me and my friend came here for bottomless, loved the food and selection of drinks, our servers gabriel and artur were very welcoming and attentive thank you, great value for money!

Food and drinks were amazing! Shout out to Sam the bartender, Great cocktails are even better when served with a side of sexy 😉

We came here today for a birthday lunch for my daughter’s birthday. The restaurant was quite quiet, but the staff were friendly and attentive, in particular, David and Justin. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was excellent and the children enjoyed their food as much as the adults.

Excellent customer service, just when you thought such service didn’t exist anymore. Sergio proved us all wrong. He was very knowledgeable and delivered a traditional service that I now days can only receive when I travel abroad. Sergio is truly a credit to Las Iguanas Basingstoke.

Visited on Sunday around lunchtime, it was quiet and we were seated quickly. Food was amazing and drinks were too, great selection of cocktails on buy one get one free. Downside being initial service once seated was very slow. Otherwise, would recommend

Visited Friday 26th with my partner for a quick lunch. We were promptly greeted by Serg, who showed us to a booth seated area which suited us great, Serg was very welcoming and friendly. The service was very good and quick as it was quiet... The only thing that spoiled it was the couple next to us had a disagreement with the experience and cause abit of an atmosphere but the colleague dealt with it promptly and professionally, the other customer were in the wrong and didn't read the meal deal properly and got confused and then blamed staff. But after they left it was Avery pleasant experience and Serg was very accommodating. Would visit again.

Had my 40th birthday party yesterday and everything was spot on. The food, the drinks, the environment and special the staff. Staff is amazing. Didn't catch all the names but a special thank you to Gabriel, the waiter that serves us. Definitely I recommend the restaurant in a day to day and in any kind of event. Thank you all.

The food was expensive, and neither my nor my partner's dish was enjoyable. Recommendation not to get: The taste of Mexico. This was like a platter of different food they offer linked to the Mexican menu. Miracle how they managed to get every dish this bad. Everything tasted off.

Came here a couple months ago for a staff party, the food drinks and staff were amazing (despite them being really busy) Every time I come here I have a great time. Sergio and Millie were especially great at making us feel welcome, they were lovley. Bottemless brunch here was amazing too so can’t not recommend it enough.

Very disappointing last night - especially compared to a previous meal years ago. I ordered a cocktail to start but my first three choices were not available. We ordered puddings but did not eat them - the cheesecake tasted of onions. Small credit to the waiter who apologised and refunded the cheesecake.

Arrived at 1845, drinks and starters take 30 minutes. The food was ok. Then waited over 50 minutes, still no sign of our mains. Gave up. Hopelessly understaffed. Two in the kitchen and three out front. Over 50 customers. They tried hard but were always going to fail. Avoid.

Qr code didn't work properly, was just bringing up food menu not drinks. Had one drink which was a nice cocktail tbf, but then went next door instead as couldn't get the code to work and the lady at the bar didn't want to help us really, we were just made to feel like a nuisance. Not sure why they still insist on QR code ordering in 2024, we would have wanted to pay on cash or cards.

Couldn’t buy any drinks because the QR code wasn’t working. Team member at the bar refused to help. We left as it was impossible to buy anything.

An establishment with a pleasant atmosphere. Despite the workload, the waiter Sergei immediately offered us a table for five, helped with the choice of dishes and drinks, and was very courteous. We were pleased.

Popped in here for a drink after the cinema on Tuesday 16th. The place was pretty quiet as you might expect for a cold Tuesday night in January. Staff putting glasses away and tidying the place to pass the time. We approached the bar, waited a few minutes to then ask to sit for drinks only. The waitress gruffly told us "you ok using the app?" and promptly wandered off. We were less than impressed - even more so after scanning the QR code as instructed to receve a food only menu. Needless to say we left without ordering anything and went to Cosy Club right next door - where we were greated with a smile and our drinks were even brought to the table. Las Iguanas could really do with training their staff in basic hospitality and customer service.

Great offers and cocktails. Would definitely be back.
