll barely give you a dab. Place is really hit or miss.

Usual Menu , Usual Taste. Being small restaurant you will get your food much quicker.

I love challenging reviews, if I see a terrible review I want to see if it’s as bad as they say it is, ergo my motivation for tonight’s Taco Bell. Tonight’s staff were a nice lad with short brown hair, brown eyes and a soft demeanour, and beside him, the potential next miss England, dark hair and big blue eyes, very pretty and also nice demeanour. 4.9 / 5 because I saw food under one of the tables but Jesus Christ you’d think it was a bunch of Ferrel animals that left that mess, and looked fresh mess too. Service was amazing, the guy actually told me the better choice to save me money, and didn’t tire when I asked lots of questions. She then went behind and prepared that meal with complete accuracy and in light speed, she’ll make a hell of a wife one day! 😂 Best service I have received in a fast food outlet to date, keep it up guys! You’ll restore TB to 5 stars in no time.

First time ever using a Taco Bell, quick service, staff, polite and food, not bad at all. Only reason for one star atmosphere is because we were the only ones in there!

Ehhhhhhh…. It’s Taco Bell. The food won’t win any awards. The service isn’t great. The atmosphere is weird and kinda scary sometimes? I won’t stop eating there though.

Foods pretty good. Not quite as good as American Tacobell but there was definitely more filling. This specific location (at my time of visit anyway.) suffers from understaffing. There were two people working really hard to keep up with orders but no one was front of house dealing with the cleanliness. It could also do with a bit of remodelling to add in a counter for the disposable cutlery, and better access to walk around without bumping into people who are eating. Great value for money though would definitely go again.

Self-kiosk was broken, had to call someone to serve us, didn't have half the menu, didn't have anywhere to sit because it was full of mess, quesadilla was floppy and gross, churro was like cardboard. Haven't had food an experience THIS bad in a very long time.

Food wasn't the best but wasn't worst, its okay for the money since your only sort of paying upwards of £5 and you dl get quite a bit. The presentation of food is generally quite good but it always just seems to flop as soon as you try to eat it anyway. In general though it is an okay place to eat 👍

Food is nice but the service is slow and lacklustre. Ordered a large fries which looked too small, when asked it was because they ran out of bags for large fries!

Food arrived cold. The order was for 2 tacos 2 chicken barrottos and nachos. We only recieved 1 barrette. I rang you and I was told to take it up with deliveroo. Surely this is down to the staff that packed the food in the delivery bag.😡

Absolutely awful, this is the 4th time Taco Bell has messed around, clearly untrained staff who know nothing about their job, ordered off deliveroo for a 4th time at 19:50. By 21:32 still no delivery, called deliveroo and they told me the restaurant is now closed and the riders can’t get in so they blatantly binned our order, because the staff “want to go home”. Maybe prepare our order at 19:50 when WE ORDERED IT! And you won’t be there so late! Disgusting service

Taco Bell Basingstoke is just awful. No cleanliness, No staff to clear the soiled tables, Taste is just Below Average. Just some British version of Tacos. Thumbs down.

Absolutely horrendous. I had never had it before. So I thought I'd try it... obviously hoping it would be nice ad I decided it was a lazy weekend and I'd get something tasty and felt like wraps etc. Everything was dry. Wraps looked like dirty diapers and tacos had a chicken strip and old lettuce. Chips were stale and just awful and the main interest the cinnamon rolls where hard and dry. I Absolutely do not recommend as it just ruined my Friday night and was not what I was hoping for. For the love of God and your sake don't get food here. You'll be saving yourself money and time. Also forgot to mention I bought a box meal and didn't even get my drink I so thoroughly chose. And I went in person can't imagine what you'd get if you ordered online or uber etc. My first rating ever as I thought the world needed to know. Also the service was terrible to. Barely made sure my order was correct, instead she was taling to her friend over the counter while I waited to pay.🙃 Would add photos but I got a new phone recently and couldn't be bothered to add them. Just check other reviews and you'll see what I mean about the food. No nutritional value and its nowhere near filling or appetising. I ended up cooking my own food when I wanted to just lay down and watch TV.

orderd a meal cant spell it (casidilla) and it was sloppy and just over full the taco was abit soggy and chips was hard and cold bare in mind we went inside and the tables and floors was appalling, saw workers wair gloves to move tables and rubish around and went back to serving without swapping gloves, wouldnt recomend

Food was pretty bland, not the taste sensation I'd hoped for! Service was very robotic and too much trouble for them.

