This derserves alot of credit, have many delious meals and mostly delivered. Food always piping hot and delivery driver pleasant. Certainly would recommend to anyone.

Very good on time delivery. Food was hot and very tasty. Double cooked pork char Sui was exceptional and a definite one to have in future.

Ordered a takeaway, website states a certain amount of time for delivery. Waited over an hour and rang to be told it'd be another hour at least. No apology, just 'we're busy'.

Unfortunately good food from here but awful customer service. Takeaway was over an hour late, rang to follow up and the restaurant didn’t apologise at all nor see it an issue the meal would nearly be three hours late. told me in would be another two hour wait if not longer. Utterly ridiculous for a simple order. No effort made to apologise or compensate

Very poor service very late so late we rejected the food as the driver told us the other was only 40 old when in fact it was 1hour 48 minutes old

When you order food and are told an hour then you don’t expect it to be closer to two hours. We sent if back and will not use them again

Easy to order online and good choice and portion size. We always do pick up and food has always been ready at the requested time. Haven't commented on the atmosphere as it is a takeaway. We have the ribs in BBQ sauce normally, but other main courses have also been good. The o.nly downside is during busy times ot can be difficult to get a parking space near to the restaurant.

An easy to use website to order. Super quick delivery. The food was brilliant; fresh and hot. The best Chinese takeaway in Congleton, for sure.

When I could afford I loved their special chop sui. Tonight their site would not accept my card so I called and ordered the special chop sui and prawn crackers. I am disabled and asked them to bare with me as I could get down the stairs. They were very understanding, but they infact delivered me and egg foo young dish, yes I got the prawn crackers, but I am allergic to eggs. So I called them and the english guy was very confrontational and would not accept their mistake. Please be aware of this .

Hands down best chinese I’ve ever had. Hot & sour soup/chicken wings in OK sauce battered to perfection, spicy chips unbelievable! Satay chicken really tender. Good sized portions for the money compared to other places. Was busy tonight as well but all food cooked in front of you and place looked run like a well-oiled machine. Very impressed, please keep it up and dont go like alot of the other takeaways in congleton…shite! One improvement could be to batter the tofu dishes,but otherwise, top drawer!!

Fabulous food probably the best chinese I've ever had.

Came here a couple times. On one occasion my husband and I ordered Sweet and Sour Chicken. The chicken was quite dry which was ironic because the whole container was sweating-. We also ordered noodles with beansprouts. It was a bit greasy and noodles were slightly burnt. Never again.

Really upped their game recently. Delicious food, highly recommend!

Got to be one of the best Chinese takeaways in Congleton. The chicken isn't slimey like it sometimes is in chinese dishes, and the King Do Ribs are amazing! You're able to order via the website and pay online, or they do accept cash or card upon collection. Highly recommend.

Shocking food, duck dish was crispy which wasn't in the description (think sweet and sour) disgusting couldn't eat it, chow mien dry. Second time we have tried this place and it will be the last. Most went in the bin

Lovely staff, lovely food, but STAY AWAY if vegan/vegetarian as the veggie chow mein had chicken in it two orders in a row, rather obvious that the meat is cooked with the veggie options.

There was a piece of chicken in the vegetable chow main, if we were vegetarian we would have been mad, luckily, we're not, the food is really good but this place is asking for a court case if it keeps up with that. As I say though, tasty food and friendly staff, just not veggie/vegan friendly whatsoever

We love this Chinese, the best in Congleton. But unfortunately over the last 2 weeks we have had a item missing from our order. Pull your socks up Chopstix or we will go elsewhere.

This morning around ten o'clock I passed in front of the store and looking inside I saw that they had dirt in front of the shop because they were fixing something but at the same time a person in the store was preparing food. I think the food should not be prepared while the store is dusty and messy.

Tripe. Dry, low quality food. Would not recommend.

We ordered food on Tuesday for delivery later that day. The website offered us a delivery slot at 6.30. I paid and the order was confirmed. At 6.42 Chopsticks sent an email saying they were closed and the order was cancelled with no further explanation. I have no idea why or whether they have suddenly gone out of business. The email did say that I would receive a refund in 3 to 5 days so hopefully I will get my money back. Poor food is one thing, but at least you are not left hungry. The first requirement is that ordered food is delivered. There is no chance that we will risk using Chopsticks again and we would advise anyone who actually wants to be certain of receiving a meal to try elsewhere. After all there are plenty of alternatives in Congleton

Very rubbish food the chow meins are dry as a nuns chuff.. I wouldn't ever go here only have done once.

