Pizza Hut in Basingstoke and Deane

Outrageous service! I was asked to pay cash and when I said I don’t have cash I was responded with an attitude! It took more than 40 minutes to get my order. There was one couple before me. After my order was ready I wasn’t given one of the item (chicken strips), so I had to return. When I asked for the strips I was told I won’t get the ice cream that’s been given to me, to which I said “fine”. It took another 6-7 minutes for the struts to get ready- the pizza was cold… I was punished for not giving cash… Disgusting and outrageous!!!

Very impressed tonight with pizza hut Brighton hill Basingstoke. They were friendly efficient and the food was fantastic very tasty will definitely be going back there instead of the other branches.

Brilliant food and amazing staff helped with my requests and staff where very friendly. Got the deal in the end amazing food.

Delicious pizza , came first time very impress with Sunile service . best Pizza in the Basingstoke .highly recommended

Quick service and very friendly staff..I will be ordering soon again.My kids they love the potato wedges and always i go there cause they are quickly

Nasty pizza one of the worst pizzas I've ever seen told not to put sprinkles yet covered ask for BBQ nothing about the two bites I did have tasted of BBQ bacon was rock hard I mean throw at a window your paying for new one

Our food eventually arrived 70 minutes after the latest quoted time and it was Luke warm at best, some of it was burnt and the boxes had been squeezed into a delivery bag, I would not recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone.

I ordered a delivery through Deliveroo and it never arrived. I phoned Pizza Hut, Brighton Hill only to speak with a very man who couldn't/wouldn't confirm if the items had left. He told me I had to contact Deliveroo. He then slammed the phone down on me. I called back to ask why and to speak with the manager. No manager available. no explanation given. They just don't care.

Tutt tutt tutt Absolutely disgraceful, ordering from these jokers think again Ok so here goes Pizzas looked like they were old and had been made by someone Blindfolded, extra cheese ordered but cheese was no where to be seen!. Toppings had been placed by someone with a 2 year olds hand….. How can they get this so wrong overcooked and centre was Raw Sorry will not be returning and I would never recommend you

Had Pizza Hut many a time, but hadn’t it in a while. As we were in Basingstoke and near this establishment we all chose to go. Never again. Quickly shown to our table, which they had to clean up dirty dishes before we sat down. And came back to clean the table after. And both tables were very wobbly. Soon rectified for the owner by using their menus to steady the legs. Waited an age to have our order taken. Wasn’t very busy. Helped ourselves to the salad bar not very clean. And didn’t taste too fresh. Main food arrived which didn’t taste too bad. Had to try and get a member of staffs attention as part of our meal was missing. After it arrived we ended up leaving it as rather raw. Overall staff not too helpful and establishment needs a refurbishment and the cleaning to be kept on top of

Placing an order and being told of a fifteen minute wait i went and sat in the car in the carpark with a good view of the premises...... how i wish i hadn't..!!!!!!. I clearly watched as the "staff" helped themselves to toppings, wiping there hands on trousers and even putting back half eaten/ not wanted bits. Utterly disgraceful !!, the place should be shut.
