The smell of mildew mould and general disgustingness overwhelmed us when we arrived. We quickly left with our brew but whilst we waited sat next to a couple of sofas that wouldn't have looked out of place in a refuse centre

Clearly understaffed. Should not have to wait 20mins for two coffees. Get served one, then a further wait for the staff member to make and serve the second coffee. This is an ongoing issue. Missed trains previously because of the extended waits in this store. Do better Starbucks!

Nice place where to go and rest your mind but only problem is seems they have new staff who is absolutely not in a right place. Been there couple times amazing. But last few times disaster. Young girl on till can't find right drink finally charged me more than I ordered. I don't think I'm gonna be there again

2 days running I have used this Starbuck, on both occasions my coffee has been wrong. Service is slow when the store is not busy. Staff appear to have no interest in their employment. No longer will I use the store.

Chose a smoked ham cheddar and mozzarella panini for a late lunch. It only contained one very thin slice of ham, so there were big areas of it that had no ham. Also the cheddar cheese was undetectable - all in all it was bland, mean and very disappointing - even though I was hungry, I left most of it. Starbucks really should improve the quality for the price

My and my mother were on a lovely day out and had decided to go to Starbucks. We had ordered hot food and drink. The food was done but the drinks weren’t. The man that was supposed to be doing our drinks walked out and didn’t return for nearly 20 minutes. Probably for his break. And badly timed I may add. My poor mother and I had to stand at the counter waiting for the drinks leaving our food there expecting it to be quick. By the time the man had come back, it took him seconds to make them. We sat down in a silent rage ready to eat only to find that the food was cold.

Called today for a 'club sandwich. The picture at the drive through looked like a decent sandwich. However, what i actually got was 'half a sandwich'. Only 1 slice of bread filled and cut in half. Very strange. Had to put some oven chips with it. The egg sandwich is ok but will not be wasting my money on the club sandwich again.

Walked in from the street very cheerful good morning from a member of staff, really polite really helpful, Crewe town centre Starbucks has always been friendly but this morning it was extra friendly, so good to see quality customer service in the town, the lady this morning that served me was Jen, whilst I sat drinking my coffee and eating my Oatmeal she continued to be just as friendly to everyone that walked in, I’ll be back here from not just breakfast but an amazing display of customer service at it very best, Starbucks Jen makes you look really good a real credit to your business, if I had a coffee shop I’d be pinching her off you…..

Since catering began opening up, Starbucks in Market Street has handled safety arrangements brilliantly: front door open, mask arrangements guaranteed, staff prepared and confident. I'm in there every day, and they're an example of how it should be done. Many thanks to all.

I go into Starbucks pretty much every time I go into town and am always greeted with a smile and asked how I am by the staff there, I've gotten to know a few of them over the years I've been going and they are great people to talk to. They always know what my drink is and that I need soya milk instead of normal milk and even with all these restrictions happening they haven't change.

Always order from starbucks crewe. Fast efficient service. bit of chat with the guy or girl who makes the coffee. always well presented and clean usually takeaway as i work in crewe. see you soon. cle

Starbucks coffee always seems to be consistent, I know what I'm getting and it never seems to let me down. Called in for a quick coffee on Sunday morning, just before 11, and was very pleased to see a sign on the door saying that the 2 minute silence would be observed! As expected the staff and most customers stopped and stood or sat in silence for the two minutes and then carried on. Also good to see the 5p charge for takeaway cups. Great!

Very friendly staff but tables not cleared and clean even at a very quiet time for customers. Iced coffees served in disposable plastic cups even when sitting in - surely Starbucks could serve in a reusable cup/glass/mug when you are in their shop!!

First went in here about a month ago and the coffee was really not nice at all. Tried again today, (in case I was just unlucky last time.) today's coffee was absolutely disgusting. Don't know if the milk is very close to it's 'use by' date, or there's still detergent in the cups,- but I'm really regretting drinking there today. Nauseous !

Called in on a walk back from the Station. Lovely coffee accompanied with shortcake biscuits. Just right to perk you up to continue your travels.