Messed up food no where near as good as it used to be. There are other Chinese take always nearby. Go east. Happy garden. Can’t believe they would let all the good will be lost after all these years

This takeaway used to be the best Chinese in Congleton, far exceeding the others. But over the past year and perhaps longer the quality has been slipping drastically. I always order the same thing, so I've seen the quality degrade. The food has wavered between over cooked, undercooked, dried out. It's a real shame. Also another note the delivery charge has increased from £1.20 to £2.70 in the last 6 months (still states £1.20 on their website), as well as a 50p service charge (if ordering online). Given the minimum order of £8 that's £11.20 minimum charge, 28% of which is not cost of the food. I'm just gonna replace this restaurant with pizza because trust me it's not worth spending money here anymore

Has gone down hill. Used to be the best chinese in town now it’s no where near. Dishes completely different than they were previously and not in a good way. Shame

We are not local to Congleton and passing through needed something quik and tasty. Some locals suggested Chopstix and we went with their suggestion. Now ordinarily, I don't eat much Chinese food - but this exceeded my previous experiences. Firstly, the service was prompt and polite (we collected it ouselves). But on getting it back to where we were staying, a whole world of flavour opened up. It was perfectly cooked, hot and tasty. Quite delicious. And sensibly priced too. So thank you Chopstix, you've changed my view of Chinese cuisine! Shame we don't live closer to you!

Ordered lots of starters for tea tonight as we like to pick at different things. I can say this is the best Chinese I have tried in town every single one was delicious, the muscles are spot on and come in a lovely sauce. My new favourite treat in town good delivery service as well. Keep up the good work

We have been using this Chines take away for the past 6 months, but gradually the food has being going downhill. Sauces have got less and less and more watery ... there is a lack of meat in most of the dishes and the general taste has diminished. Won't be using this take away any longer. To start with it was excellent but it's got worse and worse, so we will vote with our feet and not order ever again!

Delivery took 2h30. When the food arrived it was hot and the sauces were nice. Ordered shredded beef but it was mostly batter, couldn't taste the beef at all, didn't enjoy it.

This was my first ever order with them. Food all very hot on collection, was very speedy service, nice food and not too stodgy like some Chinese food can be. I was impressed and will be back for more.

I have lived in Congleton over 5 years now,I keep trying different chinese takeaways hoping to find a good one.Tonight i tried Chopstix for the first time.I can not wait to go back for more.The best chinese takeaway i have had for years.Slightly more expensive than the others that i have tried but well worth the extra few quid.Will be back for more soon.

Always friendly staff , nicer of the Chinese food places around here with nicer meet cuts and good portion sizes, a Littlemore expensive than some other places but you pay for what you get , I always have special demands like no peas and such and the staff always get it right , clean place and you can see your good being cooked and prepared so I always know it's clean and hygienic, fast service everytime

Simply the best Chinese takeaway in Congleton. Combo Box B And Singapore Vermicelli are always delicious and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Of course, for lazy nights, they also deliver. Great food, great quality, great service & excellent value for money! What more do you want?

Although a very busy chinese take a way the staff turn out the food with promptness (easier and quicker if you collect yourself due to the high demand and deliveries) not too bad for deliveries if later on in the evening, staff always pleasant and served with a smile. I can not believe we only found this place a few months ago, it's just great as a takeaway.Front of house is run by locals, kitchen is all Chinese, they only do take aways and delivery, but are always on time, great value and great food.We must have used them half a dozen times and the quality of the food is consistent and good.Great value, this is one to try next time you want a Chinese takeaway in Congleton, you will not be disappointed.

Surprised at some of the negative comments on here, been using Chopstix for years, food consistent, I can`t recall having anything that we have not liked. I would recommend.

Would of been at least a 4 love the food from here ordered crispy lamb when he bought it out he said crispy duck I said lamb he said yes when I got back opened it to find duck pissed off is an understatement

I ordered the meal for 2. The starters were very average the ribs were chewy as hell. That set the tone for the main course. The mains were like trying to chew through dried pigs ears. All of the meat including the chicken was awful. Avoid!!

Ordered a couple of times now and food is ready at collection time and still hot on arrival home. We are super pleased.

Very disappointed, while waiting for my food my sauces and noodles were made and put on the side 10 minutes before my main and chips came, I asked if the stuff would still be warm to be told "yes they were". When I got back to my house which is not even 1 minute walk and to find that the noodles and sauce were cold and the chicken in the main was so hard and crispy that we could not eat it.

Totally disappointed, placed an order an hour and twenty minutes before it was wanted for collection. Arrived a few minutes before and still waiting 20 minutes after collection time! Five friends wanted an Indian takeaway ordered for the same collection time. My partner collected the other 5 meals at the agreed time. 5 Indian takeaways cold as mine wasn't ready. I wasn't the only one to complain in the shop. Never again will I give chopstix my custom.
