How difficult is it to understand the words "to drink in please"? Nothing worse than drinking coffee out of cardboard.

The coffee is delicious and the service very good.

Not too busy and cool inside in the hot weather. I tried the summer berries cooler which was delicious and my go to rocky road.

Took my own cup for a drink and girl sales assistant only awarded me one reward. At first didn't want to know, seemed like my custom was am inconvenience to her.

Disappointed that I couldn't use my treats as I went especially for 2 Mac & Cheese and 2 Toasties with Beans and 2 Cakes to take home. No Mac & Cheese, No toasties with Beans so might go somewhere else tomorrow. Sat in with teacake and tea for my breakfast but teacake was very low on fruit.

Ordered on Just eat and received moldy and out of date packet of the cookies and cream brownie bites

Freindly branch, but can get busy and crowded.

Service was slow and food somehow slightly burnt.

Everyone is fab. They are friendly and helpful.

It was ok, food and drinks were fine but it was really noisy and really cold.

Stopped for a coffee while out shopping. This branch has got to be one of the friendliest we've ever been in! It was very busy, but the staff still had time for us (I have severe allergies). Thank you 😊

Fine for what it is. Staff are nice enough. Bathroom was not at all clean enough though - understand middle of a busy shift but should be suitable for use at all times

Worst coffee I’ve had in years. I don’t understand how this shop can be so busy with this poor quality. I noticed that all they’re coffees taste very similar, no difference between a cappuccino and a flat white and a Latte. Very disappointed Costa !!!

What lovely staff, you can tell they enjoy working together and as a team. Friendly and helpful. The vegan sausage barm and coffee was really nice.

Coffee machine down when we went, but had a cold drink, staff very friendly and we're trying to fix the machine.

Didn't have food so can't rate it but great coffee, great service and fabulous atmosphere

Friendly staff and great coffee. Only small for a large shopping centre so can be difficult to find a seat during peak times.

Lovely environment we sat outside but the staff were very friendly to talk to one woman was practically dancing while making drinks she seemed happy which is good when your working they all got on and seemed like a good team no drama no clicks which is rare in shops these days ☺

I'm in most days! The staff are all lovely and friendly! And always really helpful. And remember my order! Also it's great to see a company doing more Gluten free snacks aswell.

Awe had a nice cup of coffee only downside was they was only taking cash ☹️ luckily I had some in the depths of my wallet who has cash anymore.

It's a coffee shop. It sells the essential life blood known as coffee. Coffees good, just expect to stick to most seats. Its always busy and always under staffed, but the staff know what they are doing so the queue does move well. Take your own cup and get it to take away and alls good. At time of writing, If using the Costa app band you take your own cup, every 5th coffee is free!

Unfortunately, I chose the day that the coffee machine was being serviced so had to have tea. Was looking forward to tea from a pot but no, tea bag in takeaway cup. I'll use it again though just not when the machine is being serviced. 😁

Went there Friday only to discover they cut the golden Square discount. Like this is not inaf they church us for stay in and served us in takeaway recycling.also we show them washing the takeaway. Discastinng.

Terrible customer service dirty plates no interaction with customers no water in teapot had to ask for more milk 4 times. Rude reply. Wouldn't even give a 1 star rating

Staff were efficient and the place was constantly being cleaned.

Costa seems to be Costa where ever you go so how can you fault it? Tables are always clean and they've never got my order wrong yet!

I stood at the tills and was totally ignored , and the next two people after me were served before me , totally ignorant

Standard Costa. The place looked very clean, the staff seemed to be friendly. However, the service was slow due to the amount of staff working at the time. It took a long time to get served. Other than that, pleasant experience.

Place was busy.. No one clearing tables... Hygiene levels therefore questionable.

Clean environment, but staff needed to be more proactive in clearing tables, proberbly could do with extra staff member for clearing tables. Staff welcoming and kept queue moving. Toilets clean and tidy.

Visited here on Saturday 30th October it was quite busy but very untidy with dirty free tables. I ordered drinks and cake for 3 of us and Chloe was lovely very helpful and attentive but she seemed to be working alone as the other 2 girls behind the counter were chatting and laughing with each other and even whilst serving continued to chat and ignore the customers at times. Chloe was great but she could have done with some help. Sorry to complain but it really was unfair on the girl especially as it was busy.

Staff far to slow. Drivers collecting drinks for online just drop there dirty bags on the tables. Staff aren’t switched on, to busy giggling and not focused on the huge que. awful. Someone needs to open a costa that with proper staff.

Love the new beans system on the Costa App. Got myself a lovely blackforest hot chocolate and was served by a very kind worker at Bolton

Wait to be served was ridiculous and no apology for the wait, greeted at the till by one of the most miserable and rude staff member I have ever met. Can't normally fault a Costa when been to others but the staff member in this one it would be safe to say I wouldn't recommend it.
