Kentucky Fried Chicken in Basingstoke and Deane

Food was dry, stale and tasted horrible. Tasted like it had been left in the warmer for hours. I would definitely would not be going back anytime soon.

Absolutely disgraceful service and it doesn’t matter how many times that we give them another try they always get the order wrong living 20 minutes away just another pain in going back to complain and try and get the rest of my order also trying to phone them to tell them this is also a further pain because they never answer the phone in the office. I have completely given up on any hope of a good service, saying that I did go into the restaurant once as I thought I would have better luck ordering and they still forgot three things in my order I asked to Speak to the manager and what felt like a life time and with now cold food in my hand she really did not help matters as she was Stand offish very rude and abrupt she asked for Previous receipts And snapped at me like a child saying that they do not have time to answer the phone in the office and that if I didn’t like the service and the missing food Issues then to find another KFC Not at all a good service and we now thank god do not go here! The only Decent thing they do right is offer all NHS workers Discount

Just wish they were consistant with packaging , and allocating ketchup , wipes and salt . Chicken good and add ons . Asked for some boneless with a bucket meal and they put it all in the buckets . I wanted 10 pieces in the fiest bucket and the boneless chicken seperate . Annoying . Staff need to put a smile on , many do and many dont . This needs to step up its game soon .
