Five Guys in Basingstoke and Deane

The service was Amazing, we were offered a lot of options ,the Spanish was Amazing and very professional. We will recommend 5 Guys to our friends and family.😀

Burger was good. The bacon however was so overcooked it shattered when bitten, and was quite tasteless. For nearly £11, it was way overpriced.

This has got to be the worst burger I have ever had it was soggy and tasteless and we will not be going back to a five guys. the meal was £42! for two don't waste your money!

The burger was tasty but not worth £11 Chips were so salty I couldn't eat them. For 2 cheese burgers 1 portion of fries and 2 milkshakes cost me £40.... I wouldn't spent that money there again, its just not worth it

I had a rough start to my day, and in an attempt to surprise my husband with his favorite burgers, I decided to order online from Five Guys on my way home. The website promised that by ordering ahead, I could skip the queue and have my food ready for a quick pickup. Unfortunately, this was far from the truth. I arrived at Five Guys at 12 o'clock, expecting to grab my order and catch the 12:28 bus home. However, despite my online order, I was stuck waiting in a lengthy line due to the restaurant's overwhelming busyness. It wasn't until 12:51 that I finally received my order, causing me to miss my intended bus. To make matters worse, the milkshake I had ordered was a complete disappointment. It had a lukewarm temperature and lacked the rich, creamy taste of real ice cream, leaving me questioning the quality of their ingredients. Overall, this experience has left me reconsidering my fondness for Five Guys. While their burgers were once a favorite, the long wait and subpar milkshake have tarnished my perception of this establishment.

1st ever visit after passing and seeing the window signs saying how good they are. I’m 70, and just wanted a simple burger. One layer of meat, no cheese. “What filling?”, I got shown a list of emblems that meant nothing to me and no help from the cashier. A Diet Coke (I guess I’m meant to drink 3 litres, but I only filled it once). £10.90. Wow. Despite their “special formula bun”, it was a plain white, cheap as possible bun. Only opted ketchup. Disappointed sums my first, and probably last, experience! I wonder if the till did roll back the cost as I didn’t want the bells and whistles? I probably should have walked away when he quoted the price, but, the window sticker said wow, and I had to try it.

The grilled cheese at Five Guys is my new favourite. It's so crunchy and crispy and perfectly soft. Highly recommend.

Had ordered food through just eat not a problem I had to wait over a hour for the rider to show up at my door. The food was cold the shake was the only good part at the meal. Just eat only refunded me £4 which is half the cost of hot dog I had tried calling multiple times for no one to pick up. If I was to order just eat again it would be in person.

Had a cheeseburger.You can choose free toppings,so I had onions and mushrooms.You get two great quality burgers as well. The baps are awful,they fell apart in my hand.Better quality baps next time please. Cost £9.95 so not cheap. 🍔

The staff were friendly and it was clean and tidy. Unfortunately our meal was not great so most of it went in the bin. We were all so disappointed. It was supposed to be a special treat. At £59 for for four of us, I thought I’d write to give feedback. I explained it was all really salty. Even the three teenagers thought so. The replies from customer service were really dismissive saying they didn’t add any seasoning to the burgers or sausages. They offered us three free chips as a gesture of good will. I’m not even tempted to cash them in. I wouldn’t recommend it as a restaurant. McDonald’s is cheaper and tastier.

We popped in here Saturday lunchtime. This was the first time we had gone to the Basingstoke branch. Food was up to the standard I would expect from a five guys, cooked fresh and very tasty. It is more expensive than other fast food places but you pay fro quality.

Food was terrible, and so expensive! Not even a big meal for the price they charge! The staff were rude and unhelpful! Burgers and Burger King and far far better!

Its just another burger joint, all the 15 burger toppings and 11 milkshake mix-ins are free which really means you are paying for them whether or not you want them. The actual burger was ok but not worth the extortionate price you have to pay. Like McDonalds you queue to order and pay and then wait...and wait....hopefully there will be a free table once your number is called. With a Burger King and Wimpy also in Festival Place and a McDonalds a short walk away I cannot see any reason to return and waste money at Five Guys.

We ordered a quick meal at Five Guys last evening and picked up the paper bag with our meal and sat at the table in the restaurant. The chips had fallen all over the 2 burgers, in the bag and not in the 2 paper cups. I took this back to the counter and was told by the manager that this is how they serve their food!! We had to rummage threw the chips to get to our burgers! The burgers were tasteless and the bread buns were soft and squidgy. So...... awful presentation, awful service and awful food. Gourdet Burgers were in the unit now occupied by Five Guys. Please can we have Gourmet Burgers back again.
