Cold food, could not eat it. Dirty seating area . Slow service. Says 100 characters min. But what more can you say about rubbish.

I ordered the Oreo shake, teriyaki bites, and mashed potatoes. The Oreo shake tasted like slushy water mixed with biscuit crumbs. I did not like it at all and didn't get beyond one sip. The teriyaki bites were a bit stringy, but the mash was perfect.

Convenient location and maybe visit once a month when in town. Surprised at poor reviews as I have always found the staff to be friendly and the food up to KFC standard. Usually eat in the upstairs section which is clean although sometimes out of serviettes and hand cleanser. Never had any problem there.

Ordered delivery this evening via deliveroo.Food arrived, almost cold, missing a serve of fries and wrong drink sent.Tried to call the store, no reply.Shockingly poor approach to business.Consider yourselves OFF the list for our family from now on. Utter shambles.

Ordered £40 of food for family thru deliveroo.. Ages to arrive...and driver shot off before we had chance to check... When we checked food it was All wrong, half an order!!! Grandson went without due to a lack of attention to detail on your part...Not Happy..and now we have to wait 48hrs before I get money back it's shocking... Won't be using you again, and will be telling Everyone I know NOT TO USE YOU EITHER. The Receipt doesn't even tally with the food received...🙄

Ordered our food to eat in. Went upstairs to find a table but then were all dirty and littered with leftovers. No sauces or salt and pepper and even though we were eating in, they said that they didn't have any plates. Very bad experience at least the chicken and chips were hot

Do not order from KFC, they have not got an order correct in years. The food is normally dry and cold and they miss something on every single order. Today they didn't bother sending the chicken which is the whole point of KFC. I will not order from them again

Was home delivery and food was cold, burgers were not what I had paid for but trying to get in contact with either KFC or Just eat is impossible, for the price paid I would not recommend to anyone

Popped in here yetserday for lunch with our son (his choice) the place was absolutely filthy! The staff downstairs at the till are so moody and arrogant and the upstairs is like a rubbish tip. ALL the tables had something spilt on them or had rubbish on them and looked like they hadn't been cleaned for days. The bins were so full that they were over flowing, the floor had food pieces all over it and it was just generally filthy and I never even saw one member of staff upstairs attempting to do any work. I even made the mistake of going to the toilets (really wish I hadn't) there was finished toilet rolls all over the place, again overflowing bins and most of the toilets still had poo in them from the disgusting individuals that don't know how to flush! Revolting. I would NEVER eat here again. If the floor of the restaurant is dirty god only knows what the kitchen is like - yuk!! 🤮

I ordered my meal and when asked what drink I said regular Pepsi, they told me they no longer sell regular Pepsi!!! What??? Why??? I had to order water instead - and go to the McDonald’s to get a regular Coca Cola. Why have you stopped serving Pepsi this seems like a U.K. only type of crap thing again - every where else I have been in the world that has a KFC has regular Pepsi. Love a good kfc but I’m not coming back again - what is the point if you don’t even sell regular Pepsi.

Went here yesterday and it was absolutely disgusting the dining area was so unhygienic and dirty. We went upstairs to eat our food and 5 minutes after it was already cold we weren’t very impressed. We then asked if they had any salt or pepper and they said they had none. As we were eating our chips we found they were only half cooked which then put us off. The service was slow for us and other customers aswell I don’t think there was enough staff. The bread was rather soggy and the chicken didn’t look cooked after we had bitten into it. As we got home my family member didn’t feel very well regarding the food. I do not recommend this place but it might have just been our experience we hope it improves.

Been here today with a friend. Before Covid it was always great but today the only tables we could use had not been cleaned properly, had crumbs all over them. We managed to find a clean one but then the food was just warm apart from the baked beans which were very hot obviously just out of microwave. We asked for red ketchup & salt but didn’t get either & also no spoon for the beans. We told one of the staff & he offered to get us some but only came back with spoons & forks so we gave up. The toilets are also disgusting, filthy floors, toilets not flushed & blood up the walls. Also no hand sanitiser to be seen upstairs. Will not be returning

The delivery of Of KFchicken was missing several items. Delivery company and KFC blamed each other. Bad!

