After a shopping trip to the popular Ashford Designer Outlet. I went to Fireaway Ashford yesterday with family and the starters and pizza was very delicious. Freshly made and served piping hot! Will definitely recommend.

Pizza was delicious when we eventually got it, delivery was late and we were delivered someone else's pizzas, had to call the restaurant and wait for a driver to come back and swap the pizzas over, ours were supposed to be gluten free and vegetarian and the ones delivered were covered in meatballs with not a vegetable in sight

Has yo be the worst takeaway ive ever had and ive had some rubish before. Delivery times are a joke and staff lie about reasons for late delivery. Food cold slop . Everything wrong on the order . Absolute rubish and should be closed down

**WARNING: Avoid this place at all costs.** I thought I'd give them a second chance after a nightmarish experience with a burnt pizza years ago, but it turns out they've only gotten worse. This wasn’t just bad—it was a complete disaster. Ordered via Deliveroo, and after waiting a grueling 2 hours, I called for an update only to be told they hadn’t even *started* making it. When I asked them to cancel, they flat-out refused, leaving me trapped in a frustrating 30-minute back-and-forth with Deliveroo to finally get it sorted. But here’s the real horror: other reviews reveal a pattern of pure negligence. Stories of people with *severe allergies* being served food that could literally kill them. Burnt, inedible pizzas. Deliveries so late they might as well have not shown up at all. This isn't just a bad restaurant; it's a ticking time bomb. If you value your time, your health, or your sanity, stay far, far away.

AVOID! I'm going to let the pizza speak for itself. Rude incompetent staff. My friends (3 might I add) warned me against ordering here but my hungry brain did not listen to reason, I wish it did. This took 3 hours to deliver, is missing the toppings I paid extra for. The piece that sort of looks in tact also just looks sickly, I didn't actually trust eating any of this so threw it out. Which honestly I don't care but there was something definitely off with this pizza.

If you want your pizza hot and on time, AVOID ordering from Fireaway Pizza. I placed my order at 9 pm, and it finally showed up at 11:30 pm—stone-cold. The cheese, which there was barely any of to begin with, had turned hard and rubbery. The ‘crispy’ wings were soggy, and repeated calls to the store before they closed went unanswered. They even gave an extra box of wings by mistake, which means they probably messed up someone else’s order too. Total disaster from start to finish.

Couple things.. First time ordering tonight, delivery exactly as expected. The Pizza however.. what a banging pizza! I'm a Karen & i never normally leave a review unless I've had a bad experience 😆 but I had to tell you how good it was & that it tasted like you actually give two shoots about pizza! The cats agree as they tired to steal some.! I was deeply saddened when my usual pizza place shut down & nothing has ever replaced it. Today... is that day. Also just to add.. we have a miserable time trying to cater for my daughters dairy allergy, as its an allergy & not a tolerance, any vegan cheese pizza we find never allows us to add normal meat, just vegan. You guys give the options for her to have anything with her vegan cheese! We will meet again. Probably more than we should.

Food came 40 minutes late with no apology

UPDATE: Still not been contacted or replied to by fireaway Ashford. 3 weeks on. It's a real shame to have to write a negative review, but I feel it's right to give people a fair representation of Fireaway Ashford. We used to order from the Maidstone branch and loved it. Each time we have ordered from the Ashford site things have been wrong in the order.. usually it's a side, and they upgrade a vegetarian side to a meat side, which for some would be amazing but is no good to a vegetarian. We let that slide, as we still had the pizza. Well tonight after a very busy day we thought we would give it another chance. Neither pizza was correct, and there is no way to call or contact Fireaway Ashford to get them to make it right. I have made a complaint through their app, but that leaves us with £30.00 worth of food we cannot eat because it is someone else's order. So sick of delivery places seemingly thinking they can throw any old thing together and sending it out. Will not be using them again and expect my money back. Will update if I get a response from Fireaway Ashford.

Fireaway Pizza… more like Far Far Away Pizza, Great food but 2 and a half hours to arrive! Phoned 5 times chasing updates. Was told it was delivered when it wasn’t. Then had to reorder it all again. Was told excuses like the driver gave the food to someone else. It was the drivers first day. The driver had just left etc etc. Update : ordered again from them the following month. One and a half hours to be delivered. Called after an hour and they said, they were waiting for a driver to come get it and she will be there in 5 minutes. Seems to be a common issue with them. Gave them another chance but won’t be ordering again.

Online ordering was terrible, selected pizza, created account, website lost my order start over from select branch. Had to literally type my postcode 5 times to place order. Pizza took over an hour to get to me, driver got lost at an address 500 m from the store. Pizza still slightly warm and tasted ok Didn’t taste ok on way out 4 hours later. Full on projectile vomiting and tearing of stomach lining. Worst pizza ever

Service has been diving again recently. Food takes up to 2 hours to arrive. No one seems to know what's going on or they just lie. Chasing an order tonight the phone number isn't working now.

Don't order unless you want to wait 2 and a half hours for food and be lied to during the entire process. Several phone calls were made where we were given several excuses about why it hadn't arrived including that there was a big accident on the roads (there weren't) they were busy etc. very frustrating. Then the food finally arrives, it looks like the images attached. Would not recommend. Absolutely awful customer service. What an absolute waste of money.

