The best restaurants serving Default food in Ashford South East

It was very early when we arrived. The service was good, the facilities were good, we did not have food but it smelt and looked delicious.

Just want to say how great Scott, (who i believe is a relief manager) is. I made a massive mistake in booking the wrong hotel in Tenterden; totally my own fault; and Scott was so helpful in sorting out some accommodation for us. He is also an excellent barman who is very quick and efficient with an excellent memory for all the orders taken. and he could not have been more helpful.

Amazing meal tonight! Celebrated my dad’s birthday and the staff were so friendly and accommodating and the food was delicious. Special shout outs to Jordan and Alicja who just made the evening so easy and helped entertain our young children! Thanks so much! We’ll be back soon!

Karen was a wonderful waitress, very attentive and offering suggestions to accommodate our dietary requirements and made our experience was very pleasant :)

My partner and I came in on 17/04 at midday, we were greeted by such a lovely young man he was highly professional and attentive, we were both really impressed by him and wanted to leave a good review in recognition!

This is a very eclectically decorated pub, not for everyone’s taste but have to say I was very disappointed with the food, it reminded me of a caravan camp site diner. The menus were laminated, a choice of 6 or 7 main dishes ( no starters) everything served with chips, my deep fried chicken was ok but the chips were greasy and the pulled pork was dry with no sauce. Needless to say the pub was empty on a Saturday night. ☹️

Yummy far from it. Try to tell you that it is you when they send the wrong delivery. Shame as used them for a while but certainly no more terrible service and one lost customer never again

Had a night stay so evening meal and breakfast (included as we were guests) Ate our evening meal in the bar area (had choice when booking) lovely atmosphere Room was lovely and had everything we needed Free wi fi easy to access!! situated in a beautiful Kent village Chilham

visited here while staying for doing a wine tour. Traditional pub , made very welcome by the locals, so went twice in two days

Slow and rude service. Croissant I order was cold and hard, at best this was a couple of days old.

Excessive oil swimming on top of food ! You don't need to cook in so much oil . Have to mop up oil with kitchen paper before eating . Bajais very greasy and soft bag full of oil.

Ordered online. Pleased with compostable packaging. Super yummy fried chicken. Enorme burger wasn't as big as expected but packed with filling and really good. Chips were good as well. Mac and cheese needed a bit more seasoning but was still nice. Very impressed by the gluten free options we ordered, would definitely eat here again.
