Greggs in Basingstoke and Deane

I ordered off the just eat app as it was one place open doing burgers and chips, and im sorry to say the chips tasted like they had been re warmed up in the microwave from lunchtime or previous day the burger and chicken nuggets were ok though

They charged me too much and when i queried it, they said it was because they’d run out of a certain size cup, so had made me a larger (!) one. Not the brightest staff.

Terrible service. The food arrived cold & the pizzas were underbaked so called to inform of this only to be told no manager so would get one to call back. No call back, so ended up calling 7 times. Each time I would not get to speak to manager & the person on the end on the phone was incredibly rude. They accused me of lying & told me it wasn’t their problem. Was told also that the manager would call me back but never did. Appalling service!

The store is closed! Don't be mislead!

This is one of our favourite branches of Las Iguanas and when we met a friend for lunch there last Friday (11 April) we were delighted to find there was a new menu and one of my boyfriend's former Las Iguanas faves, Xinxim, was back on the menu. Food was delicious as always and we had stellar service from Amy F
