Costa Coffee in Ashford

Just bought some gum, 10/10 service from the team, best costa in ashford

How is possible that so big chain of coffee shop don't have sugar? And only sorbitol instead. It wasn't announced somewhere that there is no sugar in this coffee shop? That's mean, as customer is don't have choice and I'm suppose to consume what administration decided for me? I was close to give coffee back and ask to refund my money. 3.75-4.00£ for a coffee it's pretty enough and in the end I don't have sugar,disgusting! Wouldn't do there else.

A lady with racial discrimination. Waited for a long time and no service,When a new white lady entered,ready to serve for her at the earliest..

Average coffee shop. Staff a bit disorganised and wrong orders going to people, saw this multiple times during the visit. Think less staff working in one area would help with the confusion of orders. Coffee was okay.

My intentions for this review is be neutral and merely offer insight to a frustration. I am a massive lover of Costa Coffee and seek one out where ever i go, I have never had any issues with quality or service from staff. My only frustration at this location is the seating being totally in the open with no cover at all from any elements, especially rain. I was to sad to have to admit defeat and submit to the comfort of Pret next door. for that I apologise

Absolutely amazing and friendly staff. The Lovely lass with amazing rainbow hair made my flat white to absolute perfection. Whilst the gent working with her not only dried my chair for me (only outdoor seating available) because of the rain but brought my food out to me aswell. Will definitely be returning

Best Costa in ashford the one in the main town useless. The designer outlet one gives friendly fast service will use regularly now five star ⭐️ thank you . Staff always pleasant and efficient

They dont know how to make coffee. Tates disgusting.

Rude staff and Costa policy on charging extra for oat milk is disgusting, even though we explained my wife can not drink cows milk or Soya. Staff in helpful and rude. I would not recommend Costa.

My Mum and I came in today. I really enjoy your Christmas muffins. Unfortunately at this point there was non there. A lady called Claire served us. I said I was devastated as I wanted a Terry's chocolate orange muffin. She said "ah there might be something I can do about that." With that she pulled out a packet for behind the counter and got me on. It was so busy they just didn't have the time to replenish. She absolutely made my day :) thank you Claire. They were all working so hard bless them. The you lad working there was trying his best to clear the tables. He stopped for a moment and offered his assistance to help carry our things to the table. He was really helpful. Unfortunately I didn't catch his name. Thank you to you all for going above and beyond to make our visit an enjoyable one, especially at such a bust time. Merry Christmas to you all.

The most vile and disgusting coffee I’ve ever tasted! My husband got hot chocolate and the lady just pours into his cup some pre made hot chocolate that was sitting on the side for a good 15mins. Unsurprisingly it was cold. I ordered a soya gingerbread latte and it taste like soap and salty and I barely took a sip. Just DISGUSTING. 2x drinks which cost us £7.60 and good for nothing.

This was a disappointing experience. The latte was not all that hot and came with whipped cream even though I had specifically requested skinny whip. Turns out they didn't have any...would have been nice to know that and have the option to change my order. The staff did not appear very confident. They offered to make me a new drink, not the point though. Probably will be avoiding this Costa in favour of the other Costas in Ashford which are way better.

The guys at this Costa are amazing in every way , a lovely worker called Wendy is always helpful and so nice when we go in here always smiling amd we always have a laugh , our daughter cut her leg at the playback nearby and Wendy straight away asked if she was OK and really helped out bought us tissues and even a plaster. The experience here is always a pleasure we always return as it's always a happy atmosphere highly recommended

Only a takeaway costa but quick and very nice

It's a shame that there's no indoor sitting here but it's a decent place for a quick bite to takeout.