Not even worth 1 star. Took half an hour to make my two chicken strips no one else was waiting for their order. Didn’t give me a cup and when I asked for one gave me a dirty look and gave me one with a hole it. Workers were rude when anyone asked for something politely. DONT STEP FOOT IN THIS RESTAURANT

This location has really improved I believe there is now new management. Fast and efficient service. I believe most negative reviews are due to negative experiences with uber eats/ deliveroo which are simply out of the locations control.

Good food, fast service, kept clean and tidy, staff willing and helpful. Recommend you try it, far better than other fast food places.

Went there for little snack meal few times, fairly quick service and staff polite. Tried delivery with family as well - everything nicely wrapped and still hot. All in all decent fast food option with tasty unique options. Personal favourites are cinnamon twirls, such a delight! Tacos have tasty and fresh vegetables. Meat can be bit greasy, however with dry taco shell it seems like better option. Not that many choices in terms of savers menu like other chains do, on the flip side if you are with mates/family for some sharing bundles they have good selection. Place clean and tidy during my visits.

Good Taco Bell. Made a really large party order and the three guys were working so hard. Really wish I got their names as it's rare to see such flat out work and no errors in retail. Taco Bell is complete cr*p to order from. 3 times now I have ordered from here to have some of the main parts of the meal missing!! Do not order. Food is okay but go into restaurant only if you actually want to eat fully what you ordered…

Taco Bell is one of those US restaurant chains that has recently been introduced in the UK, the same as Wendy's and Five Guys. Given that the last time I had Taco Bell was 2008 in Florida then 2021 in Basingstoke I have to say here it's pretty much as I remember. I really enjoy the fire hot sauce and the Mexican fries in particular. I always find it's pretty good value, can't say no to something extra almost every time I order and service is normally quick (or at least decent) and friendly even if it can be a little bit disjointed at times.

One of the guys said uwu and also that they have a big slong but the burrito was nice

Only received 4 items out of 10. Called and was told they would deliver but it didn't arrive. This is the second time this has happened.

Staff were rude and slow. 5 people waiting for food and 2 people on the tills.

Cold food - very dirty restaurant tables and floor - staff could not be bothered and water spillage was left on the floor no sign and with bins over flowing - avoid

Sign says open at 1100. Employees were inside at 1110 when I arrived. An employee yelled from the kitchen saying they wouldn’t be open until 1130. If you can’t open on time, what expectation does that set for your product? Definitely needs better management.

Rubbish service!! I ordered a vegetarian burrito & they gave a beef burrito, missed one of the item from order & gave my fries wrong. No apology even after bringing it to their attention, the person at the till goes - ok so?? I raised my voice & the manager came down & asked - do you want a refund - No I want you to own up to the errors & apologize like you meant it ? No sensitivity or remorse towards their mistakes seems like the ppl working there mess things up on daily basis that they grew a thick skin to customers & all they have to do is offer a free drink!!! Maybe focus on training the staff! About food - don’t even get me started on how bland & stale the nachos, fries & quesadillas tasted!

Ordered a collection which included box meals.. all the food was just thrown into 1 bag unmarked which is a real nightmare when you have an order of multiple different burritos and quesadillas.

Thought I'd give Taco Bell a try, healthiest of the fast foods in America etc etc But, what I've been met with is them constantly forgetting bits of the order and now changing their menu to remove the black bean option from multiple of their items. Taco Bell would be smart to perhaps make an even healthier menu and one that also caters to vegetarians, even if its just an overpriced black bean option.

