The best restaurants serving Default food in Crewe East Cheshire East North West

Went in at 6pm and picked up a sandwich to be heated (which were still out on display!!!) Before I said anything, a man called Will barked at me "We can't heat that up now, we've cleaned the ovens down in time for closing". I asked what time Costa closed and he informed me it was 7pm!!!!!!! One hour before closing is too short notice to heat up a crappy tuna melt?? Please!!!! Won't be returning....

Ordered food on Uber Eats. After 2 hours still no sign of food. Attempted to call but the phone line doesn’t work. Uber also tried to contact and couldn’t get through so cancelled and refunded the order for us. Waste of time, don’t bother with this place!

Delivery great however the sub was burnt and therefore very hard and crumbly, definitely below Subways usual standard I’m afraid

Waste of time,, sort your website out. Went for a meal asked for a menu and was told "we don't do food anymore" So why advertise it !!!!

Had a fine meal, fine vibe, fine expensive. Food arrived after a while… good job I like to drink. Overall as FINE experience.

The smell of mildew mould and general disgustingness overwhelmed us when we arrived. We quickly left with our brew but whilst we waited sat next to a couple of sofas that wouldn't have looked out of place in a refuse centre

Golden Pheonix is easily the best Chinese in Crewe, it has been closed for a while so when we saw that it had reopened, we booked in and it did not disappoint. Great staff, spoke to the owner who was very friendly, and the food was fresh and tasted great. Can't wait for them to start doing delivery again. Amazing S&P wings.

I went in to buy some lunch, and an old man without any money looked partially disabled asked for a glass of water. The lady on the till refused him for a glass of water? Saying they charged for the cups? The man explained saying he had no money and she refused him again. I ended up giving my drink from meal deal as I felt so guilty! It’s a glass of water - absolutely disgusting customer service!

Absolutely vile poor costomer service disgrace attitude from staff so rude it's unreal food was undercooked would never go there again

The Sunday carvery is great deal for the price if you go other pubs you are paying a lot of money for less. Cheap for a family to go. And have money left be going every Sunday from now on

Take away is absolutely FILTHY!!! Owners/workers very rude and unprofessional. Food was disgusting - don't spend your money here!!!

Coffee is great Staff are always great But today the toilets are disgustingly dirty. Not always like this but please get it right for all your customers. Disgraceful.

The food is what you'd expect from any KFC and one member of staff went way beyond what you'd expect in terms of service, explaining the self-check in machine, talking to his colleagues to ask what my booking number was, and being a busy bee cleaning up tables and stuff. He is the pride of his profession. Unfortunately, my praise has to stop there for this eatery. The place was absolutely heaving with people, with long queues to get your food. Shouting kids everywhere. People lined up in the queue being extremely close to the table I was sat at. Lack of space and lack of seating! This was a very stressful experience even though I have been eating at KFCs in several countries for 50 years, this was one of the worst ones I have had.

Expensive, very slow customer service if the staff concentrated on serving customers i stead of talking to each other perhaps it may get a star or 2 more .

I've given everything a 1 star rating, while there was nothing wrong with the food, service was very fast, the table hadn't been cleaned in between us and the last customer. We visited yesterday and I've been up most of last night with stomach pains, sickness and diarrhoea. Not impressed AT ALL, especially because it's during the half term holidays and I will now have to cancel plans we'd made for at least today 🙂 Maybe a review on how often the staff wash their hands and the tables etc would be a good idea. (We didn't eat anywhere else yesterday, so I know this was the cause of my sickness)
