Rikos pizza in Cheshire East

This was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. When I got home and opened the box, it was completely burnt. My children refused to eat it! I went back to exchange it, but the owner, who was incredibly rude and unprofessional, told me it was supposed to be like that and that I didn’t know what I was talking about. He even told me not to come back. I’ve never received such poor service for my money. I will never return to this awful place and do not recommend it to anyone.

Half of what I ordered didn't arrive, and the pizza was cold. Free garlic bread didn't make up for what I spent. Won't be ordering again.

Dilevery was super fast, I appreciate the free garlic bread thank you. But the pizza was super salty and the garlic bread. Would recommend chilling out on the salt.

Had a birthday party and ordered 15 plus pizza's. The pizza's were amazing turned up as arranged all guests were very happy 😊 and commented how great the food was. Cannot fault Rikos pizza 5 stars all round.

If I could give zero stars I would . Ordered a BBQ chicken pizza that tasted of vinegar! But worse of all ordered a garlic bread with tomato. Came absolutly covered in cheese. Phoned the takeaway to be shouted at and told we were wrong and ALL garlic breads come with cheese! Utter bolloc*s as your menu gives you options! The. They phoned back to say when we order again they will sort it out! Sort it out there and then or offer a refund! Absolutly dreadful place or avoid it like the plague!

Amazing calzone, ordered the meat calzone which says it comes with donner and chicken mix, unfortunately was just donner, but tasty still. Really hope they do a mix one as that would be perfect.