The meal was cheap and good standard KFC quality. I was served quickly and my meal was still warm half an hour later! Could have done with a bit more chips though - there wasn't that much included.

Totally ignored as I was waiting to order at till, then guy walks in after me and is instantly served. Disgusting attitude.

To be fair not a massive fan of KFC but this was convenient for a concert at the nearby Anvil and there were no other options. Waited nearly 20 mins whilst 7 people who had ordered after me were served. When I asked what the hold up and as, I was told,”Waiting for Chicken”, when I pointed out it was a chicken shop the server shrugged and repeated, “Waiting for Chicken”My daughter and my boneless fillets sat in a tray under a light and were stone cold whilst we waited for an “Original” to be prepared! Result ours was stone cold and served with 3 portions of the worst fries any of us can remember.I know it’s not high gourmet but surely it’s not meant to be unpleasant. Remember why I dislike KFC. McDonalds next time it’s more honest, quicker,cheaper and tastier.

The food was very poor for KFC, the chips were cold and my burger was dry.Have eaten in lots of KFC this one was disgusting if it was my first time I would never go back again.

To start with there was a long wait and it wasn’t even that busy, one of the touch screens wasn’t working and staff didn’t go to the tills when people were waiting. Once we got our food, my brothers popcorn chicken and boneless chicken wasn’t even hot, but he wasn’t too bothered. I had the zinger stack burger which comes with two bits of chicken, when I started eating the burger it seemed ok, the first bit of chicken I ate into was good, then half way through the other piece was hard. I took it back and the member of staff got a supervisor, I said I don’t expect a whole new burger but something to replace it like a boneless piece or anything. But I was told because I ate half of the burger there was nothing they can do, even though I said there’s two pieces in the burger and one wasn’t up to standard, still nothing. I was not impressed.

Very busy lunchtime visit with a family of nine including 2 teenagers, 2 10 year olds and a 2 year old. Serving stag demeanour left a little to be desired. The lift was inoperative for a while and when it did work it took an age to go up the one floorOnce upstairs, the children setykwdbjbtk the chairs and led a little litter on the floor, which managed to procure the wrath of the cleaning lady, she continues to give us evil stars throughout our meal, when she wasn’t surfing her mobile that is!! Even gave us the evil eye when we asked for a mop to be used to clean up the drink that the 2 year old had spilt. I don’t think we will be using that one for a while!!!

We visited here today as a family of four adults and five children, firstly the lift to the upper floor for the pushchair wasn’t working adequately and took an age to go up one floor (that was after a ten minute wait while they got it working) then I made the mistake of ordering the wrong dips and when I asked to change I was told “I will let you off this once but I won’t do it again” before very moodily changing the dips, it was at this point I noticed the very unfortunate bright green mucus hanging precariously from the staff members nose , I then took my food (feeling slightly nauseous and not at all fancying my food) upstairs to where the other members of my party were, at this point they had been visually reprimanded with a death stare from a staff member with a sense of humour deficiency and an obvious dislike of children, well humans in general. We proceeded to eat our meal, trying not to crumble under her stare or vomit with flashbacks of bogies but unfortunately at this point the smallest member of our group spilt their drink, we risked our personal safety by alerting the staff member to the spillage politely obviously, the staff member appeared very promptly wielding her mop with much aggression giving off a vibe that clearly communicated where she would like to place the mop, once she had finished rage mopping we thanked her profusely (because we don’t bear grudges) but it appeared she was either physically unable to speak (which is obviously fine) or our crimes were that abhorrent she couldn’t even bring herself to either acknowledge our thanks or even our existence ‍♀️All in all, a great visit, will give the attitude, the bogies and the rage mopping a miss in future

Mmmmm Why have KFC done to their chips.... skin in fries no no bring back the old ones.Chicken cold/warm(ish) which was a shame I know we should of said something but it was busy and couldn’t be bothered to wait again! Toilets are RANK dirty and smelly makes the restaurant have the same feel to be honest. Not sure we’re visit again one because chips are different and two the toilets need addressing ASAP.