You are always made to feel welcome with a friendly greeting. The coffee is really good and the surroundings comfortable

Mi amigo y yo fuimos a este precioso Starbucks como ella necesitaba comprar algunas vainas para su cafetera Nespresso y a ambos nos apetecía un frappucino. El personal era muy acogedor y amable, especialmente Ben. Todo el equipo de trabajo sobre que el domingo por la tarde era muy agradable. Los frappucinos eran magníficas, nada era demasiado problema. El pastel de la pantalla/cookie era bueno, pero decidimos optar por Mallow y Marsh bares. A propósito fueron deliciosos. Gran visita. La ubicación de la cafetería es buena ya que es muy céntrico, sin embargo no mucho más abierto un domingo por la tarde en Crewe.

Visité Starbucks en Crewe hoy en busca de un poco de descanso y una buena taza de café, en compañía de mi bebé de 6 semanas. Había estado caminando de la calle como él lloró que desean un cambio pañal y un avance de lo que te puedes imaginar, estaba bastante desesperado por encontrar un lugar acogedor, seguro y sobre todo paciente y amable!Tan pronto como entré en el Starbucks me recibieron con sonrisas de comprensión tanto personal y otros clientes, rápidamente me lo cambiaron en la instalaciones muy limpias y movía su cochecito ya que se apresuró a pedir un café. El personal no podría haber sido más servicial, llevando mi café a mi mesa como vieron que estaba corto de tiempo, evacuaron rápidamente platos para hacer sitio para mí, pero lo más importante es que eran muy amables y acogedores. Me enseguida tranquilizó ya que luego amamantados mi bebé. Como debería ser, no una queja, shake de la cabeza de siquiera, sólo grandes sonrisas y elogios para mi hijo.Me ayudaron a dejar al abrir puertas y deseen me un día estupendo!Gracias a las preciosas señoras trabajando esa tarde para hacer un nuevo madre sentir muy bienvenidos y relajados en el Día Internacional de la mujer, espero tener la misma recepción dondequiera que vaya a alimentar a mi bebé y conseguir un chai latte bien merecido!

En el clavo!Primero, porque el tamaño del lugar no están agolpadas junto a otras mesas, etc. Como resultado de eso se puede hablar de verdad y no necesita hacer alarde de el ruido de otros, etc. Punto!!En segundo lugar, el café es realmente caliente!!! Suena ridículo, pero vas a otras ramas y en el pasado he pedido a estar más caliente así que sí bastante felices con eso.Como otros han dicho en otros comentarios, sí, es otro el café Starbucks, pero que, en mi opinión, no deberían tener ningún o connotaciones negativas.Grieta en Starbucks Crewe! :)

Just another Starbucks.Drinks were the same just as in any other Starbucks.Nice seating area outside on the pavement to watch the world go by in Crewe ! Worth a visit.

I have not drank in Starbucks for years but I gave it another try when it opened up in Crewe. The coffee is very good and the coffee shop has a really nice atmosphere. Would recommend.

We were served by a very pleasant mannered Barista. She listened attentively to our order and our order was exactly as we ordered. Quality Coffee

Hurrah!! Excellent coffee, lovely environment and fantastic staff!!! What more do you want. It's a shame it is so close to Costa as I think some people are just used to going there but in my opinion Starbucks is great and has my custom. Very happy customer :)

We visited the new Starbucks in Crewe for the first time on 30th Jan and overall very impressed. Had a small cappuccino which was impressively much stronger than in many Starbucks I've visited in the past and a delivery slice of fig loaf. My wife's wrap could be been heated through more effectively but the interior decor is very pleasant with comfy seats. Why though Starbucks cant we have real metal cutlery to eat in rather than plastic? I'd rather have not eaten my cake with a plastic fork.

Great, fast service! Clean. Good atmosphere drinks were spot on and so were the cookies and the ham and cheese croissant is a must try absolutely delicious! The staff were also very friendly!

Starbucks coffee tastes amazing so I was really happy when I found out one was opening in Crewe. I was slightly disappointed at the layout of the shop. It is very cold, sterile and unwelcoming (reminded my of a bus shelter). My sons tea was served in a cup with a bag floating around, a bit sloppy I thought. Staff were lovely and I didn't have to wait long to be served. I will return here but maybe just for a take out.

Great atmosphere, polite staff! Quick service, and a delicious Caramel Macchiato! Fantastic considering how little time they have been open! Would highly recommend!
