Ordered food on Uber Eats. After 2 hours still no sign of food. Attempted to call but the phone line doesn’t work. Uber also tried to contact and couldn’t get through so cancelled and refunded the order for us. Waste of time, don’t bother with this place!

Literally just got our food, it’s all cold! The large potions of chips were not even half full! Waste of money this will be going in the bin!

Worst kebab I have ever had chicken was as tough as old boots, wife had lamb kebab was not cooked properly both went in the bin will not be ordering again

All the food what I orderd his terrible wouldn't be ordering again the chips and cheese with garlic mayo wasn't even suitable for a dog to eat My partner had chicken meat and chips they gave him chicken breast and only a bit of chicken meat.the chips was horrible The margarita pizza was dead dough and horrible taste to it . No salad and what a rip off how u have to pay for salad not every takeaway place charge for it don't u think people spend enough on takeaway and then u get charged for salad Not happy with the service and food what I had

First and last time ordering from here. Absolutely disgusting food. Not fresh, and over cooked with strange tastes to all items on the order. Plus items missing on the order. Have since checked and no wonder they have a hygiene rating of only 2. Avoid

Food is absolutely disgusting.. pizza over cooked no flavour, chicken burgers taste awful couldn't eat it, everything seemed old not fresh it all smelt and taste disgusting.. whole family didn't eat it... Also items missing .. and to top it off I've just seen the hygiene rating 🤢 vom

Milkshakes are the best in town and the cheese burger is bussing get there now

Ordered vegetarian pizza with extra olives and jalapenos but there was no jalapenos and pizza was warm and very chewy,not tasty at all we will definitely try somewhere else in the future,waste of money sadly

This was my first and last time ordering from here. Chips hard and over cooked not salted. The chicken burger was tasteless and poor quality. The salad was half decent and food arrived hot which is half good for takeaways in Crewe.

Always nice food, fast delivery and I rang for garlic mayo and they added a pot of it for free (usually £1.50) !!

This place is amazing. Cant recommended them enough. They make the best pizzas in a hundred mile radius. They make Pizza Hut and Domino's look like rookies. If you have never ordered from here you are missing out on something special. They are consistently perfect with their pizzas. The milkshakes..... OMG!! THE MILKSHAKES!!!!! The food is always delivered piping hot and always on time or early. The staff are always polite and helpful. After finding this place i wont order from anywhere els. If they are closed then I do without because everyone else's food pales in comparison. The best by far. Unparalleled.

We have had a few deliveries from here and everytime it has arrived food is hot and tasty and on time, one of the best burger/kebab places I've been to so far in Crewe, keep up the good work :)

Food wasn't good at all chicken kebab was very fatty and greasy and charged for delivery Evan though it's stated ordering over a certain amount is free delivery. Payed £18 for two kebabs that didn't come with chips. Won't order again

Food always arrives on time when I order, usually though I collect as I live close by, they are always pleasant and food is done fast and tastes amazing and unlike most places they are not shy with toppings 👌 highly recommended!

Will never use this take away again, took 1 and a half hours to deliver was cold and sause missing. They did deliver another one but was the worst Donner kebab I have ever had. Promised to text me a discount which didnt happen not that I would use it again.

Absolutely shocking service and quality of food. To have eaten the chicken I would have been seriously ill, straight in the bin once I got the couldn't give a toss from the takeaway when complaining. At the time of the order it was stated that the delivery would take max of 45 mins but turned up 73 minutes later and cold!!. Even seemed like the driver didn't want to be delivering either. The state of the food was equivalent to the scraps you would get out of a bin outside macdonlads, even the homeless would have turned it down it was that cold and badly cooked. When I complained about the food, the moment it was delivered, I was palmed of with a 20% discount code to be used on a set order amount and within 2 weeks. Who in their right frame of mind would order food from a takeaway that takes forever to deliver and serves up food that is not fit for human consumption. I called up chasing the matter with the takeaway and I was met with a rather rude obnoxious person on the phone who refused to accept that the food was shoddy and also refused to refund the order value and just kept on going on about so you want free food and denying that the manager worked weekends and also not available to deal with the matter. I didn't want free food, I wanted food that I had paid for and food that I could actually eat. If the manager didn't work weekends, how come when I was on live chat to FoodHub they told me that the manager said the food was despatched 10 minutes ago (50 mins after ordering) and it was on its way. I live 3 minutes drive away, I could run round the town and back in less time the driver got to me. Additonally if the manager didn't work weekends who was the manager who gave me the 20% discount for my next order. Full of lies. Arrogant, rude, and deserve to be closed down. Ordered via FoodHub service who are no use what so ever palming the problem of to the takeaway. I am reporting this shoddy outfit to the council for what can only be described as dangerous food servers. I am not the only one who has experienced shoddy service and unedible food, check any review site there are many. I will post my review anywhere it can be. If the manager wants to call me he has my number

I dont really eat fast/takeaway food anymore. Just for the pure fact im rapidly approaching 40 and try my best to eat healthily as much as possible. However my family love Sizzlers. The quality of food is great. Its brilliant value. The staff are friendly and always aknowledge you when you come in. I always tip even when I collect and they always ask if you are sure you want to give the extra. Its also in walking distance from where we live so when the kids decide they want a takeaway at a peak time on a busy night its no worries to ring an order in then pop down and pick it up. Highly recommended

Good food, good prices, fast service. Very accommodating should you want to swap and change things. Sells typical kebab shop type food but they do it well...I think it's freshness...for example a fresh bun, fresh salad, meats you can tell are cooked to order, etc. Chicken wings are the best in town!

Well ordered a takeaway and told me it would be over a hour, so I asked them to cancel it, within w minute of placing the order, he agreed to cancel the order and it still turned up 45 minutes later, as I was expecting another takeaway I payed the driver and took the bag in, called up seconds later when the other order arrived to complain and he didn’t care at all, nothing but rudeness on the phone but finally sent the driver back to collect the food and return my money

So me and my fiance decided to order here for a change, the menu looked amazing, however we waited an hour and a half for it to be delivered, I called them up after an hour and they said it would only be another 5 minutes, it wasn't, after waiting an hour and a half the guy knocks on the door, not even an apologie for the late delivery but gets the food out and goes "here" as I'm a polite person I said thankyou and went back in. My fiance enjoyed his burger as it was piping hot and so was mine however the garlic bread and chips were stone cold. Not very happy with the customer service at all. And will not be returning unless the delivery is much faster.

If i could rate this 0 star i would. Ordered food it arrived late. Still gave driver a tip. Opened up pizzas to find crumpled mess in corner of the box. Thought ok i will call to which they said they would resend. Thought ok fair enough il eat my chicken burger..tasted dreadful so didnt eat it. Though id share my chips with kids. Only to find a bogey in the chips. Overall not happy. So called to cancel the order and ask for refund was told no i would still be recieving the pizzas so i said i dont want them asid been put off my food. To which i was told only a partial refund they could give ...not even 50% was refunded. Extremely poor sercice and food standards. Fsa has been informed.

Normally this place is wicked , hot fresh food with quick service , tonight however took 1 hour and 20 minutes , rung the shop guy hung up on me and food was shocking , dissapointed with them massive let down.
