Nasrin in Ashford

I had chicken Tikka kalai 2 and 1 lamb Tikka kalai. First of all both of them are having same taste. I didn't feel I am eating Tikka kalai I feel like I am eating dessert full of sugar. Very very bad experience of food.

Had a takeaway today from here usually everything is OK.been having food from here for a few years now But today the meat was not nice it had been re cooked you could see and the naan bread was very hard underneath the onion bhaji was so crispy it broke as soon as you touched it . I called to say and they didn't believe me didn't apologise or ask if I wanted a replacement or refund. I feel this meal has let them down very much and won't be getting another one from there . The attitude when I complained was disgraceful. Not a way to keep a loyal customer !!!

Great takeaway point: the portions are generous, the spices are well dosed and the indications of spiciness levels on the menu are very relevant. There are lots of vegetarian options and the naans are very soft. The owner is friendly and chats a little while waiting for the order to be ready. My order was ready in less than 15 minutes

I have been having a takeaway from here for years and before me my parents and they still do! Great food and great local family business, 😋

30 years in Ashford and this is the best curry I’ve had. Chilli chicken tikka masala is my favourite dish. Meat is alway super tender, heat and spice is perfect. Great value for money! Couldn’t recommend Nasrin enough 👍

The lamb briyani was a pulav with lamb. The lamb and chicken curry was pretty average. But the tandoori was quite bad. Overall not worth a try if you are a south Indian

We ordered a takeaway for 10 Adults on a Sunday evening. They said it would be 45 minutes it turned up in 40 excellent service. The food was lovely and hot and all the family really enjoyed it. We have used the Nasrin Indian takeaway for years and it has always been very good with friendly service every time. Best Chicken Dhansak ever.

This is THE Indian takeaway in Ashford. Been using for many many years and food is always consistently good. Found very few takeaways elsewhere that can compare.

We ordered takeaway. Very oily food despite asking to tone down the oil, bland and tasteless aloo gobhi, tandoori chicken masala appeared to have lots of food colouring and no flavour, garlic prawns didn't have much flavour. The oil was dripping from the food containers onto the takeway bag even before we opened them, sorry to say but it made me want to throw up a little. Overall a very poor experience. Definitely not authentic Indian food. The way vegetables and meat are cut in Indian cuisine also matters and contributes to the flavour of food. Adding giant pieces of vegetables and giant pieces of chicken to a dish does not make it authentic Indian I'm afraid. And if you label food as Indian (all the dishes I ordered originate from India), then please make an effort to serve food as close in flavour & look to its roots & don't disguise Nepalese food as Indian but most importantly don't fool the public into thinking this is authentic Indian food! Will not be ordering again from Nasrin. Disappointed.

Brilliant takeaway , been using it since 1990 , great food , friendly service and great value.

Been using the Nasrin for padt 40 years. Consistently great food. If only they would deliver to Pluckley I'd order even more often.

Best take away Indian in Ashford. Always quick to deliver with a smile and I love the garlic chilli chicken.

This is the only Indian takeaway I have patronized for fifteen years or so, Staff always obliging - and you can see into the kitchen through the service hatch - always reassuring!

Had our first Takeaway from here last week and Oh MY GOD!!! Finally a decent Curry in Ashford and the Value for money is brilliant we had 2 curry dishes + 2 rice + 2 Naan Bread + the best Onion Bhaji I have ever had from a takeaway for like £23 ........... delivered!!. It really is worth a try, I have recommended them to all my friends

We have purchased takeaway from Nasrin on a few occasions in the past and always found it to be good. On our last order two weeks ago we decided to have the chef specials. we found the food very wtery and very tasteless. I contacted the restaurant a couple of days later and there answer was you should have called straight away. No further apology or any offer of compensation which was clearly a bad night in the kitchen or maybe a new chef. Last time we use Nasrin now as there are so many better options in Ashford.

This is our favourite Indian meals - it is take away only but the flavours are the best and they deliver. Worth a try great food.

Excellent value. You don't always get the collection diacount unless you ask for it. Cheap food but value quality. Business has been there for years. Very polite staff.

I've been coming here for years, and it's one of my favourite curry places in Kent full stop. The food is good value for money, there's a discount on collection, the staff are friendly and the food has always been on time for me. I usually get Madras, Vindaloo or Phall, but I recommend the Phall if you like you food on the hot side, the sauce has a lot of flavour to it! A little tip, if you're paying by cash, although it's not on the menu you can get cans of Coke as well! A great take away.