Absolutely gross will never eat here again food was warm at best fries over cooked and wrong drink can’t even get the basics right I wouldn’t waste time on this place

I'm from Canada and I enjoy KFC several times a year but this was not good. Food was cold. No seasoning on the chicken or French fries. Pretty bland food.

Had the misfortune to visit here recently. Toilets were a disgrace. Stalls with locks broken or missing. No paper. Nasty dirty places I wouldn't let an animal do it's thing. The most vile place in all of Basingstoke.

Went here with my friend got our food and went upstairs to eat. After sitting for a few moments some women who worked there but did not speak English too well came over to us pointing and trying to tell us off for something we had no idea what for as we had done nothing wrong and were just trying to hav our meal quietly!.....She stood there and continued to do this for about 10 minutes while we wer saying “what do you want!” After so long.....my friend got annoyed and then walked out before eating his food so I followed him.....thereafter we went back in to complain to management which did nothing about it!

I visited this afternoon with my friend for the first and potentially last time. We visited just before the lunchtime rush and didn't have to wait long for our orders. However I had a staff member throw, yes THROW a straw at me when i asked my friend who has visited before where they keep the straws.After we sat down table i checked my Mega box (BAG) to find my order was wrong. I had much less chicken than any KFC i have visited, it was much smaller too.And my chips were cold and my chicken was very slimy. Points to the polite staff lady upstairs cleaning though who wished us a nice day when we cleared our table.

Went to KFC at Basingstoke Leisure Park last night as my teenage son wanted to go. We were served and only a short wait. We sat down and started to eat, however after a few bits of chicken my teenage noticed the the meat in his chicken was green! Yes green! I don’t think in all my days have I ever seen green chicken or any meat that was green.

After a late finish at work, we changed our plans to have a cheeky KFC instead of cooking at home. Wrong choice! Service was slow, but at least the girl at the till was professional and had a smile on her face. Problems were in the kitchen and we did think about checking the contents of the bag before leaving, but decided we'd trust that the staff knew what they were doing. After all, it's what they are paid for. Wrong again. When home and dishing up, we realised that 1) there was no gravy with the mega box 2) 4 fillets of chicken missing 3) a portion of fries missing. So, that was our meal ruined and we were not prepared to drive back to KFC to complain! Seriously, how can you miss 3 items? It's not rocket science ticking things off from a list. Never again! If you do go, check your items first. KFC staff took our money and didn't supply the goods. Terrible. Absolutely terrible. What's worse, beans were dried up and clinging to the side of the tub (over-microwaved??), and one of the burgers was luke warm and served in a rather stale bun. The branch had also run out of lettuce - doesn't seem like there's much management or quality assurance going on here.

Good value for money and so much more filling than a lot of other take away foods. It can get busy and I think it is nicer to eat upstairs than outside, sitting outside means you have to suffer the smell of frying onions for the burger stand. I just wished they did nice thick milkshakes but their chicken is really tasty. Pick the time of your visit carefully as it is really busy during school holidays and around lunch time.

Lack of staff, 45 minute wait for food, order wrong, food cold, full of angry customers going through the same!

At the heart of Basingstoke, very convenient & easily accessible. Good location for fastfood service. No need to go to leisure park to go to KFC.

The Churchill Way KFC is actually a nice looking and modern eating place...however, why do KFCs have a greasy feel about them???? This one was no different, everything you touch or walk on has the 'greasy touch'. Is it the way they clean - or lack of hygiene or detergent used - I don't know but I do know McDonalds are far cleaner without the 'grease' feel and they are generally busier!!

