i wait for my food 2 h and it is was cold

driver was fab knew where she was going. first time in a while that Maccies has delivered the food hot! fish burger is still my favourite, my bf also enjoyed his dinner

It was 2 hours late i wany a refund

Unfortunately, not everything was brought

Never received delivery, will never be using this service again .

No Minecraft toy which was the point

Delivered my food to the wrong house now im sat here with NO minecraft toy or ANY food for that matter

we didn't receive the cheesy garlic bread dippers share box

No tomato sauce second order it's been missing not a problem but paid for extra one

no nuggets and no toy with the minecraft meal

forgot more than half of the order - drinks. When I rang, they advised it was to late and they couldn't contact the drivers.

All food was stone cold after a 20 minute delivery going to shavington and back down into Crewe

all the food was absolutely freezing cold, chips were like they've been stood around for hours, over half an hour late

Chips were soggy and cold, no sauce arrived with the order even though I paid for it.

Just kept on getting pushed back further and further. In terms of the food, it was all stone cold and took away any quality that it had initially, secondly the driver "couldn't find" my address so I had to walk to meet to collect (paid for delivery)

every other takeaway can get the meals hot but Mac Donald's is always cold. missing a child meal and toy. gave me strawberry milkshake when I asked for banana. The staff there needs to wake up and get the order right. one very upset 3 year without his meal. very poor

Drinks were spelt all over the food

The food that arrived was cold, i could forgive that alone it i wasnt missing half my order. This isnt the first time your drivers or store failed to provide the items paid for.

Took an hour and a half to get my food and then another 20minutes to drive it here even thought im about a 10minutes drive away, this food was cold and unedible when it arrived to my house, I would like a refund for this horrifying meal

I ordered the food at 1:30pm and it was delivered at 3pm. Unfortunately all the food was cold and the soft drink was flat.

when a customer orders two meals they expect them two meals no on burger and a drink

Waited over 15mins for order as staff more focused on dealing with Uber eats orders than physical instore customers. Food was prepared by a member of management due to them being in a shirt instead of normal uniform. We asked for a ketchup when our takeaway order was ready to be told they now charge 10p per dip. Once we got the food home we realised we had been given a regular drink instead of the large meal we paid for. Poor attention to detail from management

Food arrived freezing. Chips was like cardboard. All of our food was cold. The delivery was meant to come at 8:15 and it came at 9:05 freezing. Never again really poor and over priced.

Paid far too much for a burger, only for it to come with an ingredient I am allergic to and specifically asked not to put on. Other than this it was ok

I ordered a caramel latte and French fries at 18:42 and received the order at 18:45. When I opened the package and started drinking the latte, it was cold and lacked both caramel and chocolate. I went back to the counter to confirm if it was indeed a caramel latte. The staff member who served me said it was and explained that they had stirred it and made it 10 minutes earlier, which is why it was cold. However, when I checked the screen, my order number was still displayed in the collection section. Frustrated, I left the latte on the desk and walked out. I’m not a fan of cold lattes, and this experience was disappointing.

I ordered a hot chocolate to take away along with other things. I decided to eat in. After eating my food (by the way, the chips were not fresh, they were not hot and I wondered where they had been kept) I decided to open my hot chocolate which looked like brown water. The kind when you wash your paint brush for the first time in a cup of water. I brought it back. The lid was removed, the lady looked at it and asked me "what is it?" I said, "exactly, what is it?" I told her its supposed to be hot chocolate. The lady said it must have run out and she brought to the person who must have made it. I heard her ask, did she bring it back? It makes me think that she thought because it was a take away, she could just make it anyhow as I'll be gone by the time I notice. You can't make a hot chocolate and miss how diluted this was. Another one was brought to me instead, it was better. Lastly, I do think they need to review the process and hygiene levels in which they make burgers. When they review it, they need to ensure it is followed in order to keep up with McDonald's hygienic standards.

Went to McDonald after my long shift at work arrived at about 10:50pm and they had no nuggets what mcdonolds doesn’t have nuggets the absolute outrage I had to have mayo chicken instead :(

Food is usually hot but courier sat in car on the front for 10 mins on his phone before delivering my food

Delivery driver was stood on our street for around 10 minutes, never knocked and the next thing said theyd delivered it. I never got my meal.

what can you expect from a place that doesn't treat its customers with anybtype of respect...none from what I have ordered fits. Large fries are small and cold and from 3 other items they managed to match 1. 😞

my feed the family for 4 was not there

Hello, we ordered food at around 6pm today. We were lead to believe that delivery would be 25-40 minutes. The food arrived at almost 9 o clock. When the food arrived it was freezing cold we had to put it in the oven to warm up. Please see attached photo. I would like to stress that this is not the delivery drivers fault or issue as he was at the restaurant himself for over an hour and got to us within 15 minutes from when he left. On top of this, the restaurant did not put any sauce in the bags so after the food was put in the oven to warm up it was incredibly dry. We didn’t eat our tea until gone 9 o clock by the time it was warmed through. We expect a full refund for this. We do not want a voucher or account credit as we will never be using this service again. If this cannot happen we would like your formal complaints procedure to get this escalated. Once again I would like to reiterate that this is in no way the fault of the driver, he did his job and I had to apologise to him as I felt like I was an inconvenience to him by the poor service I had been provided by Just Eat.