Pizza was incredible. Tasted very fresh and was light, you don’t get the bloated feeling you get from conveyor oven pizza’s. Honestly pizza was better than most top end pizzerias

2 Years since I left this review and still no outreach from Fireaway, awful behaviour. ** EDIT ** Went for a second time, the bottom of the pizza was completely burnt, very disappointed. Couldn’t eat it waste of £7. After an amazing first visit seems the standards have dropped, ps can I have my £7 back? Reahced out to Firedaway to see if they would do anything regarding the burnt food no reply after 3 emails, rubbush!

Ordered a delivery tonight, took over an hour and half to arrive from ordering. Over 40 minutes from order on its way notification. Called and unhelpful just told be asap! When it finally arrived the pizza was tasty.

We used to order regularly but the last three orders we have made have been wrong. We've had missing dip with only 3 jalapeños on a pizza, an order that had to be refunded that they had clearly forgotten about and only admitted to this after lying to us twice ("it has just left" then ten minutes later "the driver broke down" before finally agreeing they had forgotten it), this evening they sent completely the wrong pizza. I wasn't able to wait in another half an hour for a correct order so asked for a refund. They told me they could not initiate a refund from their side (which I know is not true) and to go through the website for it but there is no option to do this as I used the guest checkout, so I have paid for food I did not receive. No idea what is going on at Fireaway but ordering with them is just not worth the stress!

Today, we tried fireaway pizza for the first time, and it's 100% the best pizza in Ashford. Staff very friendly and happy to help with purchases. 10/10 Keep up the amazing work!

All the food we had was so tasty. The pizza dough was cooked to perfection, was so flavourful and light! The Chilli honey chicken wings were so juicy and tender and also delicious! We honestly cannot find a bad word to say about our experience

We placed our order on the Firewall website, and confirmed our collection for 13.10 hrs. When we arrived, the order was not ready, in fact it had only just been received! The website emailed to confirm our order was ready for collection, that was a lie!

By far the best pizza I've ever tasted. Miles ahead of dominos, pizza hut, papa johns, you name it. Ordered multiple pizzas for the whole family, delivery was ridiculously quick, pizza was absolutely delicious - cooked perfectly, not overcooked or undercooked like it normally is elsewhere. Don't know what cheese they use but it was perfect! Halloumi salad and chicken strips to top it all off as well as some delicious milkshakes. I don't normally write reviews but for this one I had to. Hats off to you!

Terrible service! I don't know how they charge you a booking fee when they forgot orders. We called twice and it took nearly 2 hours for our pizzas to arrive. Even kids at Dominos Pizza run their place better! AVOID! nothing special about the food either...

Sorry but it was really bad. I had once before and was fine. But today took 2 1/2 hours to arrive. Pizza was burnt and just tasted of charcoal, potatoes were soggy and stone cold. Couldn’t eat it.

Avoid! I’d pay 19.80 for a super burnt pizza (oven shown temperature at 396 degrees) and an incredibly burnt wedges with a hint(so little)of Parmesan cheese. There is more places where the pizza are made in a fast paced but not like this hurry where everything carbonises….my wedges were like charcoals.

I recently ordered from here, I has a pizza mixed with A bunch of meat like chicken, pepperoni and stuff some peppers, jalapenos and red chillies. Very lovely, it was that nice in fact I had to leave some for later haha. I also had the oreo milkshake that was amazing. I highly recommend

Went fireaway for the first time walked in and had a great energy in the shop. Amazing music and amazing that u can watch the staff make the food in front of you. The pizza quality was great I would suggest the meathead great amount of toppings and wasn’t all bunched together. Overall I would recommend people to go and also I will be back.

Probably one of the most disappointing pizzas I’ve ever eaten… Basically ruined by an overload of cheese… Once cut the pizza was more like a lasagna… The base turned to mush… A pizzas base should be thin and crispy and remain crispy… The topping was a mess… I had barbecue on one half and a whole jar of barbecue sauce had smothered the pizza… So many better pizza places out there…

Really delicious pizza with wonderful customer service. I have ordered a number of times from Fireaway Ashford now and can’t fault them. I recently tried to use a discount code but couldn’t get it to work so reached out, and they were so helpful! My order then arrived earlier than expected which is always a lovely surprise. The pizza is incredible, it seems to keep getting better and better! It’s so fresh, and full of flavour. They have also recently updated their app which is so much easier to use. Much more intuitive and use friendly. I will miss Fireaway when I move away!!

Pizza is nice but I don’t like paying £2.50 for a can of coke. Didn’t realise at the time

In fairness these pizzas do have plenty of taste, but beware when ordering the gluten free option, as even though I made it clear to the staff the my daughter has a severe gluten allergy, there did not seem to be high importance when managing cross contamination. Although the staff did wash hands before and after handling the gluten free base, it was put in the oven onto the same rotating base as all the regular pizzas, then removed with the same removal device as the other pizza I had ordered. To their credit, they did remake the gluten free one, but I fear that had I not gone in store and watched them make it, it would have gone unnoticed meaning my daughter getting very ill from it. Other places I have visited offering gluten free options are very strict in their application of cross contamination protocols, its a pity this pace is less so. Hence the one star.

The delivery got to me within 30 minutes which I think it’s fantastic, the customer service was very good and they assured me that it will be warm and it was indeed, I do really enjoy their pizza, well done!!

Pizza came hot and it was very delicious, I felt a bit greedy when I saw my own order (which was create your own pizza) but thanks to the team they made the pizza just right, didn't put too much of the items or very little. Parmesan garlic chicken wings were really good something different and milkshake is amazing. Delivery driver was very polite definitely best pizza in town very good service 👏
