Golden Pheonix is easily the best Chinese in Crewe, it has been closed for a while so when we saw that it had reopened, we booked in and it did not disappoint. Great staff, spoke to the owner who was very friendly, and the food was fresh and tasted great. Can't wait for them to start doing delivery again. Amazing S&P wings.

Amazing food. Could not fault anything. When you see local ethic groups eat there says everything. We were given roast duck tender flavour sum. Would recommend to everyone

Had a fantastic meal at the golden phoenix. Food was lovely. Atmosphere and service was 1st class. Highly recommended, will be returning soon.

Will never ever order from this place again, sent meat (in batter) when we ordered a pescatarian meal because we don’t eat meat, also sent noodles instead of rice, quibbles about offering refund basically accusing us of eating it and trying to get a free meal even though we phoned them up minutes after delivery and they didn’t ask to collect it so we threw it in the bin, oh yeah rang up an hour later and then asked for it back, shocking really, ruined a meal and spoiled a family get together but obviously they don’t care about that. Never had any issues under the old management, I think these will be out of business very soon unless they sort themselves out and learn the meaning of customer service, must add on top of it all the food which some of the party was able to eat was very poor, needless to say will never order from there again.

Been here before and never been disappointed, tonight however I wouldn't even give it to my dog.The king Prawn Fu Young tasted burnt like it had caught in the wok, the Crispy Shredded Beef had no taste it was bland and not hot.Total waste of money will never go again, will stick to my usual from now on, the only reason I went here is because my local was shut.

The food here is always spot on!! really great value for money and prompt service. Quality is always fantastic. We order from here often and have never been let down

Had to put 1 star just so i could post this review but I wouldn't even give it ANY Stars... Never Received my order. Absolutely disgusted by the way i have been treated or lack there of. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times to have it ring through to answer phone. This was after my order was already over 1 hour late. I then decided to call the restaurant, which then I couldn't get hold of the restaurant it kept going to answer phone. I then drove there myself to find out where my food was to only find out the restaurant was not open and no one inside but still they took my money from the just eat app and still are saying that they delivered my order when in fact they did not. I have photo evidence of the restaurant shut and call log of how many times i tried to call them but never got through.I ordered this on the 13th May, my order no was: 9282744330. This was meant to be a birthday meal surprise, to then have this evening ruined by our food not turning up and having to go get a kebab as last-minute resort at 9pm, I'm absolutely disgusted and wont be using just eat services ever again or ordering from your establishment.Please can you contact just eat to let them know you never made the delivery of this order so they can process my refund as there refusing to refund as you said the order was delivered on the app, when it WASN'T!!!!

We pre ordered food to be delivered for 7.15 on a Sat night. Food arrived at 6.15 so an hour early. My foo young way burnt, and the cucumber that came with the duck was awful. Picture attached, it was slimy and mush. I rang to complain and the girl didn't really know what to say. She said a manager would ring me. Well no one rang so they are obviously not bothered, disgusted food, and service!Last time we ordered from here a few weeks earlier the duck was as dry as a bone. I dont think we will be ordering from here again.

Had problems with just eat. Shocking these days that to order food you have to go through an app but it is what it is. Sad times. Had problems. Order cancelled twice by system. Tried third time. Went through. In the 3rd time I actually added more food on so they would have made more money from me. Called the take away to be greeted by someone who couldn't be bothered to find out facts, and said we've cancelled your order. I tried to say well that's why I'm calling, coz evidently I want the food. No interest in helping. When I asked for the manager they slammed the phone down. Called back to get a rude, pedantic man. When I asked for the manager he said there wasn't one. How can you run a business when no one is in charge. Says it all really. Hence the appalling service. He talked and shouted over the top of me, I kept saying can you hear me over and over because there was that much noise in the background I wasn't sure whether he was just being awkward or genuinely couldn't hear. He still kept shouting over the top of me so couldn't be bothered to find out his facts. I tried to tell them there was a problem with the justeatapp, in case there was more than just me. He had no interest, says its all my fault, it's just me. He just wouldn't listen. How to ruin a business. It resulted in me insulting him with a name and swearing. I couldn't help myself. Jumped up little man. I used to order from you quite a bit. Not any more. I'll go elsewhere and make sure I pass word round although from the reviews I'd say it won't matter. Your food isn't the best. The only reason I ordered from you is because you want the lowest spend on the app. Shocking. Disgusting. Obviously thinks he doesn't need the business. Next time I won't call up to discuss if there is a problem with another restaurant. I'll just let it be problematic and escalate. Ruined my evening.

Awful. The omelette was very runny, not cooked properly and the chow mein was burnt to a crisp. Won't be ordering from there again.

Great tasty food, arrived very hot and slightly early. Would recommend and certainly use again next time we are up this way.

This is about the take away. Not had a sit down here in about 17 years. Recently resurfaced after a few years of inactivityThe one good thing about it, the delivery was quick. And that is the only positive point.Normally a mediocre take away has some redeeming points. Nope not here. Everything in effect went into the bin. I had the Hot and sour soup, and whilst it was warm, it was greasy and crunchy at the same time. I mean that really must take some doing. It looked like the England rugby team had bathed in it last week.The free starter, what the hell was the two ball like battered constructions with a bone sticking through it, it had the constancy of Tofu, but tasting of absolutely nothing. I suspect Scooby Doo is a very sad puppy this morning. The satay chicken, nether chicken or satay. Had Better Sauce at KFC. My partner tried to eat the chicken fried rice, only it must have been a very geriatric chicken, it tasted like Stringy Gunky Seagull, with issues. My sweet and sour was ok as long as you did not touch any of the metallic tasting king prawns and just had the peppers and pineapple. I could go on. but I suspect you get my drift. Shut the door lock it and nail planks over it. Then keep on driving

Lovely food and very friendly staff. Lots of variety of food. Well worth a visit but book before you go.

Visited for the first time since it has reopened . Food was really nice and there was a good selection all hot and fresh . The restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly . Will definitely visit again

Un buffet chino, el restaurante no es demasiado grande, así que reserva una mesa puede ser una mejor opción que simplemente girando, que dijo que la comida es de buena calidad y hay una gran cantidad de platos para elegir, tal vez no tantos como restaurantes más grandes, pero había suficientes alimentos para satisfacer a la mayoría de la gente. Hacía calor y parecía bueno, nos fuimos con una sensación muy completa y definitivamente volveremos, no hay mucho en el camino de platos resentido, pero cuando pedimos, no decir que si nos costó, me prepaire algo del menú para llevar.

Fast friendly service. Food was outstanding and the place was clean and beautifully decorated. Reasonably priced, just so glad another all you can eat buffet back in Crewe. Definitely recommend it and am coming back.

It was our first time order from Golden Phoenix. We ordered our food via their website and got them very quick. The food was hot, tasty and so delicious! We will definitely come back! Love it!

Ordered a takeaway last week to my disappointment it never turned up when I rang the shop I got no answer, however the next day I rang up and was told that my order had been misplaced but was told to hold the line.

This is a fairly new restaurant and you would think that they would pull out the stops. The young waiter seemed very nervous and not very welcoming. The prawn crackers tasted old and stale however, the rest of the food was ok if a little over prised. I would suggest trying elsewhere where the service is so much better.
