Food was NEVER delivered I saw the driver on he map around the corner form my addresss in Crewe and then all of a sudden the status of the order turned to “Delivered” the food was never delivered to me which meant I had to go to all the way to the store to complain there was no way for me to contact the driver who should just be fired I don’t know what happened led to the food maybe he not hungry

It didn’t arrive! Where is my food?

Ordered at 6:15pm, was delivered 2 hours later, after saying driver was at restaurant for 1.5 hours. Terrible!

My food was over a hour late and cold despite pre ordering my food! Very unhappy! Very poor service

Ordered 2 subs and a side only one sub and the side come so some one is missing out on a meal on the sub that did come very stingey with the meat would not order from here again thats for sure!

The 12 inch sub was brilliant. The hash browns were stone cold and the ice cream had melted on delivery

Ordered via deliveroo - stingiest toppings I’ve ever had from Subway. £15 for a footlong and crisps delivered (I know that’s my fault for using deliveroo) and there was barely any chicken on it at all. Avoid this place unless you fancy getting ripped off.

Doesn't even deserve any stars, blaming Uber driver for items missing, even though subway packed items. clearly they were at subway but not packed as they were not ticked on the receipt. Work lunch break and got delivered as couldn't leave work but because we couldn't pick it up subway couldn't help us. Useless at least take blame for not putting items in bag

My cookie was literally half eaten.

Order was wrong.. nothing was toasted as asked ordered a coke at an extra cost but was sent diet. Cookie was missing along with one of the meals. I paid for extra bacon and there wasn’t any bacon on it

Had a great time, Fiona was absolutely great and the other young lady that was there but didn’t catch her name! Lovley staff and food.

Totally wrong order and household has allergies. Called restaurant who put the phone down on me unable to help. Beware using this restaurant, especially if you have allergies and children are involved. Awful customer service! Rude and unhelpful. Never ordering from here again!!

I did ring the restaurant as the steak sub didn't appear to have any steak on it but after a closer look, it did. all very tasty subs 😋

Slight mix up with bread. Called up, Lady was lovely. So helpful. Sorted everything out really quickly and gave my boy some cookies Food was delicious. Well done Subway. Shame more places aren’t like you.

As a regular at subways because they cater for my dietary requirements I was most disgusted with the treatment we received by one of the staff on bank holiday Monday. She was very rude and short of patience. The food was rushed and cold when received. She was very angry at the mess our baby made on the floor and moved us by brushing round the table before we finished our food and drink. He's only 10months old and just started using a high chair and eating by himself off a plate. . She handled my cup of tea without gloves and sprayed the table with cleaner, while I was feeding the baby. I've never been treated like this before and will not be returning to this subway. The younger girl member of staff was lovely and was very nice. Surely this treatment of customers is not acceptable by subway

it's was very late, I had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes. Also couldn't get all of cookies but they provided different ones to total 12, but they gave me for free an Oreos muffin and a chocolate donut. The food was delicious, thank you 😊 🙏 😋 ☺️

Absolutely AWESOME service from the guys at this branch. Food is always neat, tidy and prepped well. On top of being organised: wrote on our salad boxes the contents so we knew which was which. Little things like this make our busy lunch times so much easier. Defo our go-to branch 🙏🏼. Thank you guys and have an amazing Easter 🐣 xx

great food but 20min late for delivery. they got the order wrong again though ! the breakwich was on the wrong bread , ordered hearty italian got soft white. also it was cold and had added cheese which i didn't order.

My order arrived two and a half hours after I placed it! I was initially given a delivery time of 12:15-12:35 and it turned up at 14:10. I rang and after initially being told that “my driver would have picked it up”, I was then told that they hadn’t made it yet and that they had been busy. If I hadn’t rang I’m not sure my order would’ve arrived at all.

On the map you have us down as living on Mossfield place, but we are as per my address on Bessemer way, which as per google maps is the road the drivers have to use to get to Mossfield place, due to the driver relying on your sat nav system, one of the meals arrived cold when it should have been hot. Due to this we are now considering never using Just Eat in the future.

Just spent 57.25 on a meal for my family, it was mostly right but again not quite right. Unimpressed.

We got here just after it opened and ordered 2 breakwiches. Lovely man serving, couldn't have been nicer or friendlier. Tasty food great service. Thanks!!

I wouldn’t even give them a star. Complete rip off. I ordered 6inch tuna kahuna and a margerita slice. My tuna kahuna has half a slice of bell pepper and the margarita slice just had some cheese toasted. It just didn’t have the tomato sauce. Appalling service. I tried calling them but no one picks up.

Ordered a veggie delight, with extra cheese. It came with no cheese at all. More often than not the otlrder is wrong .. Seriously.......

The was she’ll in my breakfast one and ketchup tasted sour and the sauce from my other one was far too much and made the toast soggy and I sent me the wrong cookies

2 sandwiches out of 3 wrong how hard is it to get it right one had 3 pieces of chicken the wrong sauce not toasted and salad was crunchy like it was frozen horrible second one chicken bacon toasted nope they didn't do that no bacon not toasted and to top it off the phone number doesn't work so all you can do is go through just eats can't even get food replaced and if I put in new order I pay for delivery again oh and the service charge taking it to over £5 to say not happy is an understatement

We went to Subway at 13:05 today and my husband & I were not acknowledged by both servers. We tried to say "hi, could we please order," multiple times and the male server looked at us directly and proceeded to continue ignoring us. We then walked out. Upon walking out, a lady and a few children walked in and lo and behold, the servers spoke to them and prepared their order. We couldn't believe it. We were wondering if its something we did or said but nope, they were just rude and didn't want to serve us. Terrible!

Excellent food delivered on time. However 3 cookies were missing from my delivery, hence 4 stars awarded on this occasion and not 5

No faults with the delivery driver. However how many times are subway going to get orders wrong? Wrong bread, no cheese, missing salad, missing cookies. Shocking! Your staff need to take more time to read the orders rather than rushing!

I asked for peppercorns with my sub and instead there were bell peppers. It slightly ruined the sub for me unfortunately

What's the purpose of putting an "OPEN" board outside and closing the shop before 7.30pm. Close the outlet if you don't wanna serve.

I ordered a make my own meal as I don’t like lettuce cucumber but instead I got exactly that and I asked for cheese didn’t get cheese and asked for jalapeño didn’t get that either and also asked for south west sauce and had no sauce absolute joke how you can get an order wrong. It’s not hard to make a subway if you can read.

No meat, I ordered a BMT sandwich and there is no meat on it just salad