One member of staff on the tills, one member of staff in the kitchen, one on the counter doing drinks and passing food to customers. Absolute shambles and unacceptable.

Not the typical service from a fast food restaurant. Chickens came along very oily, you could see the oil at the bottom of the bags the chicken potions came in. No ketchup provided and product missing which I had to ask for afterwards.

What you would expect from this chain however cold fries! Otherwise OK . Shame all the Basingstoke chavs were in the sit down part to which we decided to eat up and move on.

I don't like to moan but my meal at KFC was awful and I became ill after eating there I don't recommend eating at KFC Basingstoke as it is so unhealthy unclean

Ahora sé por qué este lugar parece vacío todo el tiempo, aquí va. El hombre no podía hasta entender, explicó que no podía haber yogurt por hijo debido a las alergias alimentarias, pero al parecer tenía que tener, pedimos comida filete mini no pelea, mi envoltura era de piedra fría y realmente me cruce sin ketchup para mis patatas fritas frías. Lo digo por ciertas es la primera y la última vez que he paso en KFC de nuevo. La única razón por la que me alojé mi hijo de 5 años tenía hambre (padres entender). Si el dinero que he robado.

La última vez que tenía una comida de esta Kentucky estaba frío y comestible. Me llamó esa misma noche una hora más tarde, a las 6 de la tarde del viernes. Le expliqué que estaba en mi casa hijas junto con ella y su hijo de 3 años y 2 meses de edad del bebé. Me dijeron que no me preocupara que viene y que me escriba todos los detalles en su libro y que podría conseguir la cantidad que había pagado por ese orden en mi próximo pedido.

what can you say - kfc fast food - I think that equals you want food and fast -- catch up kfc- slow service - cold chips - and so cold in the restaurant I wanted to eat out side on a cold winter afternoon - not really the fast food, warm welcome, warm environment I had expected - must say if this was my first visit to a KFC it would be my last -- on the plus side the coffee was hot and very good

Cuando quieres algo como KFC es porque quieres algo rápidamente. La comida era lo que esperábamos, y bien, pero el servicio era muy lento. El sistema de pago significa que usted ha elegido y pagado en menos de un minuto o así y esperar el mismo tipo de tiempo para recibir su comida, pero este no era el caso, y como ya habíamos pagado, no había otra opción que esperar. Probablemente está bien, a veces son silenciosas, pero quizás una evitaremos si ocupado en el futuro.

This kfc is a bit hit and miss with temperature of the food it serves, one time you get cold chips hot chicken and beans that can burn another time you get great chips and beans and Luke warm chicken, we try to go at busy times so the food is hot but very rarely do you get everything you order at a good temperature.

El proceso de pedido de tomar era eficiente y que podría seguir el progreso en una pantalla. Tiene capacidad algunas escaleras, aunque hay un ascensor. También hay un espacio limitado fuera con mesas. Desde arriba las enormes ventanas permiten observar las idas y venidas en el centro comercial de la ciudad. Un miembro del personal estaba constantemente y liquidación mesas cojan. ¿Por qué la gente viene a sitios de comida rápida y dejar su basura esparcida por todas partes?

Típico menú Kentucky. Me gustan los cubos, o simplemente de 3 piezas y patatas fritas. Todo sistema electrónico hasta es un poco molesto. La cola es probable. Hay un arriba y algunos pequeños para sentarse afuera. Útil cuando compras. Personal extranjero, a veces es difícil de entender.

Nos reímos mucho en las críticas de Jake'L más adelante, de la variedad de comida básicamente de ... Pollo. De todos modos, este es el mejor que buscan KFC en el que he estado, también nos dieron el servicio con una sonrisa y una comida bastante decente para dos por £11. Recomendado. (Simplemente recuerda que si quieres una hamburguesa, ir a Burger king!)

Fuimos a probar el nuevo KFC en Basingstoke antes de coger una película y eran "bienvenida" por un miembro del personal que sirve detrás de la factura.