If you order vegetable samosa just to let you know you're wasting your money. You get 2 (mouthful size) for £2.70!

Great takeaway this evening, delivered on time and great price. We have been very disappointed with our local Indian Restaurant lately and have been the the hunt for a better quality and taste. I think we have found a new winner with Nasrin.

This restaurant is TAKEAWAY only but it has become our preferred option for Indian Cuisine in the area. 45 minutes between ordering online and delivery so I would consider this good service. The prices are no different to the other similar eateries either. Never had a bad meal from here yet and I have now tried a few of the curries on the menu.

Best takeaway in Asford by none have used this for 15 years never been disappointed, little awkward to park but always a friendly welcome, forget the decore you are there for the food.

For the money, Nasrin is the best curry house in town. We as a family have used it for years and never had problem. I also order from Nasrin at work for us guys on nights on the railway. Madras is by far the best! 👍

Always use this takeaway when in town, only does takeaways or deleiveries, no tables to sit down. Never had a bad meal yet.

Well firstly... our order was ridiculously late! our delivery driver called at least 3 times within an hour, lost...even if he was lost I don't know what took him so long to get to us and also we are in a well known part of ashford.. so after numerous calls to and from the delivery driver and the restaurant we were told we would get £45 off of our bill.. the delay continued and in the end we called to cancel our order after over 2 hours and demanded our money back. The food then decided to turn up.. hot... so obviously freshly cooked... the man gave us our food and said he would give us the full amount back but as it was a card payment it would be dropped round the next day. So the food wasn't great... my least favourite curry in ashford.. but hey we were starving. The following day the money was dropped to the house in an envelope but only £20.. when we called to complain the man was rude and full of excuses.. he had sacked the delivery driver but gone back on what he had agreed with us and refused to budge. Safe to say we won't be ordering from here ever again!!!!

Service is always very good, I always order via curries on line. I get an email confirming my order and the delivery time. You can pay if using curries on line by credit/debit card, paypal or cash which is very useful.They normally delivery either earlier or on time. Food is very good and I have never had an upset stomach which I have to be careful of. Their mushroom rice is delicious but so is the chicken tikka massala, chicken tikka, chicken bhuna, onion bhages normally 4 med balls, nan bread and bombay aloo. I have eaten all of these dishes an they are all very good. We are regulars and will continue to order from here.

Ordered a takeaway from here. I ordered scampi as Im not keen on spicy food & hubby loves it...didnt want to spend £12 on a seperate delivery so thought as it offers a limited english menu I'd try it ...the 'scampi' was awful. It was iceland style small prawns in breadcrumbs. I rang and asked why i had prawns in breadcrumbs when I ordered scampi & was told there are different types of scampi. RUDE staff...NOT recommended and will never order from here again. Thumbs down from us

We have been using this take away for 6 months ish never again after last night there were 3 black wirey hairs in our balti and we both have dodgy stomachs today, never had a problem before until now won't be using them again

Nasrin is great value and the food is consistent. Great naan and bhajis! We keep going back and the delivery guys are always friendly.

Best Indian take away in Ashford - well in my opinion. Home delivery option can take a while but if you want it faster go and get it yourself. Best choice Chicken Phall

Delicious lamb passandra , saga loo & mushroom rice ! Always friendly efficient service and excellent portion sizes . Comfortable seating area and reading material always to hand . Waiting time never to extensive ;) . Really good value ! Our 'go to ' take away when we feel like Indian food .

After ordering for the first time from nasrin I was really pleased when it arrived promptly and was really enjoying the food......until I bit into a metal nail in my madras!! I couldn't believe it so called the restaurant and they were not interested and basically thought I was lying!! Be careful when you eat here!!

We have used this place for home delivery several times over the last few months. The food is always great and arrives hot. The website is easy to use with a great choice and the service is friendly and reliable. I would definitely recommend them as it's great value too!

We haven't an Indan take away for about a year, so let's try here again,Ok got the phone number and we was looking forward to it, place our order from here was told it would be with me in about 40 mins so 70 mins later it was here, in a nice "wet bag" ok so paid the driver plus a tip. Got it in the kitchen only to find that it was the wrong order, phone them and I was told NO Sir this is your order, so I got my paper out and started to read my order back to him again, and got told yet again NO Sir that's is not what you ordered YOU ordered this what you got in your bag. I said I'm unable to say it so I wouldn't be able to order it. NO NO NO Sir you did order it. You can make your own mines up who was right, my wife and I know the truth. And to think I always used these a year or so ago. SOME THINGS JUST GO DOWN HILL OVER THE YEARS.