My son suggested Taco Bell for lunch as he loves it and I'd never been to one before-absolutely loved it! I had the Crunchy Taco Supreme and cinnamon twists-both yummy! My son had the Volcano Burrito Box which had lots in it, along with a drink for £6.99-great value. Will definitely go again!

Ordered on the app before I knew what I was walking into never been to this branch before but all I can say it what a clusterf#*k junk, food wrappers, old food and drinks covering every surface even the service counter place is filthy yet empty so clearly the staff are just slacking off

Place is okay, food is passable not a patch on places in the states. but the service seems slow because they have two order boards 1 for delivery orders, and 1 for shop, so in the shop you never truly know where you are in the queue. When asking how long is left after 20 mins of waiting was informed “ all I can ask you to do is be patient “, really need a lesson in customer service I feel.

First time at this particular Taco Bell. Must admit appalled with the customer service at this particular establishment. The girls behind the counter were exceptionally rude. One girl ‘Shae’ especially rude, asked how long the food would be after having waited for 20 minutes, was told there’s only two of them so will have to be patient. And then once our food had arrived, they messed up the order. In addition Shae had lied there were three of them working so the first statement was a lie. Secondly when I walked up to get the correct order, I was judged and questioned as I couldn’t possibly be right, I was clearly incorrect and I didn’t know my own order. To my satisfaction, they proved I was correct and hesitantly gave me the missing part of the order. Disgraceful trip.

Place is absolute dive.. Waiting ages to be served food it was cold tasted disgusting I chucked it away .. Staff have a attitude problem I will never eat out of there again don’t waste your money

Food was okay but service was terrible, over 30 mins for order to be sent out (wasn't busy) and was given sugar free drink despite paying for and ordering the regular version. I had to leave most of my order as I ran out of time.

A decent and inexpensive Mexican take away. Combo meals have fantastic value. I can recommend the volcano burrito, with the combo meal you get a drink, taco, chips and churros along with the main. Worth a punt if you fancy a Mexican. Definitely not as tough on your stomach as the American version too!

Kids had such high expectations for this place after constantly seeing it all over the internet and what not Sad to say that their bubble was popped very quickly Not to our liking at all

Don’t order from here to be delivered. Last 3 orders have all been wrong and food comes cold. When you try to speak to them, they blame the delivery drivers and pass the buck. They are hopeless…

I've been here a few times now, and the staff have always been very friendly and have provided great and incredibly fast service! The food is pretty good, but not amazing. The portions are small, but reasonably priced. I'll be back whenever I'm in the area.

The food was nice. Ordering on the screen easy. Take a seat and wait. Collect food and eat. Lunch main and small dessert including a drink seven pounds. A very nice experience.

Staff dont seem to care at all. No love, food was cold, had to get up and ask for forks only to be pointed at a cardboard cup. Music way too loud and the order was a small when ordered a large. Wifes food kept breaking apart and when asked if they could please sort out we were rold to wait. American/Canadian chain that would die if they saw the standard in the UK. Wont be back!

Placed an order that came but with some missing items. Spoke to the store and they resolved the issue promptly and even handled getting it back out to us before the initial delivery was cold. Very pleased

Nachos were nice but the taco was very dry and a bit tasteless.

We ordered from here and my partner bit into rubber, which she quickly spat out. We raised this with Deliveroo and Taco Bell. The manager promised compensation however Taco Bell social media said that they would do nothing and said it was down to Deliveroo to rectify it. Appalling service. Appalling standards. Order from Festival Street Kitchen instead, they may cost more but their food is better and their service is fantastic. I have to give one star otherwise I would give minus stars.

Can't get a basic delivery order right. Food quality very low. Barely any filling in the dishes, just a load of wrap. Won't be wasting my money here again

To me food is OK but the major concern is tidiness. I have been here many times but very often found finished food packages still on the tables by previous customers then the fizzy drinks machine just drinks marks everywhere but the staff just chatting inside with no orders. They really need to looking at this.

Ordered for delivery. Special instructions were ignored so partner couldn't eat her meal, even if it hadn't been it was cold upon arrival and missing items. Wouldn't recommend
